Found this location on Google because after almost 20 yrs of being acrylic nail-free, I’m debating on getting my nails done again. I called for prices (missing on the website) and to see if needed an appointment this pass Saturday (6/5/21) but the lady and gentleman didn’t understand English enough to answer me...this becomes a reoccurring issue thought my visit. Anyway, I made an appointment for 430p. When I got there I checked in with the receptionist (in retrospect, she seemed like the only one fluent in English). I was told to have seat. It would be almost 20 mins before I’m acknowledged again to pick out my colors. The tech that did my nails Loan, was sweet but unfortunately didn’t speak English as well so when I asked for tissue bc my eyes were watering up she didn’t understand and continued working. Had to wait eyes closed until the receptionist finally passed by. There was also a second where she stopped working on me to help her previous client put her SHOES on and get off the pedi chair. I had no problem with that but when she returned she was about to continue my service without changing gloves until I mentioned it. I got a gel manicure to test out having my hands done and Loan got a nice shape on my short natural nails but the polish is not smooth on a few of my nails. I got different colors on each nail and she took her time making that happen. Smoothness aside, I liked how well the colors turned out (copied a picture) so much I opted to get my eyebrows waxed. I should not have done that. Another lady again, no English so she okayed me repeatedly when I tried to tell her how I wanted my brows. She essentially waxed my eyelid and forehead and fake tweezed (felt barely any plucking and no sculpting). The next day I had burn patches on my lids (right one I accidentally scratched off) and my brows look like nothing was done to them. I might try other salons in the area to compare but if I ever return, it WILL NOT BE FOR MY BROWS.UPDATE: I read the owner’s response today (6/15/21) and called but unfortunately the lady that answered did not understand why I was calling. I sent my number and email through the websites CONTACT US section.Update II: Its 7/15. Havent heard from anybody since and currently looking for another nail shop.

I’ve been waiting to post a review because I wanted to make sure the service was consistent and it is! I’ve been here about 5 times now for my pedicure and it’s always done so well. They all take their time and I never feel rushed. The environment is so relaxing and I love how serious they take cleanliness. This is officially my pedicure place

I was going here for 3-4 months consistently and each time I went it was a different price every time despite getting the same service every time 🙄 overpricing for every little thing from gel polish removal in between services to the length of nails I had (mind you which was always active length smh)The final straw with this place was my recent visit, during my pedicure the bottom and sides of my feet were over filed!!! and a week or so later I developed really bad callus. I HAVE NEVER HAD CALLUS EVER IN MY LIFE! now I’m left to try and heal my feet after this whole overpriced ordeal! Ughh never again. I do not recommend this place if your looking for genuine people that care about the health of your feet and you as a customer go elsewhere!

Steph did my eyelash extensions and the care with which she took, well let me just say I wasn’t surprised from the fabulous results after. They’re beautiful! I can’t wait to show them off! Her experience shined through as she talked to me about how to care for them. She’s the ultimate professional. I will be going back.

This was by far the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. Trisha performed meticulous and thorough services to make my experience great! My feet feel good & look good! I have definitely picked the right salon!

Fantastic service! The salon is very clean and the technicians wear face masks and face shields and sanitize each station before and after each customer. They are very sweet and always offer you a beverage. I always leave with fabulous looking nails. A great place to visit if you are in Sugar Land.

This is the 3rd time I’ve walked in and there is only one person working and not able to do any kind of service on me.

LOVE THIS FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL PLACE !I have been to many places but this will be my “go to” place for nails from now on! My nails were awful, almost ruined by another store but Ritz nails very carefully took off what they did without ruining my own nails. Amazing! She worked really hard and I appreciate Vicky very much. She did a beautiful French manicure for me. And Anna surprised me with my first French pedicure. Wow, Anna, it looks fantastic! Thank you both and Ritz!

I absolutely lobe this place. Every time I go in for service everyone is nice and friendly. I would not go to another nail salon. I am a customer for life.
