I went to this Jiffy Lube back in June! I told them I came there specifically for my AC to be fixed! When I left Jiffy Lube, they had fixed my thermostat and did not touch my AC! I spent $350 on something that wasn’t even the problem because they said nobody communicated that I wanted my AC fixed! They were very unprofessional and told me I lied about the situation! All they care about is overcharging & making the problem worse!! This is the worst Jiffy Lube store and this is my last day as a customer!! 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮 Corporate was notified!!!

While the service people are very nice, I was disappointed that my car dripped oil even after going back and explaining the situation. They checked it again and told me there was residue. My car still dripped oil after that. I took it to Kia to have it fixed for certain. They also did not do certain small services that are listed on the receipt such as check my tire pressure and wash my windshield. Which might not seem like much but if you say you do perform a task you should do it. No pressure on the upsells and answered all my weird questions with a smile. The entire crew worked swifty and professionally. And when they didnt have my filter in stock, they had one delivered. I would have like to known the price for service before agreeing to have the work done. Still, really nice people even though I had issues that weren’t resolved. No contact from corporate after filling out their survey either. I expect one unsatisfied customer doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.

Every time Ive come here, they have been fantastic. Theyve never tried to overcharge me or charge me for something I didnt need. Vernon is amazing.

I usually only use for oil changes. Took chance with simple tire rotation my last visit. Thought all was well until a week later after experiencing front end vibration I find 3 stripped wheel studs. NEVER will return to Jiffy Lube, the horror stories are REAL.****Update****10/07/20The business operator Vernon contacted me and went the extra mile to make certain my next visit went flawlessly and he made things right. All large businesses should hope for operators that truly care for their customers like Vernon.

Yea these guys will leave ur drain plug loose so unless u want ur engine to sieze from all your oil coming out the deffinetly come here if not go to a dealership

The customer service here was awesome. It was Christmas Eve and the guys were great. They didnt try to force you into buying anything you didnt want. They made suggestions of things that should be done. It was helpful since the vehicle is older and we are keeping up on what has to be performed to keep the vehicle on the road. Kudos to this crew!!!!

I just want to say that this is a stand up place and the manager Vern is a stand up guy!! The staff is polite and they get the job done and for a fair price! Which is a lot more than I can say about most places. I wouldnt hesitate to send any of my family or friends here.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Things were all explained well and recommendations were explained as well. I did not feel pressured to do anything other than the oil change that I went in for (but opted for the tire rotation and transmission work). It was done quickly and I was back to my errands in no time.

I used a Groupon for jiffy lube. I have used Jiffy Lube before in a different state. At this location, I was taken in immediately for my oil change, Attended to by 4 people all clean knowledgeable and courteous. They did not attempt to upsell me on additional services. I was sble to remain in my car altho there was an option to wait inside. I definitely recommend them and will be returning for my next oil change. I had stopped going to places like this because of the upselling that goes on.

The staff were pleasant and knowledgable. I had an oil change, transmission fluid change and the cabin filter replaced. Service was done in a timely fashion.The only reason i did not give 5 stars is that whoever replaced the fluid did not clean up very well. I had to wipe down the inside under the hood. You would figure that as upscale as Jiffy Lube wants to appear this would be a detail that should not be missed.

Their prices are outrageous. 99.00 for a synthetic oil change (5quarts) an additional 29.99 for tire rotation. Oil all over front and sides of car - front driver side scratched from pad placed on vehicle.

I use Jiffy Lube yesterday for the 1st time and everything was great they even give you a pass to use the car wash next door I have a 2007 Ford Escape that I take a lot of pride in and I dont just let anybody touch it or mechanically. I really had a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on Federal Highway in Stuart. All the guys were great. They are so polite have excellent manners and so willing to answer any and all questions, as well as taking their time to listen to your concerns. Did find that the glovebox wasnt secured after changing out the cabin filter but that is a minor mistake and it wont stop me from returning. I Will definitely be back.

This is my 3rd visit to the Jiffy Lube and Stuart Florida the 1st 2 were very very good this visit not so much they forgot to clean my windshield so he did it before he brought my vehicle out to me and then I used the car wash voucher and saw that they did not vacuum my car and when the gentleman that was checking me out asked if my windshield wipers were OK and I thought that was something they needed to check Im skeptical of think that they may not have done things they were supposed to to my vehicle
