I purchased a used Pre-Owned Certified Porsche from Stuart Maserati. OR SO THEY PROCLAIMED. After 2.5 months of ownership and 2000 miles the clutch went out. I was then informed by Clark, the Sales manager again it was preowned and call the dealer. I did, drove it down to WPB, they looked at the car determined the clutch was bad along with leaky rear axle boots. A $10,000.00 repair bill. AND, BTW, the Porsche dealership informed me, THIS IS NOT A CPO Porsche. Back to Clark and he told me to call the dealership where the car was certified. I did (this car was CPO’d 3000 miles ago) and after several calls to the dealership, they informed me it was not a CPO. Back to Clark, I drove the car back to Stuart Maserati they looked at the car and agreed with The Porsche dealership in WPB on the repairs needed. Clark did agree to take $1000.00 of their repair bill but it would still end up costing me close to $7000.00. …………BUYER BEWARE……….Either the dealership out right lied to me, or They don’t know what they are doing,Either way they totally messed me up, and were totally at fault.Now I own a used Porsche with no warranty. I highly recommend Alfa Romeo/Maserati of Stuart. Having recently undergone a poor experience at a Miami dealership with the purchase of a Fiat, Alfa Romeo of Stuart was such a stark contrast of what a professional dealership experience should be. My wife and I purchased a pre-owned Porsche Macan from them and the car was exceptional as described and they gave us a very fair price for our trade-in. The salesman Akshay went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and did all he could to make the deal workout to mutual satisfaction. No high pressure sales tactics or extended warranty pushing, just a calm relaxed atmosphere. The other staff we encountered were also of exceptional professionalism and the dealership just exudes a sense of competency/fairness other dealerships lack. My wife and I left in the Porsche with a sense of complete satisfaction which can sometimes be rare at dealerships today.The customer support at Maserati/Alfa Romeo is also exceptional. About 2 to 3 weeks after having purchased the Porsche my Alfa Romeo 4C experienced a slashed tire on the road and needed to be towed. I called the salesman Akshay and explained I was stranded with the 4C nearby of which he recommended a tow company and explained he would inform the Service Manager Ken so theyd be ready to service it immediately if possible. I had the car towed to them and indeed the dealership was ready for the reception of the car and immediately took the car into the service area to try to replace the tire. Unfortunately the specific tire was unavailable and I was told within 5 days it would likely be ready as the tire had to be shipped in. The entire experience was handled with friendly competence and I left (I am not local to the dealership) with a feeling the car is in good hands at this dealership. And get this for a kicker, I was told an estimated price for the tire might hover around $450 or so and was later called and told the actual price was $260 and an additional $50 for the mounting & balancing; this is dealership integrity and why I recommend Alfa Romeo of Stuart. I was contacted Monday (thanks Peggy) morning with the news the car might be ready before the estimated date- which looks like I may have the car for my birthday- I appreciate their trying to speed up the repair time!This dealership doesnt employ high pressure tactics or price repairs above fair value- this plus the professionalism experienced is why my wife and I will always recommend Alfa Romeo of Stuart and why we will look to them for future automotive purchases and service.Thank you Akshay, Ken, Peggy and the staff for the exceptional experience and integrity in a dealership, much wishes for the best of success for the future of the dealership.

Service department made mistakes on my repair 3 times ending with the stalling in the road twice and had to be towed back.. Despite all the negligence, Ken the manager had careless to the harm he caused. Best to drive to Palm beach where I had it before for service. Will safe you time. This place should exist as a luxury car dealership.
