The atmosphere is great.. They do great work. But please allow me to give the tip as I feel is deserved without you having an issue. Thats a big issue I have with these types of businesses. Tips are not REQUIRED. Service is paid for and if I feel you did a great or exceed my expectations I have the option to tip.

I have been going to this nail salon for at least 2 years now and I am so glad I found Fresh nails and Julie! She is amazing and always pays attention to details. I’m really picky with my nails, and Julie never minds when I double check her work. She always listens and makes sure I am happy before I leave.

Came here for the first time today to get a pedi. Tracy was a perfectionist and did a great job! Will definitely be coming back! The salon was clean, pretty tranquil (granted there werent many customers here at 1130am) but the staff was really chill. Reasonable prices. Overall good experience. Definitely recommend! :)

Horrible customer service. They were so rude to me and it was completely embarrassing and I will never return. Go somewhere else. There are nicer other places all around that area.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and i really like it. Tina is the best in nails. She always does a good job and i always leave happy. If you need your nails done then make an appointment with Tina.

The ladies there are always so friendly and personable! My friend introduced me to this place and I love it. Very relaxing. My nails lasted longer than my manicures have in the past. Definitely try it!Yes... my nails are short!! Im working on that!

Tina did a good job on my nails. I got a full set done. She took the old nails that I had off and suggested something different. I told her to do what she said and she did and my nails came out very pretty. Inside the building is very clean and beautiful inside. I will be going back to her for my refill and maybe something different.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this nail salon. I had a terrible experience. They took so long on my nails and all I had was a refill on an acrylic. The person doing my nails, got paint all over my fingers and didn’t clean it up, and each nail has bubbles and dents and when I asked her to please redo a few I was given an attitude. And I was cut very badly on my finger that it’s been three weeks and I still have a giant scar. On top of that, as I was leaving and when I paid I was told I “have to leave a tip on the card” I don’t HAVE to do anything. I understand tips are processed just through card but I should not be demanded to do something especially after such a horrible experience. My nails still haven’t recovered and I have scars underneath my nails where the technician buffed too hard.

I completely love this nail salon, everything they do to make you feel comfortable from the drinks offered to the massages, friendly conversation if wanted. JULIE is my regular nail lady I love her creativity and positive energy. I’m not creative with nail designs so she always takes my little ideas and makes something beautiful out of them. I get my nails done and a JELLY pedicure every week and I would recommend them to anyone and I do!

They are always kind. Got my daughter in and out for a medi/pedi in no time. It was very relaxing.

First time here we got manicures. When we entered no one was wearing a mask. We had to ask them to put on masks. We both got dipping which was well done, but took almost 2 hours! That was too long for us.This is our second time, and we both got pedicures. Again, I had to ask 2 of the 4 employees to please put on a mask. My friend is a senior citizen and was nervous about being exposed like that.Although they do good work, we may not be back until we feel safer here.

I hadnt done my nails in years so I asked for someone that wouldnt damaged my nails and for a natural look and the lady overdid my nails and I felt she made them look so thick and manly... I was so disappointed because I drove far to get them done here. Not coming back!

Great staff! The ladies are sweet, clean location, timely manner. They don’t rip your nails off and actually listen to you . Restrooms are clean as well & there are beverages of you would like. Def recommend!

Best manicure I’ve had in years! The staff here is exceptional. Julie did my pedicure and it was fantastic!! She is so sweet and amazing at what she does. I can’t recall the name of the nice woman who did my manicure but she did an incredible job. I got regular polish and it has lasted me 2 weeks now without any chips. I will definitely be returning here!

The manicure and pedicure themselves were fine. The ladies that helped me spoke very low, almost like a whisper and it was really hard for me to hear them. They would get frustrated when I couldn’t hear. The reason why they get 3 stars from me is because I came here when I saw on their website that they offer student discount Monday’s through Thursday’s and when I asked they said they wouldn’t give it to me. Why list it on your website and not honor it? I also noticed they didn’t really greet people that came in the door. They would just stare at them and it was uncomfortable. Customer service really needs to be addressed here.

Very clean establishment and helpful staff. Didnt feel rushed during the pedicure and the hot stones were a nice treat!

I went here and the lady cut my fingers and they were bleeding. She told me to just deal with it. It was aweful. She was being very unprofessional. I didn’t ask more acrylics but she gave them to me anyways and when I said they were too long she gave me so much attitude. The acrylics were also way too thick. This place is awful.

Holly is so good! She will take care of you exactly how you like your nails done. I am super picky with my nails and she NEVER disappoints!

Julie is an incredible nail tech. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and told her to put a spin on it; get creative! She did just that, and I absolutely ADORE the result. She treats you like friend, not a client! I will definitely be going back!

I visited Fresh Nails and Spa for the second time and I was extremely pleased with Julie. She has GREAT customer service skills and is very gentle. She listens to your needs and does not rush you through like you are just a number. I would highly recommend Julie for any of your nail needs. You will not be disappointed !

Ive been going here for about 2 years, every 2 weeks . I get the shellac and deluxe pedicure. They have a great color selection and the technicians are friendly and do a wonderful job. Beautiful salon with great service.

Clean and beautiful nail salon with great atmosphere and a lot of modern tools and equipment. I came for shellac nails and they did such a thorough job. Everyone was accommodating and considerate. Definitely recommend and be coming back!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I wasnt greeted or even addressed. I wait over an hour in the spa chair till they got to me. It was very hard to communicate with the lady doing my nails. Place is honestly a bit pricey as well for acrylics. I wont be back here. Only reason they get 3/5 is because my mani turned out good. Just cant get over the lack of customer service. I had to tell them I was going to leave before they rushed to me. The place wasnt even busy.

They don’t pay attention to walk ins. One lady came in and asked how long the wait is and nobody answered her. She ended up just walking out. I called before i came in and no one answered the phone. I arrived and they told me to pick out a color and sit in the chair. Its been a good 30 minutes already and no customer service whatsoever. I will also be on my way out the door. I ended up leaving with nail sample paint colors all over my nails.

Awesome! I came just to bring my wife, but when I came back to pick her up the manager told me to wait sitting in one of those fancy chairs, and I was given a full back massage. My wife loved it the pedicure. Next time both of us will do it.

I wanted to like this place, but they have prices listed in black and white that they refuse to honor. I showed them based on their own material what I wanted and they told me they wouldnt do it for that price. Awful. Supposed to be a relaxing service and I left completely stressed out.

Holly and Tina are my mani/pedi specialists. Everyone in the salon is very sweet and helpful. Everything used is sanitized and the salon is very clean.

I had my first pedicure here. I received excellent customer service and very relaxing pedicure. It was more affordable than I thought, and what I love most is Lisa took her time to give me a perfect experience. I will be back to this try out their other services.

Just stopped into this salon to be a 1st time Client and visited restroom upon arrival...APPALLED at what I saw...there is a sign on wall in front of commode saying please put toilet paper in trash can...and the trash can sitting next to commode had the top in open position and it was obvious that people had been putting used toilet tissue following usage in the trash can!...this is just plain GROSS not to mention clearly against CDC and OSHA legal guidelines

V bad experience the lady started my nails n left me half done with other clients doing pedicure omg I was just kept lookin and while removing color from my nails with machine she just went under my natural nails it hurts so bad omg worst experience I paid 10$ for just that and every two week they raised their prices I just went there two weeks ago and I asked to refill new color n they were up on price omg not satisfied at all not going any more .
