Easy to find, prices are reasonable, great service. One time I stepped in an hour before closing time (my fault) and they still attended me without rushing and service was extraordinary. I appreciate them very much for that. Recommending this place to friends and family.

The customer service at this place is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. From the second I walked in, the lady at the front was giving me so much attitude and being so rude to me as if i wasn’t a paying customer. In fact, it was so bad that another customer walked out without getting his service because he didn’t like how they were talking to me. and then she had the audacity to say “you made me lose a customer.” NO, your trash customer service made you lose a customer. Maybe if you were nicer and had better customer service then people wouldn’t walk out of your salon. Will not be coming back here again and i would recommend going to literally any other nail salon. there are plenty of other salons with happier, more welcoming faces and with better quality services.

One of the worst experiences of my life. My manicure looks like a middle schooler did it. Not only is there gel polish on my skin but I was cut multiple times. Also worth being noted is the colors on their samples are no where near the actual colors of the polishes but that’s the least of my concern. I paid for my service and still tipped because I work in the service industry myself, but they will never get my business again.

I absolutely love Tammy and Tony for a full set and Tracey for a pedicure. It’s clean and relaxing here; they do waxing too. Great shaping!

They did a great job on my nails, he helped me pick out a color that went great with my skin tone. i was impressed with his overall knowledge about manicures and pedicures. definitely going back!

This on was a really nice nail salon. I had been to many location in this area, but this one had the best service. The nail salon was quite clean and well organized. They clean up everything after every customer. The lady worked on my nail was really nice. She took her time on every detail of my nail. So love it. Definitely I will be back.

I walked in at first and no one got up from their chair to greet me as a customer. They rudely sat in their chairs on their cell phones. I started by asking a few questions regarding prices, but of course no one that understood English was able to help me. I still proceeded with their basic understanding of what I wanted. Throughout the service, not once did they attempt to basically interact with the client. Instead, they all rudely sat there and spoke in their language, and kept laughing at their inside jokes. The massaging chair was not working. The only good thing about my entire service was that their signature pedicure had good massaging, but the staff attitude was horrible. And of course, at the end, the price that they asked was way more than what they initially told me. I still gave sub-optimal tips out of courtesy, but it was the worst experience ever. I will not be a returning customer.

Really like the prices here! Really affordable and you get what you pay for! The nail tech working on me was so amazing! I was in awe with her technique! She did everything so flawlessly! Especially, when she was removing the cuticles! It was so fun watching. When she was done, my nails were just so beautiful! Each one was perfect!! This salon have so many amazing techs! Definitely going to see me coming back here again!

That is the second visit and Im very happy with the quality and the service. Ive done pedicure and my heels are very happy! If you do Taekwondo like I do, then I do recommend to do that at least once a month. You will appreciate it.

They are rude and greet you as if they really dont want you there. I waited forever and then they want to rush and get you out of there, NEVER AGAIN...Its too many nail salons that do a much better job and they will soon realize it when they go out of business.. All of them need to take a class on customer service.. Trash salon!!!!

Great quality work.I am always on my feet, and often bare foot on hard services due to my profession, so my feet are awful all the time. Really bad cracked bloody heals, broken toe nails, etc . . I have gone to a lot of different places in Sugar Land over the years to help take care of my feet, and the new skin pedicure done here is the only one, where I walked out feeling like I had normal feet again. NO PAIN walking around, and my feet are super smooth.I am a germa-phobe, and I felt this place was super clean, and the people working on me and my husbands feet really tried to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met.I like the ambiance too.

The staff here are very polite and always treat me with great care. The work they do is always amazing and lasts very long. Place is clean and conveniently located.

Tammy was awesome! Her and the staff took care of my husband, my child and I. Then she began on my nails!!! Its was awesome and they were so nice. She did a very trendy style on my nails and I absolutely loved it!!!

I’m giving one star, not because of the quality of my nails but because of the quality of service. My feet sat in luke warm water for 12 minutes before anyone began servicing me. They didn’t speak to me the entire duration of my service nor did they offer me any refreshments. Another lady was sat next to me and they were very friendly with her and offered her refreshments with her services. We were getting the same pedicure and nail service. When I went to the counter to pay, one of the technicians who serviced me cashed me out. She was being very friendly despite not speaking to me during my service. I usually tip 20% or more because I know how it can be in the service industry. However, I did not tip yesterday because there was no excuse. I will not be returning.

This is my go to place for a pedicure. The polish stays on for months! Tuesday I decided to get the NuSkin pedicure and Im glad I did. I left with soft feet and legs along with a great massage!

One of the ladys that work here, talk under her breath. Has very very rude service. I would never in my life want to come back to this place again and would ever recommend for anyone to ever come here.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. The tech doing my nails insulted me, rushed through the entire set, and purposefully dug her nails into sores I had along my nails to teach me a lesson about picking (an OCD of mine where I dont realize what Im doing when I mess with my nails). When I asked her to please revisit some nails which had polish all up and down the sides she fixed it aggressively and threw out my hand in an All done there ya go b**** sort of manner. The tools which are stored in sealed bags had very obviously NOT been washed as the previous clients skin was still adorning the instruments. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Please do not come here; this place should go out of business for its awful service and blatant lack of sanitation.

5/12/16 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY! The worst French tip evvvver!! I wasted an hour of my life. After she was done she asked if I was happy. I told her that my nails were full of bubbles. Its so obvious. She claimed everyone has bubbles and claimed it was glitter. ( I didnt have glitter). She argued with me and called the manager. I spoke to the manager and she said she would fix it... I dont have time to set for another hour. So I have to come back tomorrow. The nail tech kept arguing with me.. I even warned her if she kept arguing I was not going to pay. Terrible, terrible job. NOT HAPPY!5/13/16 I went back today to what I thought would be a redemption for them... NOPE! the manager did not speak to me at all during the process. The staff huddled around my nails... Saying who knows what! Very uncomfortable! And to end it all, my nails still had bubbles. The manger said but they look a lot better I asked for the most basic thing and they couldnt do it! Its fancy atmosphere that smells like feet... Id be better off going to a hole the wall place.Unsatisfied costumer

This place changed owners in July. Not the same quality of service or expertise.

Worst place save your money. Bad experience with Lee and David, manager. Last visit had to wait for 30 minutes even though I had an appoint I was 5 minutes early to and pedicure was not so finished.
