1st time visitor here and was not disappointed! I got a dip manicure. They were quick, efficient, friendly and this mani is stunning. The shape, color everything was exactly as I asked it and how adorable is that palm tree. 😍. I will defiantly be back my pedicure looks amazing too! One happy customer.

They do a great job every time and are accommodating to the different designs I like to try. The pedicures are always great even when theyre busy. I love the beautiful singing voices of some of the staff also! Ive been coming here for about 4 years now and the few times Ive gone elsewhere, its never as good.

So let me start off by saying I only write reviews if something is amazing or horrible. Yes, this place is awesome, peaceful and clean. I usually bring a book and my bible lesson but never read because I am too relaxed. 😂 My nails last at least two weeks before lifting or chipping. My favorite part is how punctual and professional they are. Keep up the great work, I’ll be back sooner rather than later.

I have been here twice and both times I was satisfied with the work done with my nails. They were gentle and made sure they werent hurting me and were careful to make sure they didnt cut me. The first time I went with a friend and we both got regular nails and they stayed for about a week until they started to fade as it was regular nail polish. The second time I went to get French Shellac for my sisters wedding, they stayed for about 2 weeks to 3 weeks and they were very beautiful. They are a bit overpriced but its definitely worth it. I will definitely come back.

First time getting a dipped powder set and they did great! Attention to detail and delivered exactly what I asked for.

I had to buy a matte top coat gel polish and file/buffer to fix my nails.My top coat stops peeling after my repair and I use hand sanitizer and wash my hands religiously.-1 another star: front desk receptionist guy was glued to the phone with a personal phone call.... 0 regards for customers walking in.Other nail salons might remember your face if you had to come back the same day and wonder why youre back. Then apologize excessively once you tell them your GEL polish is peeling.9-17 LOVE LOVE LOVE 💘 THIS PLACE!!SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL CANDY 🍬Candy is an awesome 👌 nail 💅 tech. Horrible customer service! I had 4 of my dips nails break because they applied the dip too then. My REAL NAILS! While getting them fixed the lady tells me “the dip on your nail was applied to thin thats why they are breaking”. After I get home ANOTHER nail breaks and I called to get them all redone. The owner then tells me he’s not going to fix them because it’s been over a few days. My nails broke the first week I got them done. Save your time and your money. The customer service here is trash and so is the service. This was my first and last time coming here. I’ve been getting my nails done dipped for years and have never had this problem before. The owner also talked over me the entire time I tried to explained to him what was happening and then told me “don’t come back I don’t need your money”. Rude and unnecessary on his part.

Don’t even bother coming here. I gave them two chances and they didn’t do my nails exactly like the photos I showed. I’m very particular about length and they try to negotiate what’s a long length and what isn’t.

Lee did an amazing job on my nails! She was meticulous and gentle! The place was beautiful! I got a full set and did dip nails. I like these so much more than acrylic. I will be going back to keep filled or if I need a new set.

Hi,They are nice, but their job is not good.If you are perfectionist and very detail job, this place is not a right please for you.I did my nail last 4 days ago. As you see it is to thick and already you are able to see the bump at the neck.Unhappy!

My first time here. I visited here to get shellac french manicure and regular pedicure a week ago ( May 2, 2017). I liked the process, but after 3 days, my nails were chipping and peeling. See the pictures. My left hand polishes all gone. With shellac polish I expect to get at least 2 weeks worth of manicure. I wont coming back, wasting money and time.

This review is based on my wifes experience. She is very picky about her manicures and pedicures so staying at this place means they are doing something right.She loves going to Venice Nails and Spa as they offer amenities and customer service that keep her happy. The selection of beverages is decent and they do special events, ie bridal/bachelorette where champagne/sparkling alcohol is offered.The prices are fair in her opinion. She also finds that there is a consistent quality maintained between all the technicians so she doesnt have to stick to a specific nail technician. Whenever there was an issue (which was rare), the owner bends over backwards to accommodate. He makes it worth giving business to him.

I had been going to another place to get my nails done, but I decided to try something different, as the woman I was seeing messed up my nails the last time. I was not disappointed! The environment was quiet and nice, lovely music playing. It was very Sugar Land. The guy who did my nails did an awesome job, and didnt bother talking to me more than necessary, as I was listening to an audiobook. The woman who does the designs is INCREDIBLE. She did this cat freehand! It looks like something out of a Ghibli film. I recommend them to everyone now.

My nails sparkled and looked fabulous for the whole 2 weeks!

Lenny did a good job on my nails. The place seems cleaned and organized . Only con is they charge 5$ for tips when typically its not a charge. My nails coated 50$ for ballerina shape nails. I enjoyed my pedicure as well that was 38$. Sarah was nice as well. She has great customer service.

If more than 5 stars were possible, then that’s what I would put down. We had such a fantastic time! The service was incredible, and the staff very accommodating. My fiancé and I both got the Venice deluxe pedicure and we highly recommend! He has only been to a few other salons with me, but he highly recommends them. I’ve been to lots of salons in Texas, NYC, and DC, and this was by far the best. The quality of the pedicure, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall feel of the place was great. Their prices were great and adequate for the service given, but after I got this pedicure I wouldn’t have minded paying more. They spent an hour with us, and I will for sure be back if I’m ever I’m the Houston area.

I have been a customer of Venice for a long time. I made an appointment for my wedding to get my nails done here with 5 other people who were in my bridal party, including my mother and my aunt.When I showed up to the salon, I showed Jay exactly what I wanted on my nails and his response was “we can’t do that here because we can’t match the color” I said I’m okay with the color not matching exactly and I will pick my color myself but he was being very rude and just didn’t even acknowledge that I needed a manicure.Cathy did my pedicure and she did a great job. But my manicure did not get done simultaneously like it should have been.Then Jay told me to come to the manicure chair for my manicure and then started to say a bunch of things including “next time you know a bride coming here “make sure she knows exactly what she wants”. I told him I showed him exactly what I wanted but he refused to do that. He was also very rude to the rest of my bridal party and kept bringing up that he won’t allow us to have a 15% discount even though we all had coupons for it from his store. He yelled at my mom in front of the whole salon.As someone who runs a business, Jay needs to know how to treat his customers, especially ones who have been going to him for such a long time and have chosen that salon for their wedding. Instead he chose to stress the bride out so much. You can be sure that I will never be returning to this salon and neither will the 5 other people who came with me. He ruined the whole nail experience for my wedding. Unacceptable.Update: The salon is such a liar. We paid completely in full. Goes to show what kind of a business they run, as soon as they receive a negative review, they begin to lie.Also, please stop sending me text messages from Venice that say you miss me and giving me discounts. I am never returning to Venice. You have no respect for your customers, all you see are dollar bills.

Last minute, day before Mothers Day and here I am; Venice took care of me!!! I took my nails off 2 months ago to give them a rest and today, I said why not! I am SO pleased with my nails!!! Kelly took her time and was so precise! I am extremely picky about my nails and Kelly WOWED me!!! Pedicure done by Daisy. My feet were in bad shape when I walked in, but not anymore! She scrubbed on my feet and they look and feel AMAZING! Thank you Venice, Kelly & Daisy, I will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic foot massage. Really enjoyed both manicure and pedicure. Nice ambience. Music was nice and although TVs were on the sound was muted. Only down side was the manicure chipped the next day while I was doing light housework.The owner promptly said to come in and let them make it right. The polish change was excellent I believe I rushed the first time and didnt avail myself of the drying station. Remarkable customer service and I will surely go back again

Great customer service, and clean! I did a walk in, and didn’t have to wait long at all. My shellac manicure turned out wonderful! Jay answered all the questions I had about wanting to grow my natural nails and still keep them healthy, and he did a great job. My usual nail salon, the service went down and it felt rushed, luckily I found Venice nails. I will be back here for sure!

The lady that removed my Shellac ruined my natural nails. I have never seen anyone use her technique and I expressed my concern. She ignored me, so I hoped she knew what she was doing. I should have trusted my gut, because she damaged my nails.She ended up leaving the surface of my nails rough, sensitive and ridged with the tool she used. The polish job she finished with was gloppy and my nail lengths uneven. Overall I now question if she was licensed at all.

Had a wonderful experience here, very relaxing atmosphere. I have been trying different nail salons and was never really satisfied until today. Won’t be back. I’m not sure about any of the other employees but “the guy” that did my nails is in the wrong business for sure. He was extremely rough and aggressive... he injured my fingers 3 times.And, all of my finger nails are a different length. All of this for $50.

Ive been going here for over a year. My usual nail tech was off today so another woman helped me. My nails itself are great I terms of shape & color for both hands & feet. However, I didnt get a foot massage, the applied lotion but not the usual massage. I asked her about it and she said costs extra. Its the same pedicure Ive been getting for the past year & I want going to argue with her. The tech who was going my fingernails kept telling me to relax so she could bend my fingers. After the 5th time, I said I dont think my finger bends that way because I cannot relax anymore than I am already, she told me I was making it difficult for her to do her job. I will continue going back but only when my usual tech is working. The nails last about 3 weeks & always look great. Just odd customer service from these 2 techs.

Traveling with my job and accidentally found this Nail shop. I really enjoyed my Pedicure and Manicure. This was a clean shop with exceptional service. I forgot my favorite tennis shoes and the owner called me and waited for me to pick them up. The prices are a little bit more, but it was worth the great service!! I moved here from San Antonio a few months ago and was having trouble finding a good nail tech that I could trust with my nails. My nails are extremely thin normally and are always breaking 😢 I was tired of having my ugly nails but wasn’t sure what kind of service would be good for my thin nails. I decided to take a chance and go to Venice as a walk in and see what they could do for me. Thankfully I had the pleasure of meeting Lee and she recommended that dip powder would be the best and healthiest choice. She is so nice and very careful with her work which is great because I am very picky. She is always focused and does not cut corners and I appreciate that very much. There is hardly a wait for walk ins and I have never waited coming in for an appointment. Their services and color options are amazing. Since finding Venice I have kept on coming back and am now a loyal customer! Love this place! ❤️

I love this place! I recently went in before they closed at 630pm and I felt so bad that I was the last one while everyone was leaving but they still took me in at the last 30 minutes and Ivy the nail tech that helped me was so nice, she never once looked annoyed that I was there keeping her past 7 and she did an amazing job on my nails, she was patient and took her time. They make you feel really welcome!

I found Venice on Yelp and the reviews were great. When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted at the door. I explained this was my first time and they handled me with great care. I got a wonderful pedicure with Trina and such a cute and clean full set from Kelly. I have no complaints about my first visit to Venice Nails & Spa.

The staff is nice, friendly, and attentive to your needs. Lisa, Nana, Rose, and even the owner are great. The owner will step in and help when ever necessary to ensure that they get you in and out as quickly and smoothly as possible, and today Lisa went out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible, although I had started to have abdominal pain in the middle of my session. Their customer service is excellent.

I found this place because it was close to my work and I am so happy that I did! Rose was my technician and she did an AMAZING job on my pedicure. It was so relaxing and she did such a thorough job! I will definitely be coming back here and booking with Rose! The salon is very clean and updated.

Horrible customer service. I set an appointment for my husband and I to get pedicures. We waited 45 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start and no one even offered us a water or anything. I understand this whole thing is new, but if someone has an appointment at a set time, it’s very unprofessional to not have them attended to especially after waiting 45 minutes.

This place is tucked away on a small strip center on Hwy 6 right next to one of my favorite pho places. This was my first rime visiting this salon. It was busy (not overwhelmingly so) i waited less than 10 minutes before being seen. The staff was quick and efficient without clients feeling rushed. The most important part was it was clean. I noticed the liners in the pedicure tunes which is a good thing. My clippers were individually packaged, buffers and filers I didnt really notice. I got a spa manicure w/shellac polish ($42) done by Lee. She was very nice and polite. The place is a little small so make sure to come when its not as busy. All of the chairs were pretty much full which is a good sign for business. I picked this place because if the reviews. I would definitely recommend this place, and ill be back.

Best pedicure I have ever had! I was in town visiting friends and we found this place on Google and went. I have never had a better massage then this one! Eva was amazing! It had been about 3 months since my last pedicure and my feet were really dry and untaken care of. It didnt bother her a bit! She worked hard and fixed them up, plus have me a 30 min massage on my legs!! She was amazing! Staff got us in super quick also!

Best nail shop i’ve been to in Houston since I moved here. Everyone is friendly. Prices are fair. Not to mention complimentary beverages (including wine). It’s quiet and relaxing and smells awesome. I always get dipping powder here. It’s $40 and last a month.

I got shellac manicure at this place which peeled off in just 1 week. I called them and the lady said she will fix it when I come there free of charge. When I went there to get it fixed the owner said he will not do it at all and he will not take responsibility of his employee who promised me to fix it. He did not even bothered to ask around who picked up my call. Staff is very rude and in professional. I told them on phone that I will come in Saturday to get it fixed as I cannot come on week days. On Saturday owner says that you came late and I don’t know who you talked to on phone an who told you that you can come late. No apologies Nothing at all. Had a very frustrating experience here

Got a fill and gel top coat done yesterday and loved it. The staff is super friendly. Price isnt super bad being that it was perfect the way I wanted and in a pretty upscale plaza. Will definitely come back.

I called this morning at 9:47am to make a reservation. Here’s a tip: when someone makes an appt you should actually reserve seats for them and treat them like customers. Acknowledge them when they walk in. The salon was 20 min late and said they couldn’t accommodate us for another 20 minutes.I am a paying customer and if you want to stay in business you need to remember how you earn it. I ended up going to a much nicer, cleaner salon and was treated with the respect I deserve. This salon didn’t even have the nail polish selection to compete with the other salon. Never going back.

Worth every penny. Sugar Land finally has a high quality salon that isn’t insanely expensive. $45 for SNS dipping with added tips is a steal when it’s perfect. On top of complimentary beverages and service that is professional (no talking behind your back then entire time).

Not impressed with their selection of colors for dip. Nail tech didnt even try to have a conversation with me the entire time I was getting my nails done and my pedicure. The girl who did my pedicure did a horrible job painting my but toes. Showed her the bad job and she tired to correct it but to me it looks worst. Poor customer service. I will not be back.

Very friendly and professional. I took my 11 year old stepdaughter for a girls day out and we went here and they were great with both of us. My nails usually come off quickly because I bartend and have to wash a lot of dishes, and I rarely have time to go to the salon to fix them, but my nails lasted over a month until I had time to go back. Other than the natural process of growing out they still looked great. Since moving to Sugarland this was the first nail place I tried, usually driving the 45 minutes to my old nail place, and I was not disappointed. Will definitely go back.

I tried this place out after reading the reviews. The nail technician was awesome - very attentive, made sure I was comfortable, grabbed me a couple drinks since it was so hot, etc. Everything was going great till this guy decided to repair one of the massage chairs which created a lot of noise - some banging, drilling, lots of tinkering with the parts while I am trying to have a nice, peaceful pedicure. I was in a sleepy mode until all this started. Luckily, my nail technician picked up that I was annoyed and said something. After that, it was perfect again. I would definitely go back. But no customer wants to pay $50 to listen to loud banging noises.

I got my nails done here exactly two weeks ago and I LOVED them. Unfortunately it’s only been two weeks and 3 have completely come off and two others are peeling off. I needed a nail salon in sugarland and this was the first place I tried and I’m honestly disappointed. If I’m paying $70 for nails, I’d expect them to last me at least to the refill. I can usually let my nails grow out to a month and have them still on. But these started coming off after a week. They looked great, just didn’t last at all and I’m sad I wasted my money here.

Yesterday was my second visit here and I must say Ann did my nails and she did a fabulous job!!!! From the dipping powder, the filing, and even the post nail hand massage. I will definitely be back!!
