We used to love this place for tires and other services about 4 Managers ago. The current manager, Vincent is awful. Does not have a handle on his employees, therefore they do horrible work. He should be following up so as the cars are done in a timely manner and quality work is accomplished. None of that is going on. We will be bringing our business elsewhere.

Came in today due to Tire being slashed. The Service advisor Fernandez immediately helped us due to last-minute Inconvenience of my day. Everyone did a good job quickly and well highly recommend!

Very disappointing and deceitful experience. The initial technician lifted my car with the yellow arms flat; raising the bottom panels of my car into the doors. I immediately took photos and called for the manager. He came out, quietly spoke with a couple technicians, lowered the car, and put on the correct extensions onto the jack-arms himself, without talking to me and then went back into a closed door office without apologizing, or acknowledging the issue.I had damage to my car in four areas and filed a complaint with the corporate office, while waiting for the manager to exit his office. The assistant manager told me I needed two tires but would not mention the Jack issue nor the damage and was going to send me on my way.Three different technicians and the manager talked about the issue with each other and the car, but none would acknowledge anything happened. The manager would not come out until a local police officer asked if he was aware of the issue.To further cover their tracks, they wrote on the pickup paper that I have previous damage in all the areas not knowing I had photos of the issues, and even a video of the manager, himself, correcting the jack arms. I included the reference number from corporate investigating the issue on the pickup paper.I have gone to this establishment for years; did not recognize most of the staff from today. I would have understood if they came out, apologized, and explained options. However, the continued deceit, was too much, and led me to give my first negative yelp and google reviews.Never saw a place so intentionally deceptive and sneaky

This place did such a fantastic job in such a short amount of time in realigning my wheels, balancing my tires, and rotating them. They also did all the checks needed for a manufacturers maintenance check, an oil and filter change, and gave me a very nice discount! I definitely recommend Tires Plus to everyone now, and if course, will continue using them for all my vehicles needs. The customer service was excellent as well. I wish I could remember the womans name that helped at the counter to give her props!! My paperwork says the service advisor was Kasey, and the technician was Ethan. Very grateful to both of them!

Ordered tires from simpletire.com, order was confirmed delivery, appointment for 10/31/2020 at 9am, being here a whole hour at the phone with customer service, they have signed delivery confirmation of my order, but this local tire plus claim they never received my tires.I waisted a whole hour, and now leaving with bold tires, and 311$ less in my pocket since I paid online for my order.I am behind furious right now.

I’ve been going to TiresPlus for over 5 years and I’ve always received amazing service from the techs. But today was not a great day for me over there as far as the communication. I made an appointment ahead of time for 9:00am to look at my AC because it wasn’t working properly so I stayed and waited. Around 10:55 they told me they had to replace something on it and it would be another hour before my car would be done. I had another appointment I had to go to at 12 but I reluctantly agreed to wait another hour. 12:27pm comes around and I had already pushed my other appointment back to 12:45 so I asked about my car and the guy went to check on it and come to find out, They haven’t even started my car yet and told me it would be another hour before it would be done. I couldn’t wait because I had to make my appointment. I understand they were short and had only one tech. But I made an appointment and waited 3+ hours for them not to have start or do anything to my car. Communication goes a long way and I feel like they lacked that by telling me after a whole hour goes by and I had to ask about my car to find out they never started it in the first place. Hopefully they do better with this in the future.

I have been coming to Tires Plus for a few years now, I’ve always had a good experience. Today was no exception.A woman named Casey who will tell you she doesn’t run the shop but we both know she does. Not only was she informative but she was totally pleasant to work with, making sure I had all the details and all my questions were answered.As a woman it’s always nice to see another woman successfully running a facility. She answered phones, dealt with customers up front and was the liaison between the technicians in the back.Just want to give credit where it’s due, Tires Plus is lucky to have found a great employee.

They are the BEST! I called because car rental tire was losing air. Kacy was so nice on the phone and gave the price which was great...Same as I would pay back home at a small garage. Brought the car in and they were right on it. Ethan found a nail in the tire which was so hard to see so it was amazing that he even found it! They quickly patched the tire. Kacy was so helpful and patient upon checkout because we werent sure if the car rental company would pay or not. They didnt so she was very flexible, paid and was on my way. I highly recommend them! Everyone is so nice and helpful there. Thank You again!

Unfortunately I’m scared to go back, last time I gave them my car at 8:30 & since I was at work all day I didn’t pick it up till 6. The problem is when I picked it up every light was on & since I had new brakes put in they were screeching. Thought it would go away but nope when I went back they had to give me new brakes and told me that one of the filter pipes wasn’t properly connected giving me the check engine light. How could you have the car for so long and not make sure everything is done correctly, worst part is I was charged 10-20$ on the full car inspection when I didn’t ask for it, so what was inspected if I had to take it back.

I had a flat tire 30 minutes before Tires Plus closed and called hoping they could fit me in. I spoke with Juan, the manager, and he was very helpful and real, and he told me to come in ASAP. The technicians Andrew and Wyclef worked fast and installed the tires extremely timely. These guys helped me so much when I was in a pinch and I cannot recommend this place enough. Because they decided to stay late and provide for a customer, I ended up buying 4 new tires! Great management and great team.

I don’t think I could have found a better company that cares for the person in their pocket and the safety of the people on the road. Every time I come here they’re reasonable tell me everything that’s wrong with my car and understand if I cannot afford it. The manager Ron is fantastic with customers friendly and down to earth. All of the staff is pretty amazing. All the guys in the back really seem to know what they’re doing I’ve never had to bring the vehicle back nor worry about if I was going to be safe with my daughter and myself in the vehicle. I really trust these guys. I mean I obviously trust him with my family’s lives. The employees care you can tell it’s more than just money for them. We really need more of this around. I feel like I don’t find enough good customer service anymore!!

Won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. Store manager Ron is very honest and helpful. They explain everything so you can understand any issues you may have with your car or truck. Service and repairs are reasonably priced. Customer service is top notch!

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service in the stuart location. I set an appointment with Casey to have some work done, and it was all suppose to be included. She was not there, the man behind the counter refused to contact her to verify the agreement and did not honor the original price.He also harassed me about my mask when the other customers were wearing theirs below their nose.(absolutely useless below the nose)After using location since the day they opened, I will no longer be using or recommending Tires plus of stuart due the poor management without Ron there!

Ron and the crew at Tires Plus are professional and courteous, and will give your car everything it needs to keep running properly. I used them for some basic tire services, but they were sure to double check some other areas as I had just purchased a pre-owned vehicle. They are very meticulous in putting the car on the lift which is important with some performance cars like mine that are lower than some more conventional vehicles. Attention to detail like that is what separates them from the typical repair shop. A+++ rating

Called at exactly 8:59 AM to ask about 2 tires. The website said exactly Usually available same day at Stuart, FL so I called to make sure they had them or could get them. Talked to a woman, I gave her my info, tire size, etc. Said she would call me back to let me know if they could get them. 12:15 - NOTHING. Called back, after holding a while, talked to a man this time. He said they were not available at all, as in Tires Plus does not carry them. So we have an incompetent person the first time who cant even return a call and a website showing items they dont have and cant get.

I had a great experience at the Stuart Tires Plus location. Ron was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Because of his fast and friendly service I will definitely be back when it’s time for new tires.

Came in with a flat tire just before closing on a Sunday when we had to be traveling for work the same day. We knew these workers probably just wanted to get home and they were kind enough to stay open late for us! We got a great deal on new tires, exceptional customer service and our truck is like new. I have been going to these guys since 2008 and they always been great and honest with repairs and maintenance on my vehicles. Ron Parker has been store manager here for last 4-5 years and really knows what he is doing. He is great at explaining things when I dont understand. I highly recommend them for repairs and maintenance on your car.

This place has the best service and the head tech there was the man! I have a Isuzu rodeo that had all kinds of codes but ran until it didn’t. They the one thing I needed fixed and nothing more nothing less. They didn’t scam me at all they replaced the fuel pump in this beast in less than a day. The service girl in the front was perfect. She was kind and understanding and kept me updated even when every bay was full of oil changes and tire replacements they fixed my car and it ran wonderfully ever since it’s been six month or so since I had this done. I recommend this location of tires plus. Just a great experience once it was fixed. The men up in the front were kind of short with me but once they were gone it was great.

Do not go to the Stuart location!!!!Came in for an oil change, tires, brakes told them if there was enough money left over Ill get a tune up also. Expressed my main concern brakes and tires!!!! Left my car for them all day, no one called me. When I called myself to find out if car was ready I was told no tires in stock & brakes will cost over $1200 but we went ahead and did the tune up for $350.00That $350 should have gone towards the brakes........ They didnt call, ask or advise!!Thiefs and liars!!!Dont waste your time or dime!!!!

After the tech delivered the key fob back to the office, the guy up front gossipped (for twenty minutes) with a woman and waited until I got up to get my fob back to even acknowledge that he had it.

My experience with this Tires Plus was very positive. One of my tires kept losing air. I stopped in for their Fix a Flat repair and they could not find anything but a very tiny leak from a patch that had been done before I bought the car and thatcould not be redone. Nevertheless, they took extra time to find out what was happening and go over the car with their multi-point check. In the end they could not repair anything and didnt charge me a dime for all that they did. The staff that I met, Ron, Chase, John, Mack and unfortunately I didnt get the name of the man that checked my car but all of these people were super pleasant and helpful. I will be back!

Had appointment to get two new tires and replace sway bars. My car had more problems then I figure. Josh helped me break down the cost of repairs need and worked with me in the price to get were I could afford it. The repairs needed to be done due to safety. I was only able to get half done but my car is safe to drive and wont cause damage to my transmission. I will be going back to get the other half repairs done soon. I really recommend going to Tires Plus. Josh was honest and didnt push me to fix everthing at once just wanted to fix what needed to make the car safe. Thank you Josh and Luis the technician who worked on my car.

I have come to this tire plus for over a year now they always have me in and out in a timely manner. I have gotten my tire plug, my battery change, my tires change, my lock assembly fix my oil change and many more regular car maintenance. I just had my check engine light came on and Ron(the store manager) told me to come right on in and within two hours my problem was fix.

I bought two new tires from this place, the next morning my tire was flat and they got it fix. The next day it was flat again and it was fixed, the third day it was flat again. I went and I waited 4 hours to get it fix I was told it had a hole and they fixed. My question was how can a new tire have a hole? and if it had a hole why not replace it? and no it was not that I runned over a nail. Peoples time and safety are important. At the end of the story the tire is flat again. This place do not care about peoples safety all they want is the money. I will never go there again. My family is very important and I don’t want to be put them at risk with their bad tires.

Do your homework before you go to this location! I had researched the parts needed- cost at Autozone was $167 with 20% off, so $134 for the same brand Tires Plus uses. I initially was quoted $379 for this part from Tires Plus (1 year limited mile warranty), then the associate discounted the price to $269 and lowered labor. The revised total price was similar to what Advantage Ford (2 year unlimited mileage) quoted.Then the associate wanted to charge $10 for the inspection. My local mechanic quoted $275 for parts and labor, so Tires Plus was 33% more expensive.I walked away from Tires Plus because I didnt trust the information I was given. If the associate had provided the final quoted price to me in the first place then I would have had the work done there. Maybe the first quoted price was a mistake but it would have been a mistake that I paid for from my wallet. This location should be more transparent- the great feature of the internet is that the consumer can check prices- no need to be a victim.

-* We have had an account for four cars for years. One car - nail in tire (in the tread)- would not plug, would not patch. Frightened me to death that either of these options would be dangerous. Told us we needed a new tire and could not match the tires. Brand new car - 2,000 miles. What? Plugged at another tire company that has been in the area for over 40 years. Charged me $8. Inflation holding just fine. That was three weeks ago. Brought another car in for oil change and tire rotation. Technician came out with a list of over $800 worth of repairs that needed to be done.This is what Tire Kingdom used to do. Checked the tire inflation this morning - down 20 lbs. each tire. We are done with T.P. They used to be great. I trusted them and then they had a management change. That was a very bad idea.

Got tires put on my truck on November 25, 2016. Two days later I called the store to tell them the back of the truck was shaking and I have a tire sensor that will not go off. I have been back to the store 2 times to try to get it fixed both times I have been told were too busy right now. Leave the truck and we will try to get to it. April 8th, I take the truck in again and Im told they will try to have it done by 5 its only 2:15 two cars in the bay. I own my own business and would never let this go on for so long. Needless to say I dont think I will buy tires there ever again.

Ridiculous. Got a alignment special fo so many years here and tires with warranty. Last week had a nail in my tire so brought in for work, which I was told I get alignment, rotate and tire patched. Dropped car off picked up after work. Was told everything was good except I needed new brakes, true story so fine. Manager himself checked me out said everything else was good. Went on highway wheel shaking with a hard pull. Called manager .. said hey no problem sorry about that,, sometimes heres a tire pull, bring it back. I asked why both front tires where rotated to passenger side, I had proof from brake dust on tires. I have never in my life heard of such a rotation but people make mistakes. He was uncertain said hed get it sorted out. Pleasant no problem, other then having to go back AGAIN for work that was supposed to be done, but mistakes happen.Visit number two, dropped car off. Picked up later was told they tried to call me. Has my phone all day? They were calling an old number, even though I left my CELL number on envelope in drop box with key, ?.. the response was basically oops. They wanted me to pay 58 dollars for bolt to fix alignment. Why was I not told about this the first time? Fair enough it was a week ago ...mistakes happen. But now Ive already left my car there for two entire workdays to be worked on and nothing has been fixed. Upon looking at my tires I noticed that they were re-rotated again. My one front tire was back on the front, And the other was left in the back where it had been from the first rotation. When I asked the employee why this His response to me was that they were properly rotated but the hubcaps stay in the same place! The problem I have with this number one is I dont have hubcaps on my car I have rims! If you didnt know the situation he shouldve looked into it and fixed it not made up some nonsense to get me out of his way. The second guesses the problem is maybe the tire was moved to avoid what they call a tire pool. This is also a reasonable idea however does not explain the new reconfiguration of how my tires were moved yes theyre marked and I know exactly where they all were! My original front tire was back on my front hence not rotated! I explained to him the problem being that the treadwear was different. He told me It wasnt. I told him if I was wrong I would gladly apologize and buy him lunch. FYI one tire measured at 7.5 the other at nine. I received a come back again and will fix it in half an hour. Not even near to an apology and here I am spending another day at tires plus Day 3 to get one problem fixed? Im fine with mistakes Im fine with things being fixed but this place truly is a waste of time and if youre female they will totally get away with whatever they can with you. If you bother going here clearly mark your tires and make sure they do their jobs correctly but itll probably take you three days to get it done good luck. FYI theres diagrams easily accessible on how to properly rotate tires on the Internet maybe we should use these as training tools before you let employees mess with cars. Ill be damned my car goes on a lift there again

Terrible service. In 2016, they installed 2 different types of tires on my car, they charged me for an alignment but could not produce any proof that it was completed and the tires were extremely overpriced. Mechanics appeared to have little to no knowledge as well as service staff.

Good place to get deals on tires but very pushy and dishonest up-sale techniques. Came in for a problem with a rear caliper seizing up which they repaired for me about 5 months back and also replaced my rear rotors and pads. This time they tried getting me to replace both rear rotors and calipers, said the rotors were done. What a joke, the rotors are fine and the only one caliper is faulty, tried charging me around $700 for the whole job. I left and had another mechanic fix the problem for me for 1/3 of what tires plus quoted. Only brought it back to tires plus because they originally fixed the problem for me. Also didn’t realize until I was home that they must have lost or broke one of my lug nuts because one of the rear lugs had been replaced by an obvious unmatching replacement. Shady place
