Great, reliable salon to get threading and waxing done! I also got my hair colored here, and they did a great job. Always happy with the results.

I love this place. I always drive here to get my eyebrows done.. Ive been coming to Sameena for over 12 years and can honestly never replace her. Before the pandemic this business has always been professional, so I expected no less during the pandemic. Everyone is always wearing masks and your chair is sanitized as soon as you get up off it. I have continously given this establishment my business and highly recommend it for everyone to also.

I ALWAYS get my eyebrows threaded here, and I love how they look after every time I come in. Its very clean, covid-19 friendly (spray down chairs after its used) & the ladies are very polite and professional! Would definitely recommend this salon :)

Wide array of salon services offered and I have had a majority of them with absolutely NO complaints! Great oil massage, relaxing hair wash and beautiful blow dry! Their waxing and facial rooms are always clean and the staff is always welcoming! Love this place! Highly recommend!!!

It a very nice place. As soon as you enter you are greeted by someone and get attention. Very professional and family environment. I would recommend to everybody. I loved the ombre they did to my hair.. Very nicely done!

Went in for eyebrow, upper lip and chin threading and the lady bruised my eye. When I mentioned it the front desk person just said didnt she put aloe... Putting aloe doesnt allow you to bruise someones eyebrows. I was not even offered a refund for the poor service.

I had the most horrible experience there. The staff here COMPLETELY fried my hair :( They didnt know what they were doing on a simple curl. They damaged my hair so much that I had to cut 5 inches off. I still feel like crying. They damaged it so much that it changed my hair color to blond from dark brown and the ends were so split that every time I brushed my hair, pieces of my hair kept falling off. I had worked so hard to get my hair healthy in the first place and I even told them that and asked them to put a heat protectant on. I wish there was some way I could get recourse as it will take me a good 2 years to get my hair back to that length that I had worked so hard to get to. Every girl knows that your hair is so important. Please do not go here!!!

This place is horrible. Too bad I dont have the option to give it 0 stars. I got my mum a gift card from this place for Mothers Day back in May of 2016. I meant for it to be for manicure and pedicure, because thats the only service she uses at this place. When I asked the lady who sold me the gift voucher, she told me that my mum will be able to use it for manicure and pedicure. A week later, when my mum called to make an appointment, they told her that the lady who does it is out at the time. That was back in May. A few weeks later when she called to get an appointment, they told my mum that they do not do manicure/pedicure any longer. I just went in today, more than two months later, to see if I can get a leave-in conditioner for my mum and they told me that the voucher can only be used for services. The voucher also expires on August 8, 2016.The thing is that they are still false advertising. There is a huge sign outside that says Nail Spa. I took a picture of it as I was driving away today. The gift voucher they have me also has pictures suggesting they offer the manicure/pedicure service.

Easy to get appts even last minute. Only have gotten my eyebrows threaded here and they are light on the hand so it doesnt hurt and they are fast!

Love this place. Have been going there for my eye brows since they opened :) will not go elsewhere and I live in HOUSTON!!!
