The young men that work here are so courteous. I absolutely love going to this location for my oil change. No wait in line, they worked fast and efficient and I was able to retrieve a coupon online for my oil change. In addition he cut me a good price on my air filter, which I knew I needed about 20,000 miles ago. Yes there are other oil change places that offer discount oil changes, but If I had to put a price on my time then this is bar none the best deal. And you have the added bonus of being able to stay in your car.

Very professional and friendly service. I do, however, think theyre overpriced. I needed new wiper blades but I was shocked to see that the cost would be almost $30. I told the attendant that I would buy them at Wal-Mart. That is total robbery!!

Pretty good group of guys. While they will try to upsell, it is more of a suggestion than a sales job. Fast and friendly. I just feel a touch guilty not changing my own oil. I think the prices are a little higher than Id like to pay but that doesnt stop me from seeing this team.

So disappointed in this store. In times where people are losing jobs they jack up prices for oil change. Charging over $100 for a synthetic oil change, not offering the same coupon available at other locations! Oil change should have been the typical $75 with the $25 coupon available but this store is looking out for itself. I’m a repeat customer and the same oil change last time was $76. Wow! So much for customer loyalty. Did not disclose price or even tell price at checkout until I asked after transaction was run. Lesson learned.

Had oil changed on our ‘17 Honda Civic before leaving on a family vacation. 20 minutes down the highway we heard the metal splash pan dragging the ground due to not being reinstalled properly and missing majority of the hardware that holds it.Nothing like laying on the ground, on the side of the road, trying to remedy the issue caused by Valvoline.I’ll spread the word to EVERYONE I know to avoid this place.

I needed roadside assistance not related to an oil change a few days and the manager assisted with my vehicle without hesitation. Coll, the manager was very polite and professional and helped me with an issue for my vehicle.It was close to closing time and he did not hesitate, he just wanted to help. I was very grateful for this wonderful young man’s help and assistance. When I asked who I could recommend him to he said he was the manager. The guy with the glasses is good at his job and he’s honest. He’s a great guy and should be promoted. It’s hard to find honest mechanics like him.

Second time I try this location and the first time I came they didnt have my oil filter and had to wait 20minutes to arrive, went back yesterday to give another try, again they didnt have my filter in stock, they tell me they only carry three in stock and ran out, again they called napa to bring them a filter and I had to wait for 40 minutes, I would stay clear from this location, service is very poor

Went in for an oil change on Sunday. By Monday we were losing the brakes. The technicians said that they were topping off my fluids along with the oil change. The technicians filled by brake reservoir and brake lines with an orange liquid believed to be coolant instead of brake fluid (which is clear) and destroyed the brake system resulting in a repair that will cost $4,000.00 to fix. My mechanics tried to flush out the brake system but putting the wrong fluid in Valvoline DESTROYED THE BRAKE SYSTEM.

Lied strait to my face implying that since my last oil change, chevy implemented a new standard of using full synthetic opposed to the blend, and if i did not use the full synthetic, my warranty would no longer be valid. I half expected this wasnt true but was strapped for time (which is why i didnt just go to the dealership) so the decision on me, but thats not right. Not to mention it was close to an hour of waiting when your paying a premium for an instant oil change, will not come here again, stick to the dealership
