I like my nails simple but sometimes its difficult finding someone to so just that! Joanne did a great job on my nails and she is super sweet! Myle did my toes and she did a great job too!

It was an awesome experience! My husband got his first manicure and thought it was very nice! I got a set of acrylic nails- they turned out to exactly how I wanted! Joanne was awesome!

Wonderful service. My Li once worked for envogue, and we were so sad when we heard she left. Someone else told us she came here, and my mom and I always request her for her service. Another coworker of hers also does an amazing job for me when Mi Li is busy with mom. Truly great place to get a pedicure for a great price.

Times have changed with place. It has gone down since the original owner has left. There are some lovely people who still work their, but the only reason why this place even has three stars from me is because of the person who does my nails who has done them for over 15 years and the lady up front who takes the appointments. The professionalism is not good and the current owner doesnt have great customer service. I will miss this place should it close.

I have been coming here about once a month for about two years. They always make me feel very welcome. They offer something to drink and set the chair up exactly as I want. Their Pedicure is a great service for a very reasonable price.

I went there once and Im planning to go again, the fact that they put plastic in the spa tub is a great!! Cleanliness is what I aim for. Customer service is great too!! It may not look fancy but its the cleanliness is satisfying..

Found by accident after a visit to the dentist. As a guy, I dont have a lot to compare it to, but manicures here have been quick, not uncomfortable, and achieved the clean look I wanted. Well run business that I will use again - thanks!

Ive been getting my nails done here for years. Their work is wonderful, and the staff is always professional and friendly. I get tons of compliments on my nails all the time, and I never feel like Im being nickeled and dimed to death -- if a nail breaks or something, they are always happy to fix it for me without charge, which I appreciate very much. I recommend Nails By Yen very highly!

They do a great job and actually make sure that you are taken care of, unlike other places ive been to. I recommend this place for sure!

Bad nails, they dont fit them right or have consistent shape either. Wouldnt come here if it was the last nail place in texas lol

I got my nails done here for the first time before Christmas Eve and I was very disappointed when I left the place. I would of asked them to fix it there and then but it was packed, I had many things to do and I didnt want to waist anymore time here than I had already. I went back a couple days later when I was back in town from the holidays. All I asked them was to fix my nails. instead they tried to convince me that there was nothing Wong with my nails and that I just needed a refil, they didnt fix my nails. instead they made me an appoint me an appointment for the next day with the same woman that messed up my nails in the first place because apperantly it wouldnt be fair for the other staff to have to fix my nails, and theyre charging me for a refil this place is very unprofessional. And they still managed to mess up my nails after fixing them they look the same as before . Im so disappointed This will be my first and last time coming to nails by yen.
