Absolutely love this place they are always fast with their service. Theyre always knowledgeable and willing to help with any situation or need that arises. The people that work there are so kind and helpful despite being in the humid Florida heat.

Speedy service. Prices are climbing every time I go in. Asked about a coupon, none available. Found one on my phone on THEIR website. For less money I could have had my tires rotated too.

First timer here, had 2 vehicles in front of me. One of the technicians came up to me set the expectation on how long it would take to get to me and even asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited. When I pulled in I was given my options and wasn’t pushed into one type of oil or services. The team worked fast, they were courteous, and very efficient. I pulled up at 645 which was 15 before closing which I know can be a pain in the butt for any employee waiting to get off but the 4 guys that where there were very polite and professional.I was overly pleased with how knowledgeable and professional they all were. Great service. I was expecting it to be pretty busy on a Saturday morning but to my surprise it was empty. When I pulled up 3 gentleman walked out greeted me and immediately began working on my vehicle. They didnt try to upsell me anything I didnt need and were quick and efficient. I was there A LOT less than I wouldve been any other place that will try to upsell you everything they have and you dont need at the time. I highly recommend.

So I stopped by to get a quick oil change. Noah was super professional, presented me with multiple options for my needs, and he also noticed that my air filter was basically clog so I was able to get a new one for a great price! I didnt even have to get out of the car his team was so fast .

What a pleasure stopping in for an oil change, and to see hard working young adults who were so kind and accommodating. Aaron and his staff were awesome and very knowledgeable in many areas of vehicle maintenance other than changing oil. They have a new customer for life as I would never go anywhere else for a basic oil change on. There were so efficient I felt like I was in a Chick-fil-A line.

Hours after having my oil changed on my car with 82k miles on it something fell out from underneath the car and my engine blew. It will now cost me $4000 to fix it. I am not saying that the staff wasn’t great, but something happened after the oil change and my engine began knocking and died within hours.

When I would pulled up there were two women! They were the most professional intelligent polite efficient fast mechanics I ever met in my life they were awesome! Unfortunately these poor girls working in conditions that were not fit for animals! They were made to go down into underneath the car hole which temperature is had to be over 150 degrees they had no adequate air conditioning and they had one ceiling.fan it was pathetic I felt so bad for these girls and they couldnt accept a tip on my card and I had no cash man these girls were good but I felt so bad for them

This was my first time at a take 5 and I’ll admit it’s more pricier than I’m used to (compared to a $40 oil change) but I quickly learned why— they check everything for you here and refill fluids for you-they talk you through everything so you know exactly what’s going on the whole time!-they put a smile on my face as soon as I drove up bringing out a cold water for me and some juice packs and fruit snacks for my 2 boys and I left smiling so thank you! Also want to thank Nikki for going above and beyond for me!—I appreciated all you did today! Thanks for such a pleasant experience!

Get a great education and be confident that you’re getting a fair price at Take 5 Oil Change.I asked as many questions as I could to make sure I was getting the right oil at the right price. MJ (one of the Techs) had explained my options, available discounts, and his own personal recommendation.After making my choice they went into action. They sounded as though they were running through a military procedure. Calling out and double checking their steps ensuring everything was done correctly.At the very end a manager came out to ask me if I had any questions and then proceeded To clean my windshield and wish me a happy holidays.These guys did a great job in a quick amount of time for a great price. As you can see by the pictures what do you need your windshield wiper blades, air filter, oil filter or a few other things replaced – these guys have it ready and waiting for you.I will definitely be going back!

In and out in less than 10 minutes, including airing up tires, and cleaning windshield! Same price as Jiffy Lube but didn’t have to leave my car or have anyone else in it; a major plus during the pandemic. Highly recommended!

Honestly out of all of the dealerships and other places Ive gone too, take 5 was probably the best customer service Ive ever had. Nykki went above and beyond to fix an issue that a dealership made and didnt own up to. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Very much appreciated the professionalism here today (Feb 14th, 2020).They did a quick inspect on everything and did mention if wiper blades needed changed, filters, and even if the headlights or tail lights werent working or were falling out.They genuinely care about your safety on the road.We had Will, Michael, JC, and Matt.Will explained every detail like he knew each product and service inside and out. He was very well versed and professional, he also showed comparison when it came to our air filters compared to theirs. Note: We did request air filter changes.Great salesman and great customer service. Very pleased with the hospitality.

I drove my Mercedes in on Wednesday to get oil changed and was told my car took 8.5 quarts to change oil. Sounded like a lot but had not had car long and only had one oil change previous. They went ahead with service. I paid and drove away. Next day had to go to Jupiter and by the time I reached my destination the car was smoking and oil dripping from under neath car. Called and brought it back in. Technician said it was leaking from seals and dipstick faulty. Went to Ft Pierce Mercedes dealership and was told the car should only have 7 quarts of oil and was lucky I didn’t blow the engine qaskets and seals. I will Never go back to take 5 again and would advise you to not. I got lucky that they didn’t blow the engine. Be advised.

Best place to get your oil changed! You don’t have to get out of the car, their friendly, and their quick! Got me right back on the road. When it’s time for my next oil change, I’ll definitely be going back there!

Usually go to Walmart $39.99 and wait 3 hours. Take 5 is $42.99 and your out in 20 mins if that. Soooooo worth a few extra bucks. Staff is fast and friendly.

I did not give 5 stars because the Tech did not wear a mask, and when I asked him to put on a mask, he indicated that he didnt even have one to put on.
