They have service, but I nor my daughter got the techs with skill. Im wondering if the pics they posted of the work done there was actually done there. My daughters nails came out flat on the top and my topcoat wasnt applied properly.Can someone name the skilled techs here?

I LOVED it here! Anthony did an amazing job shaping my nails. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that did the design but I love how it turned out. They’re very kind and professional and I plan on going back for my next set.

Slight wait because they’re busy, but they’re busy for a reason! I’m sure you can see on their page all the nail art they do, but I was still super happy to get a design done and it turned out amazing. They’re efficient as can be and really do their best. It’s also pretty and clean inside, and their system for signing in customers is innovative! I’ll be coming back.

Kai (I hope I spelled his name right), the owner greeted me at the door and was very friendly. Made me feel welcome. Today was my first time in this salon. I dont know how I didnt notice this place in all these years I have lived out here! Jasmine was my nail technician and she did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. She didnt over do it with the nail filing when roughing up my nail bed for the acrylic prep. She made sure to create my nails as natural looking as possible so they were not thick but looked like natural nails. She did a full set of new acrylic nails in about 30 minutes! I was so impressed. This place is very clean, optically beautiful inside, and it didnt smell of chemicals at all. They were busy, had a decent amount of clientele when I came in and that says something! I had been going into other nail salons today in the area looking for a good place to do my nails and all of them were very empty of clients and didnt appear as clean to me. I highly recommend VIP Nails in Sugar Land. I give them 5 stars! I am definitely coming back!

First when the tech was removing the old dip powder, my nails were burning. This is only the second time Ive had my nails done in 3 years so I know they arent so thin the should be hurting. The dip has bumps on one nail and waves on others. They are also very think which makes it hard to use them. The ends of the nails look horrible. This is powder coloring on my cuticles also. For the expensive price I will not be back.

I have been going here for a while and I loved the service. Once the owners changed the service was okay but my nail tech didn’t put any effort into doing my nails. She dis cover my full nail all of the sides where left untouched and the shaping was very off. The lady looked like she didn’t want to do her job.

It’s so hard to find good nail techs but let me tell you! This place is clean! It’s not very noisy. And they alway get it right. If you want good nail art go see Ms.Van or Ms.Jasmin they know what they are doing. They listen to your needs and get it done! And for pedicure seeMs.Lee she is quiet, gentle and gets the job done! Very relaxing, 5 out of 5. This was my first visit to the nail salon and I did pick the salon because we were in the area for other purposes. Very clean and professional I absolutely loved it. No rush to get you through and get out the door, and no pressure to up sell other products or services. The ladies were super nice and very helpful when I had questions. This is my new favorite nail salon! It is very clean and they give a great mani/pedi. The techs are very professional, offer delicious complimentary drinks, and give a good foot massage. Michael was my most recent nail tech and he was top notch. They also have a great deal on pedicures-I got the honey milk one! Good selection of nail polish colors as well. I’m a regular customer now.

Anthony makes me feel like a Queen 👸🏼 I love the vibe of this place. The tile and the chandeliers make it look like a palace. Good wine too 🍷

I have been here previously and it was great but it took a couple steps up in my opinion. They have definitely made a regular out of me. There were so many wonderful promotions going on that I was able to park take in. The technician who did my nails was Tom. He was very accommodating even when I changed my mind about a couple things. It was always a struggle for me to find the right nail salon! But then I found VIP, and when I walked in they were very welcoming, and so helpful! I ended up getting my nails done by Ann, and loved her so much! Totally worth it! I went back and got a pedicure and ended up getting the subscription package that they offer there! Great place!

They have so many 5 star reviews because if you give them 5 stars they enter you in a raffle. The salon didnt have sanitized packages for clippers and she did a horrible job cleaning up my nails. When she filed them, many of them were uneven and their hand massage is 8 seconds on each arm just lackadaisical rubbing. I will not be going back.

Me and my sister went together I had a basic design but once I walked in for the first time and show what they had I changed my mind so fast like wow my nails r amazing. cant forget my sisters nails she had a hard one and they come out even better then we thought and amazing people plus great work!

Sunday, July 11th probably wasnt their day. I made a 2:00 pm appointment for 2 pedicures. I was finally seen at 2:45. The manager did give me a 5 dollar discount due to oversight on her part. I appreciate and took the discount because she sent a technician to two other patrons because they threatened to leave because they hadnt been seen when I was waiting longer. When you pay for a service, please speak up about what is right and wrong in your eyes. Be gentle, exhibit, the fruit of the spirit and God will provide. I wish them the best. But Im on to the next salon.

I got my lashes done here for the very first time. Khai did such a phenomenal job! I didnt know what to ask for since I never had gotten lashes before, so he did his own thing & got creative; such a beautiful set. my lashes lasted a little over 3 weeks & because I couldnt get an appointment in on time, they still held on so amazingly. I came in for a mani + pedi; the experience was pleasant. The salon is beautiful, everything is new and clean looking. They have a huge collection of nail colors. Ive been going to this place for the past two years religiously every three weeks. Super happy with the results today. I decided to come in with a design and asked for a design specialist. Ivy, one of the new managers took my photo and handed it to MyMy. My nails have never been this perfect. MyMy took her time and made sure that all my nails were to my liking.Chris did my pedicure and Ive always enjoyed her massages and she gets all my deep hangnails and thick calluses out and makes my toes soft and pretty.Ill definitely be using them again.Now that its under new management, they are super attentive to the satisfaction of their clients.Khai is a sweetheart at the front desk. He made me one of the best mimosas today.

Ive been here twice now and this place is good dont get me wrong they do know what they are doing but this place is SOOO expensive u can get these basic designs else where and pay wayyy less.. i got something i completely didnt even ask for today and im just left confused as to why i paid so much for so little. Im will not be returning sadly. The reviews about prices have to be wrong or this place definitely took advantage of me and that doesnt sit well with me.

Bad Experience with VIP Nails in Sugar Land .I always go and get my nails done in different place and have done them this last time in VIP nails, was the worst time, my nails did not look as attractive as should be, and the nails popped off after 3 days while they are supposed to stay good for 3 weeks, and the charge was the most expensive, the owner/manger at the time of reservation gave me a price then the lady charged me more without giving explanation, and added the tip without asking me, very bad service, and I will never go back there.There are too many good nail places around this VIP and compete them with the service and price .
