My usual nail tech had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency. However my current set had already been on for 4 weeks so I needed a new one ASAP. Someone recommended Aria saying she had heard they were good and it was near my job. I called and they said they accepted walk ins so I went! The customer service since I walked in the door to when I left was terrible. No one was rude but no relationship was attempted to be established. It was all very dry, “pick a color, have you picked colors yet? *sigh*” The quality of the nails wasn’t good either. I showed nail tech a picture of the shape and length and nothing. They were way shorter than the picture and the shape is weird. My nail tip curl downward, the French tip is very streaky and patchy. The attention to detail was not there at all. I even did something “cute and simple” so it wouldn’t be a hard task to deliver. Specially since it was my first time trying them out. With that being said I was not at all satisfied with the work or experience I received.

Been coming for a while now only had one not so good experience. I’m not picky and give any tech a try. I get a shellac manicure and regular pedicure, the shellac last long as well as the polish on my toes. Some techs are better at cleaning up my cuticles than others but overall I enjoy coming here

Ive tried tried Aria a few times and each visit lacked services of short staff, no strip lashes available, and cocktail was not available. I would love for Aria to increase the quality of service and availability of products and services as its so close to my house but Aria cant seem to get it right. Hope this changes soon as the salon is beautiful with nice decor, clean, bar, great selection of nail polish and designs.

Amazing experience EACH and every time I have gone. This place was recommended by a friend. By far THE BEST pedicures I’ve ever had in the Sugar Land area. Staff is all very friendly, courteous and professional. The manager is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. DRINKS ARE AMAZING TOO 😭😭😭 you will not regret coming here. Just make sure you have an appointment because they fill up pretty fast.

I came across this place because my usual place was beyond busy. Needless to say this will be my new salon. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful even with my 4 year old. I totally forgot the names of the techs that helped me but they took their time and I actually had time to relax and unwind unlike other places. I don’t live in the area and will definitely be making the trip to this salon. Well worth my while.

Great service and ambiance! I just got dip powder nails for the first time in a while because I work with my hands so much.... I was afraid that the polish would come off quickly like when it did when I got them done at another place! However, my nails are still holding up! Good job guys!

I absolute hate this nail salon and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. The workers are unbelievably rude. I went their twice and both times when they removed my old acrylics they would jab another unused nail underneath mine and rip it out which is super painful. And when they clean your nails they do it super rushed and I ended up getting scars on my fingers and some had cuts which blood was coming out. Today my pinky acrylic wasn’t glued on properly and started getting loose and ended up pulling on my natural nail and is currently bleeding under the acrylic. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life.

Let me start off by saying the staff was friendly and the salon looks pretty. I went in yesterday for a pedicure and shellac manicure.This was literally the WORST “pedicure” that I’ve ever experienced. I selected the tropical pedicure. The lady soaked my feet for five minutes in cold water, cut my nails, put hot towels on my legs and painted my toes.....THAT’S IT! No scrubbing, no pumice stones, no cuticle removal and no 10 minute massage which is supposed to come with the tropical pedi as stated on the menu. For my manicure, my shellac polish was still wet when I left the salon, after I was told it was dry and got on my very expensive purse. I will not be returning. Save your coins and go elsewhere ladies.

The tall, thin cashier/host is very rude. I won’t be returning, and I was charged an extra five dollars for a horrible nail polish change.As I said. RUDE!!!!! I’m trying to upload a picture to show the poor job she did. I just said anything to get out of the chair, because I was there for so long and you made it very uncomfortable pacing back and forth looking at me every two secs and not asking if I wanted anything like you did the other guests.I only get a pedicures. I’m not one to get my nails done so as a business, she should have said something. I don’t care if it’s a .50 cent difference, you let customers know. I didn’t sign up for the service on the sign up sheet. I asked for it at the chair where no sheet was shown or verbal warning.

I went to this nail shop on today,Sunday. I didnt have an appointment and I have been going here since the nail shops opened back up in Late May of this year. Most of the times i have an appointment but have gone without an appointment before. So the guy at the counter proceeded to ask if I had an appointment and what services did I need. I requested pedi/mani so he went to tell me I could only have ONE service. 🤔.I questioned and with a attitude he said I have appointments today!So I asked if I could make an appointment and acted as if he was doing me a favor. I want to say there is a nail shop on EVERY corner in Houston Area. He reluctantly gave me an appointment. I left and found a nail shop right across the street. I want to say my African American dollars will spend anywhere. SO IF THIS SHOP ONLY CATERS TO THE CAUCASIAN THEN I SUGGEST THE AFRICAN AMERICAN DOLLARS DONT GO HERE.

The first time to ever visit this location and I was blown away! Every single person from the time I walked in to the moment I left were absolutely amazing! Friendly, smiling, and of course a nice beverage to keep you relaxed! I will definitely be back to visit!

The front door says “walk-ins welcome”. Yet, when I entered with my daughter the front desk receptionist asked what services we wanted and then proceeded to tell us he could not take walk-ins because they are full with appointments. However, he took three walk-in customers after us. Even my daughter could recognize the discrepancy and asked “why did they have room for them after he told us no?” I was still in the doorway when I heard them say they did not have an appointment.

The guy who was the receptionist when we came in was super rude and not helpful whatsoever. He was yelling at my aunt for not knowing what she wanted. We normally don’t get our nails done so having your nails done for the first can be confusing and a little patience should’ve been there. The girls who did the nails were great though. They had a more calm demeanor and explained everything. The prices are out of the roof. They charge for every little detail and the work was basic So honestly you could go anywhere cheaper and still get the same service. Will not be returning here!

I love the customer service from the reception girls! it’s also very nice and modern on the inside, great complimentary drinks but my pedicure was pretty disappointing. my technician was staring over her shoulder while she was exfoliating and massaging my legs (there was rly no massage, just rubbing them which was disappointing) which leads me to feel like her focus wasn’t on my service. i was eager for it to be over because it was that disappointing. oh well. 3 stars for the pros though.

My sister got her nails done here and this is not her first time getting a full set of dipping powder done for her nails but her nail technician Jordan was working through her nails in such a hurry. Theres gaps at the bottom of her nails that makes it seem like shes had them done for a while and when she pointed out the gaps and the bald spots she was told that No they look fine theres no problem. Anytime she told her to fix anything she was just told that oh no its fine or oh no it looks fine. The only reason she gave a 2 is because the guy at the reception was nice and helpful when she wanted suggestions on nail colors that compliment each other. Im not sure why Jordan was rushing through because it wasnt even a busy time where they had people waiting to get their nails done if I remember correctly there were some technicians just chilling in the back on the massage chairs. She most likely wont be returning here unless its a last resort. Im sure the other technicians are good but her first experience here wasnt great. This time is by far the worst nails shes gotten throughout all the times that she has gotten them done. I will say that the guy at the reception was still nice enough to give her an extra 10% discount for her dissatisfaction.

Im a frequent customer and I absolutely love coming here!!! The manager Lanny is so helpful and always has the best ideas if I’m ever indecisive about what I want to get done that day. Everyone is super professional and friendly and the salon is BEAUTIFUL. Coming here always makes me feel like a queen 👸. I will 1000000% be coming back forever.

Went here for the first time yesterday with my 2 nieces and 2 sisters. All of us were looking to get a mani and pedi. The technician that did my sisters nails was not qualified, she cut her finger and acted as she didnt see it and coated the powder dip on top. I was unable to get my manicure as the technician did not know how to do french tip. We were there for over 2 hours and spent over $300 on mediocre nails. The price you are paying for the quality of work does not match up. I recommend going to Telfair Nails right down the road, which is where I ended up for my french tip. Wont be returning here.

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice (acrylic + polish & refill + polish) and was taken care of by Andy the first time and Tracy the second time and i was beyond impressed by both of their work. the rest of the staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Jenny, one of the managers, is super thoughtful and helpful. she remembered me (& my drink order!) i will continue to come back to Aria as often as i can 🤗

Went here for the first time about two weeks ago. I got a shellac manicure with acrylic and I got a basic pedicure with acrylic. My shellac started to get messed up two days after I got them done. I did call them to tell them my shellac was messed up and they did offer to fix it, but I did not have time to go in for that. Never have I ever gotten shellac on my manicure and the polish starts to chip so soon.My pedicure, was horrible since the acrylic wasn’t placed properly and shaped how I wanted it to be. I told the lady about 3 times that my acrylic on my big toe was not even and she made the acrylic too short. I am extremely picky when it comes to my toes and she made my toes round shaped, when I asked for square. She tried to fix the acrylic, but she just couldn’t do it so I gave up on telling her over and over again. It did not even look like I had acrylic on my toes. The inside of the place is beautiful! Definitely love how they set it up. I will not be coming back due to the fact that my toes were not done how I wanted them to be.

Ok so let me say I know I came in a little late around 6:55ish so I can kind of understand what happen . Amy i think her name was did a Harmony pedicure for me tonight and honestly it just felt like a basic pedicure with some wax and stones her face was not happy at all until the very end, May the lady who did my nails was very happy talked to me the entire time even tho it was after hours was very pleased with her the manager apologized and gave me a solution to the pedicure issue . Overall the salon was very beautiful the drinks were great ! I will give them another chance as long as its not with Amy.

The salons is lovely and the gentleman that greeted me was very nice. That’s where my pleasant experience ended. It was the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. She did not remove the calluses on my feet, refused to cut my nails shorter, hurt my toe. She refused to remove cuticles and hang mails as she stated “she was afraid to cut my skin”. It went downhill from there. Never again!!!!

Came in with my mom and sister, we all did pedis and it was great !! The guy in the front was really funny and gave us free drinks . Very clean and fun salon must try ! They have 10% off happy hour from monday to thursday also wich is a plus
