Jade does a great job every time!

This place is 5 minutes away walking from my house but never went back again . I’m not leaving this review looking for free stuff or service. My first time there was a pleasant experience to be honest, but it was going down hill after that. Second time my nails were done sooooo poorly, they were lumpy and pumby lol . Again I wanted to give them another chance cuz I assumed maybe the tech was tired but she blew it even worse .. never went back again

Ms Michelle was extremely kind and patient with me. Im very picky about my nails and I scrutinize everything and she listened to everything I wanted and took her time. Her and the other lady were very friendly and had a lot of good energy. Plus they have lots of beautiful dip colors to choose from

Really nice two ladies who helped me with my pedi and mani. My only complaint is the huge language barrier. In the end I went with something simple and was charged $100 for something mediocre.I would say you get what you pay for, but that was alot compared to what I have payed in the past for perfect 👌 💯 nails.

Their crew is very sweet and my nails always come out amazing! They even practice safe social distancing, and everything looks clean.

I have to say this place is amazing. I walk in feeling heavy and leave feeling light. They literally have the ability to remove your stress with their hospitality. The staff is amazing love them all.

Maybe its not a good salon for younger or first time nail salon clients. I went with my daughter, the atmosphere is nice and calming if youre looking for a quiet salon but they wouldnt even talk when asking you to move your arms and feet they just jerk you in the general direction. I understood because Ive gotten my nails done before but it was my daughters first time and it looked as though the lady was twisting her hands repeatedly. I asked the tech to talk to my daughter and give her directions instead of jerking her around. They didnt even give her pillows to help her sit up on the seat and I asked them for that (it was plain to see she could not sit in the seat without some support).Secondly their pricing fluctuated depending on who I talked to. Other than that they did a good job on the nails. Nail skills are on point, people skills are not.

This is my go-to salon and I am very happy with the service. Ive had pedicures, gel manicures and a full set (pink and white) here, and I am pleased with the results. Considering I live less than half a mile away, I am glad this place is so good. They also do waxing there but I have not had that.

So Linda is amazing!!! she’s my go to for a full set because she’s a perfectionist, I come here every 2 weeks and never leave unhappy, but I will say you have to call and schedule an appointment to avoid waiting because they get busy, They’re all such nice ladies and after trying a million salons, this is the one!

This place deserves no stars... I literally just got my nails done Friday and it’s only Tuesday and two of my nails are broken and my toe nail polish is peeling off... I got an overlay and my nails aren’t long so why is my overlay breaking this is literally unacceptable... they either need to give me my money back or fix it with no question asked

The girl that did my nails did a beautiful job...on my first hand, but the owner kept rushing her so she wasnt able to do as nice of a job on my other hand. Clean nail salon, but not well ventilated.

This will be my last time coming to this establishment!!! My daughter and I are regulars at this salon. More me than her but I was treating her to a little princess mani-pedi for doing awesome in school and over the break.It started with us walking in and waiting for our services. We picked out our colors as usual. My daughter chose one color but as normal had moments where she thought about changing her color going back and forth to the color stand. Another mother & daughter walked in behind us after another woman. (So 3 people after our arrival). We are patiently waiting as we had no problem doing, however I got a little frustrated when they sat the other mother-daughter before us. So I kindly asked if we were next and the owner stated she would be doing ours. O.K. noted. However, why would they be seated in chairs before us if we were also getting the same services?Anyway, my daughter left her nail polish on the sink and went to retrieve when she accidentally dropped and broke the red she had picked out. No big deal. I have seen grown women do the same so I go to the restroom to get paper towels as the women who all work their continue to work. During this time another young woman walks in. As I am running back and forth getting paper towels, my daughter made sure the new customer avoided the area that had glass from the bottle as well as bright red nail polish (she is 7 and taking care of the other customers). The nice woman informed me my daughter made sure to tell her to be careful in the vicinity because the shop and owner had no intentions of stating anything.The owner then seats everyone that has come in after us and still hasnt really directed me in the best way to clean the spill or offer help or make sure the glass was off the floor for the safety of those around. The kind woman saw I was doing all I could to clean the accident and asks for another towel to help me clean up. As we are scrubbing the floor, the owner comes and finally starts squirting the acetone on the area. The stench is nauseating. Myself and the other woman continue to scrub and the woman gets the bottle from the owner. We continue to clean until its as clean as we can get it. The helping woman states how ridiculous it was for us to be doing so. Then finally we can both no longer squat and seem to have spot-cleaned it, the owner comes over.I politely say we are leaving. My daughter has red polish all over her foot and the helping woman states we need to clean her off. The owner does not seem to care at any manner. I refuse for the acetone to be placed on my daughters skin and the other woman asks for a damp paper towel for her. I tell them both we live right around the corner and Id rather clean her off at home.Im extremely frustrated at this point again because it was a simple accident. We were treated as we were a disgrace as if they havent received PLENTY of our money and my business over the course of the last 3 years. My daughter was upset and I was trying to reassure her it was an accident and they acted as if we were the dirt on their shoes. We were a complete after thought and as an owner of an establishment, Id think you would render aid especially if your other customers could be in jeopardy of glass in their foots or staining their shoes. As we got in the car, I then had to explain to my daughter how people should be treated and why we were not helped.

They say walk ins welcome, so my adult daughter and I went in. Shes been sick of late and it was a time to be still and heal.They were busy so we waited.Not long till I was placed in a foot tub.My nails were done later. So my time in there was over 2 hours.My daughter only wanted a manicure.She was next.A phone call comes in and we hear as they planned her service for less than 30 min away.In walks the woman and they take her over the one taking the next available service.*when someone is waiting, and an appt comes in for time after the walk in is already there, they are both the next Customer. WXCEPT, THE 1ST ONE IS 1ST. NOT LAST.So she left. Got nothing done.

Door says they open at 9am and I got there at 9am because I was in a hurry to go somewhere after. I waited until 9:10 and noone ever came to open up the shop. I ended up taking my business to another nail place that actually opened at the time they are supposed to. I wish I hadnt wasted my time coming here in the first place. They obviously dont care about business if they arent going to open when they say they will.

Just left and will not return. My pedicure was rushed, water was lukewarm, massage was terrible, and the hot stones were cold. The guy that did my pedi did not seem interested in detail, I had to instruct him ti clean up his paint job which he messed up twice. The second time, I didnt even bother. I requested for a design, the guy doing my pedicure cant do designs. Instead of informing me, he just got up from the chair. A lady came with an attitude about doing the design. I told her to just forget about it. Im not gong to pay for anything extra after I just got a rush job pedi, that was supposedly an upgraded one. Funny how the lady that started her classic pedi before me was done at the same time I was. So that explains to you how rushed mine was. I only came because of the high reviews and it is near my neighborhood. Never again. l continue my drive to Pearland. Should have known not to trust almost a year old reviews.
