I typically do not leave reviews for places but I had to with this one. This is hands down the best nail salon I have ever been too and I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 20 years. They are extremely talented at what they do. I honestly do NOT have anything bad to say about them. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. It feels like you are just hanging out with your friends. I recommend this place 100000%!!!

I was visiting from another state, and Maria did an excellent job replacing my gel nail polish. She used Shellac undercoat, and my nails still look great after 10 days!! No lifting or pealing. All the nail techs here are high energy and very clean and help one another ! They do a good job! My daughter introduced me to them and I have came several times . I am visiting from Colorado and I am very happy and impressed by the way my nails and toe nails were done . Look no further on another nail salon, I highly, recommend this place !The orange scrub is amazing and the orange they use in your feet is also amazing!You need to try this place .

I absolutely love this place and the people who work there so much. I’ve gotten my nails done with them a lot so I’ll only stick to my most recent nail set for a picture. They are so nice and remember you each time you come in. They talk to you and ask about you just to get to know you. All the ladies there are great.

Update:I don’t know what kind of magic Lena used on my manicure, but it lasted far longer than any other manicure I have ever had.Lena and Annie took great care of my nails. All the ladies were friendly, easy to chat with, and made this such a fun relaxing visit.

It is so clean, even all the chairs are taking care with alcohol spray. Staff are friendly, cute 🥰 and professional! Price is reasonable and amazing acrylics nails design! Gentlemen/cashier is fun, good in math and patient, $35,000 for deluxe pedicures with 99.99% discount, so $35 lol ! Definitely love it and be back every 3 weeks!

Horrible customer service! I called in the morning to make an appointment and they said I could come. Me and my friend went and they only took care of my friend since we both wouldn’t finish in time to leave to get to work. I didn’t mind that and said I’ll come back after I’m off and made an another appointment before leaving to be back with them the same day. When I came back they just had me waiting and it was close to closing time so I asked when I’ll be next and the respond was the nail tech is too tired now we can’t take you. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING since I wasted my morning and night time just waiting for them to take care of me. The customer service is horrible they don’t care about you at all. Would never recommend

About 3 weeks ago I asked for a Shellac mani - pedi. When the lady was doing my pedicure I felt an immense pain in one of my toes, I thought that she had cut me by accident, couldnt hide my pain and screamed… Sorry, I didnt expect such a pain (It should be noted that I am in my last trimester of pregnancy and my feet are very swollen) there was no cut but it hurt a lot. The lady did not finish my pedicure and find another lady to finish it for her, I’m assuming she got mad at me. The other two women who finished my mani- pedi were very nice and ended up doing an excellent job.Today when I came back, this time without an appointment but first AM, they did not want to take care of me saying that there was no room for my mom and me during the day, which seemed quite strange to me since there were only two clients in the place and it was 9:30 am. It seemed very unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior on their end due to my late pregnancy…What a sad experience 😔

Wish I could give a 0 star rating. Horrible rude staff. Kept me waiting for over 45 minutes With my feet soaking in water. I had an 11 o’clock appointment and I was not seen by 1145! Absolutely disgraceful, discourteous staff. Shame on you

They are amazing! Both my daughters always go there and were the ones to recommend me to them. Their service is fast and beautiful. I did dip nails for the last holidays and it lasted for a whole month. They actually use oranges in their treatment aNd have orange decoration! Besides all that, their prices are the best around and they are always Busy, but dont leave anyone waiting.

I visited the nail salon for the first time 3.25.21. The staff was very friendly and funny! Katy was the person who gave me my pedicure and she was ao funny and sweet. I will be going back!

I was recommended to this nail salon from a coworker in 2018, and have Not been to another nail salon since then. They have great customer service, remember their customer’s names, have quality products, and their work is high quality every time. I make sure to recommend them to others and always bring my out of town guests to them. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Great spot! Only got a pedicure, as normal. The service was great, quick to get a spot, and everyone was pleasant and engagingThe chairs were nice and easy to operate, enjoyed the nice orange pillow.The workers were open and excited about my brother and I getting pretty polish. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had getting my nails done of 20 years of getting my nails done. I’ve now been there for 3 1/2 hours I just left with my best friend. The nail color I requested and asked them to put a solid color underneath so I did not see my nail through the glitter Was not done right at all. After I then again requested a solid color underneath I was reassured that it is a solid color in my nail would not show. attaching pictures to show the result of that failure. They put me in a broken massage chair at first it sounded like an engine was revving the entire time.l while scraping metal. They then finally moved me after I requested again just to put the next person in that chair so once again sounds of scraping metal. When I asked them to move the girl to a working chair and put that chair out of order because there was plenty chairs available they could not understand why all the sounds of that was not relaxing to get a pedicure next to and gave me a full attitude about it. They spilled paraffin All down my friends purse which was a genuine MCM bag. Then told her how she could clean it instead of cleaning it for her. Then finally came over to assist after we explained a few times it was genuine leather with a wet towel which cannot be used on leather which was explained again as they soaked her purse in water . They forgot to massage an entire side of her body And skipped steps in the pedicure after we paid for the most expensive one they offered. It is way more ghetto looking in person the pictures are deceiving. I didn’t even get my nails started until after two hours of being there and that was with an appointment at 12:30 I didn’t get them started until 230. They even tried to continue to charge until I insisted I was not paying for things that they did wrong including trying to charge for a paraffin wax where they poured the entire bag Of paraffin on her purse. They had to bring back up in just to give me a straight toenails because all of mine look like they were going uphill. My nails are discolored And crooked. I have no idea how they have the high reviews they do they must offer free everything to write a good one but I would stay so far away from this place. I just got out of there as quick as I could. This was an absolute nightmare

Recently started coming here and have been happy with the results each time. They use good quality polish. My nails growing out forces me to get a fresh manicure before the polish itself does, its that resilient. They also saved my nail when it broke, applying an acrylic one and smoothing/shaping it to match my other nails. Boy, is this acrylic nail sturdy. It doesnt budge and Im able to use it with the same confidence as all my other nails.

They are very friendly, very professional, and Ive always been pleased with pedicures and manicures service and nail dipping service. They not only mix and mingle with the clients but also with each other and make your visit fun. But if youre looking to just relax during your service they also give you that peace and quiet to relax through your service. Very kind people exclamation

This place used to be my go-to. Recently they haven’t been strong with their services or assurance to clients. I asked for a dipped and Maria accidentally did shellac and accused me of not making myself clear to her. Got mad at me. I’ve always done dipped for the last 4 months. She also did a terrible job on my nails after she was mad. My friend and her cousin had an incident as well with them. Will make sure to never come back. 1/10 recommend this place now!!

I have been coming to Orange Nails for around 4 years! The style of the salon may have changed, but the staff is just as friendly, attentive, and professional as always! I will be a regular here as long as I live in the area!

Went today for a pedi, there was no wait, they test your temperature upon entering! They have great prices the pedi is only $25 it includes the basic clean up, an orange scrub and callus treatment I’ve never gotten all of that for $25 before! Customer service was good, the gentlemen at the front was funny!

The wait is never long. Great quality gel polish with an even better technique is the key. These women know exactly what they are doing. My gel manicures last two weeks without any lifting or chips.

Nice nail salon. Friendly nail techs. This is the only place that I have been to that I have 2 nail techs to do my pedi when I am there. A lady starts and another one finishes. A more experienced lady wants to make sure all are done right, check for in growth and finish pedi. Very helpful and all work together as one. As a whole, they provide good service.

As a walk-in, I was immediately welcomed by the sweetest salon staff I have ever encountered. I let the young lady who greeted me know that I would like to have a full set of acrylics, a pedicure, a lower leg wax, and an eyebrow wax. I was seated immediately in a pedi seat, offered a refreshment, and they went to work. I was in and out of the salon in about 2 hours. I have never been so pleased with a salon experience as I am this one! My nails and toes are flawless! I was given the design I asked for with no hesitation. During the waxes, they paid very close attention and made certain they got each individual hair and cleaned up every trace of wax afterward. Each staff member that worked on me was super gentle, excruciatingly meticulous, constantly doted over my comfort, and interacted with me as well as one another. The clientele was equally as pleasant and interactive. I WILL be going back and recommending them to everyone I know! Ladies, if you read these, thank you so much for the most pleasant pampering day EVER!

I was in Houston from out of town and needed my nails done. They did an awesome job. They were very friendly and down to earth talking to everyone. Its a great atmosphere and they do great work. I will definatley come back here when Im in town.

Today i went to done my pedicure and manicures and they forgot to do my orange scrub which is there main step. I nicely ask them you didnt do it and all of them start busting on me rather than apologizing me. They told me rudely you can check in the trash that we did. I had two of my cousins who witnessed that she didnt put it. Then on my manicures i was doing shellac nails they have not done good job as well, it look like regular nail color that i do it by myself. They took anger on my two cousins and didnt do good job on their nails. Please do not go by Maria if you decide to go there.

Love this place. So many places in Sugar Land have such a stuffy vibe and this wasnt like that at all. Everyone in here was so friendly and there was conversation going around between all the customers and the nail techs. I will definitely be back. I did have to wait kind of a while but thats expected on a Friday evening. They also have wireless and have the password in their menu. Prices were reasonable - probably less than surrounding salons. $25 for a basic pedicure.

Only tried this place out because a friend suggested it and said it wasn’t so expensive.. I don’t like the fact that 3 different people were doing my nails and 2 different people were giving me a pedi. I’d much rather pay a bit more and have only one person doing my nails. Going back to my original salon.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a nail shop! The deluxe manicure included everything you could want. I like that the menu options were simple, I hate too many choices. 😩😂 They took their time, were extremely friendly, and I loved both my manicure and pedicure! Im picky about my cuticles being smooth, they did it without me asking. And the polish was painted so neatly! Not everyone can master that oddly enough. Another review said the shellac lasted 3 weeks and I can’t wait to see!OH and my husband said no one had ever gotten his feet so soft!!*UPDATE* My shellac did not last 3 weeks, but it was all my fault! I had to take down my braids and they RUINED me!! BUT I think they would have lasted, the the nails that werent ruined are still in superb shape!! I am still happy with the look and quality. My husband even noticed how neat my nails were polished and the quality and he knows NOTHING about shellac or gel nails!

My first time here and Im hooked. Totally affordable for great service. I loved the color selection and the girls there are so funny and sweet. I felt welcome and like it would be a place to hangout and get to know my nail techs. The deluxe pedicure is SO WORTH IT. My skin feels fresh and new. I usually expect my shellac manicures to last about 4 weeks (I found a place where it will make it that long, Im not just crazy :)). They use a different brand than Im used to so we will see-my nails look gorgeous either way. Ill be back for sure!

Love my nails!

The staff was not at all attentive to us considering that we were new. We sat for way over an hour soaking our feet for a pedicure. When my mother went to her car to get phone after way over an hour, they followed her out yelling to pay. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. We wont be returning, felt very discriminated against and not genuine personalities from the staff.

Great service. Really loved the care and attention given by both of my nail technicians to my hands and feet. My only concern was with my nail technician who dealt with my hands. I went with my sister and tried to catch up with her life. Im all for talking to the technicians but I was having a serious conversation with my sister and my nail tech refused to let me finish a sentence. She seemed to want to chit chat with me and joke because the shop had been doing so earlier as a collective but we all went into our own conversations afterwards. She refused to let me speak. I allowed her to continue joking but my sister and I were both annoyed at the way things were playing out. The shop overall was nice and the services were amazing from both technicians though.

Not impressed. My hubby and i decided to come based on the reviews. If you’re going to have your customers wait 15 minutes, at least acknowledge the slow service or say something. I felt like we were not welcomed.

The worst service ever! Firstly, their was no quality work because they wanted to get to more customers. Second, the owner wanted US to apologize for explaining our concerns. Third, when we would talk, they wouldn’t talk back like we are speaking to the wall. Fourth, the request we asked for was being discussed with another customer which spoke the same language as them so basically the group of three we had was talked about about with one of their regular customers. Lastly, they didn’t apologize even once and instead kept defending themselves, talked amongst themselves, were arrogant, and had an ego because they knew our complains meant nothing since they were getting business from others.. I posted this review for others so they don’t have to go through such rude and ugly personalities as my group did.

Their colors are amazing! Gel color is really high quality so lasted so long and looks like brand new! I like how clean and sanitary the place is as well! Nice place

Good services clean job, and very sanitary. The atmosphere is very welcoming, sand their tools are well organized. The lady that my Masai did such an amazing job and very gentle when cutting cause my skin is very sensitive.

My French tip gel polish has lasted an ABSURD amount of time. Its been over 2 weeks now and there hasn’t been any chipping or peeling except a tiny bit at the base. And everyone working there was awesome and genuine.

I really love my Deluxe pedicure! It was such a lavish treatment. They have such wonderful selections of colors to select from.

First time visit and the ladies are super sweet. They are great at what they do!
