Very pleased with how helpful they were. Had a painful cracked tooth that couldnt be saved. I dont have insurance but they helped with a financing solution and extracted the tooth in the same appointment.

I am terrified of dentists and fail to obtain regular care due to my fear. Pain was my motivator to call the Maplewood Aspen clinic. They got me in within 24 hours and everyone was exceptionally kind, professional and caring. All actions were thoroughly explained prior to performing them and great care was taken to insure my physical and emotional well-being. I needed an extraction, which was achieved painlessly. My sincere thanks to everyone who participated in my care. You are amazing! The costs were reasonable as well. I highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic ripped me off and I will never do business with them again. They made a big deal out of checking my insurance and then recommended a bunch of work that wasnt covered. I signed and okayed the work because they did make such a big deal about checking my coverage now Im stuck with the bill.If you are using insurance with these thieves get EVERYTHING preapproved in writing before you sign anything.

Truly great experience! They were kind, gentle and caring. I was in the worst pain of my life and they handled me with care and concern. They were not pushy, they did not make me feel ashamed, they listened and were very positive and reassuring through the entire process. I woke up today with no pain only a little sore from 2 extractions. They are not close to where I live but I will gladly make the drive every time in the future for the excellent care.

Nice office. Building seems brand new. My appointment seemed very thorough. Lots of pictures were taken of my teeth. Not sure I’ve ever had that many before. The technician seems to hate taking them too. The young lady nurse who did my gum exam was very sweet and made me laugh while waiting for the doctor. I could even hear her laughing down the hall while I was in the lobby. Very sweet to hear a happy staff. L The doctor and his nurse made me feel very safe. Happy to say I had a good time at the dentist.

I was in severe pain! Big thanks to Dr Nahan and his team for taking me in last minute at end of day for a dental emergency. Will definitely be back for all future dental restorations!

I had a very good experience at this clinic, with one exception. The staff was very kind, made me laugh and made me feel at home. The woman who took my radiographs was very gentle and explained everything. The woman who came in to measure my gums made me laugh and feel at ease, I never thought I would say I had fun at a dental clinic. My only complaint is the lack of mask wearing. My husband waited in the car and told me that he watched the front desk girl sit without her mask my entire appointment (over an hour), and that she would frantically put it on as people walked into the building. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose? Your germs are everywhere. I also watched the doctor walk around the office with no mask. Very frustrating. I had to wear a mask and so did the rest of the staff. Not sure why some people are the exception. Will not be returning until I feel safer.

My husband and myself went to Aspen Dental for a second opinion when we were told by another dentist that we had 3 cavities combined. We had full mouth X-ray that revealed that neither of us had cavities. The exam was the best we have ever had at no charge to either of us. The staff was warm and welcoming and the Dr. was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to make a follow up appointment for a cleaning however we did make one. The best part of all, the cost to have our teeth cleaned after the senior discount was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Maplewood to anyone that needs dental work.

So far so good. First visit. One of the techs started to get a little testy but the situation was quickly averted with a friendly smile and gesture by me.

As I shared my story yesterday on Aspen Dental Facebook pages I am compelled to write more about my experience yesterday at your office.Lets begin with when you walk through the door, the lobby/waiting area is immaculate unlike other dentist offices I have visited. Then youre greeted with a warm and friendly smile, welcoming you to their office. Their Professionalism was very refreshing, I was so excited to see what else the office provided that I got carried away doing the paperwork that I had to start all over. Then the door opened and another friendly smile welcomed me and said follow me Robert, and we immediately went to take X-rays, then I was escorted to a office. Everything was explained to me, my white coat syndrome disappeared, I was at ease as they did more examinations, it was like I was home, so relaxing. Then the Dentist appeared, he sat next to explaining procedures and the preparation. I was very much impressed, they enhanced my life now and for the future, what more can a regular guy ask for.

Best service ever thus far. Everyone friendly and professional. They dont shortcut on service, and are upfront about all services. Staff is knowledgeable and cares.

I had an appointment Monday, I was in a considerable amount of pain in my mouth because of a broken tooth that was infected. Everyone in this office treated me with kindness except for the hygienist. She was rude and almost seem to enjoy causing pain. When I involuntary wiggled with pain replied I get it, Ive had a toothache before, but when you move i have to hurt you more. I didnt come there for her little recession test . Nor was it just a toothache. I had to get a tooth extracted and it was recommended that I get more extracted on top of that. her cruelty overshadows the kindness from the rest of the team. This was my first and last visit, and this was my unfortunate experience. I will be looking elsewhere in the future

Great Customer service, best dental hygienist ever ! Made me feel that I was a valuable client. Very high degree of attention to detail. I feel comfortable and at ease, made visit fun and enjoyable !

No one could answer the simplest of questions until the dentist came in. Too little and way to late. Nor could I get a quote on a simple prophylaxis. Never got a run around like this in my life. Was told they would get back to me. Never happened. Told my dental health required special cleaning care costing hundreds of dollars. Follow up with subsequent dentists (including x-rays and thorough dental examinations) proved this analysis was inaccurate. 10 bucks to ask a question. 20 bucks to listen. And 30 bucks to make up an excuse for failing to answer. And the hygienist dug exceptionally deep to check my gums. Way more painful than necessary. Had to be doing it on purpose. Quoted estimates from $319 to $232 to $184 to $174 to $105 to $48. And even though my dental savings plan had a fee schedule of $48 Aspen Dental refused to provide that service. Has anyone heard of a dental clinic that refuses to clean your teeth?!?!?!!!The only employee in the place that was not rude and evasive was the x-ray technician (and the dentist).Aspen Dental is a provider(?) that is highly and intricately designed to separate you from your money providing excessively overpriced, and unnecessary, dental care. Avoid them at all costs and save yourself some time, aggravation, inconvenience, and money.

Ive just had 2 visits so far, but everyone is very friendly, accommodating and seem very knowledgeable. I still have 3 or 4 more visits to go. I would definitely recommend this company for their dental work.

If you are terrified of the dentist like I am, this is the clinic for you. The staff is so welcoming and was able to put me at ease from the very start. The entire staff is always smiling and laughing and everyone seems to really enjoy their work. Its so refreshing to be in a place with such positivity, especially when already nervous. Maggie was my hygienist. She was respectful and listened to my concerns. She was gentle and knowledgeable.

Just called for there free x-ray and exam they provide for ppl that dont have insurance. The lady that i spoke to was amazing, made me feel that I was important! I was a dental assistant years ago and now I am afraid to go to a dentist! Well now I had teeth problems and needed an upper denture. Went there with a broken tooth that was causing a lot of pain. Got free xrays and free exam without dental insurance. They gave me options on what to do and I decided on a tooth extraction. They got me in later the same day to pull the tooth and was out within 30 minutes. I don’t typically enjoy going to the dentist but my experience here was terrific. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for a pain free mouth.

Everybody, receptionist, nurses and doctor, is so nice - kind and well-explaining. I was nervous first but their kindness made me relaxed and comfortable quickly.

Everyone was so nice !!! And still are working with me and I had my puppy chew my dentures up and they got me in right away and started getting molds done right away and I go back this am for a wax fittng and are hoping my new set of dentures will be done before they close so I can have them right away today or for sure tomorrow by noon they are doing everything in thier power to get my new dentures as soon as possible !!! Every other dentist I called were telling me it would be into next week at earliest to get them heck one place told me it could take upto a month !! If you have an emergency theses are the people to call !!!

Best professional and caring Dental staff ever!!!

I was in pain from new dentures fitting and got in as soon as possible. They took time to work on the new fitting and cleared up as much as they could. Now it will be hot spots for a while till i get use to the new dentures . I give the dentist 5 stars and the assistants 5 stars.

I had a crack in my denture piece. I made a appt at the Maplewood location all the staff were very nice, the service was fast I could have gotten my denture back that day if I didnt have to work but went and and got it the next. The quality of them fixing my denture absolutely wonderful. It was great pricing after my insurance. I will be back to get a full upper and lower.

What a joke! They say the appointments are average 45 minutes, lies more like a 2 hour wait before you can even get seated. I told the dental assistant the one X-ray she was trying to take hurt really bad so she then said she was going to get her hygentist to help and see if she could get it positioned better than her, the hygentist tried but literally gave me an attitude when I said it was still hurting really bad, they still take it and then she leaves but I see her do this eye thing and starts laughing obnoxiously to another staff person????. Way to feel at ease. I don’t know what’s so funny but being at a dental office is already a nerve wrecking experience as it is. I mean throughout the whole process I can hear her LOUD and clear. The doctor is really really nice, but I was then told the “office manager” Jade was out of the office due to her child being sick so I couldn’t get a consultation at the moment, and that we would more than likely get a call back to set that up. Did I get a call? nope! I called more than once and what do you know the office manager still not there. Seriously?! Is this a once or twice a week thing? I get it, kids at home get sick but not ONE person reached out to me. So yep I ended up going to another dentist in Saint Paul. I don’t believe any of these highly rated reviews it’s obvious they write these themselves. Please Don’t waste your time here.

Did not have a good experience. The lady who did my xrays was very inpatient and I felt like everything I did was wrong. I have invisaligns and I had 4 teeth extracted because of crowding. They told me that I should have my wisdom teeth taken out as well and they knew nothing about invisaligns. They were going to charge me 800 a tooth for something I didnt even need. Will not recommend.

My mother, Darlene, and was charged for an exam after they refused to clean her teeth, blaiming her gum disease. This was not a problem with other clinics.
