Scheduled 4 new tires for 11 AM appointment.Didnt start on our vehicle until after noon..Additionally they attempted to cross-sell us an unnecessary alignment for $90 Tires that were replaced had even wear and vehicle did not pull left or right.Already had an alignment performed recently.Questionable practices.

So I am not going to give a one star review. They deserve it though. I want the next person to realize this is an honest review and not just to stick it to a business. I am sitting in the parking lot watching them put a new tire on my car that I have been waiting for since yesterday. We were promised on the phone that it would be finished first thing in the morning before we left on our trip. It is now 11 am and the excuse was Uh, tow truck was in our way. Welp.....that is enough for me to understand that customer service was not a priority on this visit. Thanks for coming to my version of a complaint Ted Talk.

Bought my son 4 new tires and an alignment for his truck. Only 15000 miles and all 4 are completely bald. He took it back and they offered him a $30 adjustment per tire so replacement would take us right back to the $550 we already spent.

I just want to say thank you very much. I got a screw in my tire and when the service manager came out to look at it he saw my license plate. I am a gold star family member. He gave me a military discount and took care of everything. I will definitely be back when I need tires. I highly recommend. Thank y’all so much.

Found this location while traveling through the area and encountering a tire pressure issue. It was late in the day and I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. The staff was courteous prompt and went above and beyond to try to assist me in getting my tire fixed so that I could make it home. Gentleman behind the register looked up at me and looked back down. I said hello to him and he finally acknowledged me. Some tires on display but I do like to see the actual tire that I want to purchase. Also, gave me an estimate for the most expensive tire. Service was do much better at Firestone.

The guys here were great. The service was quick and awesome good conversation while we waited. Bag clean bathrooms and a little coffee bar in case you needed coffee. In my opinion a little pricey but the service over Road.. Theyre also open on New Years Day which was surprising but they were there when we needed them. Management was really nice and gave us a 10% discount since it wasnt unexpected expense that we were incurring. I would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. Came to the area on vacation and had an in incident where my tire was vandalized. Couldnt drive 10 feet without it deflating to the rim. The guys here were kind and non judgmental. Made me feel safe and got my tire fixed super fast. Always nice to meet honest hardworking people especially when your faith in humanity is being tested.

I called just before close for a punctured tire. Got there at close, ended up needing a new tire. They stayed late without any complaint and buttoned me up with smiles and respect! They put the customer first.

Went in 2 buy 2 tires. And thought it was weird when I got an estimate for things that weren’t wrong with my car before. When I left my car was shaking as I hit the brakes and making noise, I never had this problem before. DONT GO HERE!!!

Had a great experience purchasing my tires in May 2018. This past Monday tire light came on and I went to the local Tire Kingdom to have them check to see what’s going on since I had purchased the extra “services” with my tires. They didn’t bother to check the tires just checked pressure and filled them. This was after the guy told me that my tires I purchased in May were out of warranty already??Apparently when they put the purchase into the system nobody bothered to change the mileage. So therefore it seemed as if I had done 60k miles in two months. I found my tire documentation soon and the paper they gave me with the alignment check had the proper mileage. No apology for the fact that someone didn’t do their job and basically accusing me of lying. Anyway last night I realized that there was a screw in my tire so back to tire kingdom I go again today. Only to be told all the extra stuff I bought was useless and didn’t even cover the tire. Went to the one in port Salerno/stuart and was treated much better!

Had a nail in my tire. They refused to plug but said they would patch it. The car was pulled into the garage and 20 minutes later I was told they could not find the service tech to do the work even though his car was still in the parking lot... very strange!Finally a mechanic looked at my tire and said it needed to be replaced even though it had plenty of tread left. I told them I wanted to leave. Took the car to Golden Gate Tire Service and they plugged the hole in 5 minutes for $8. With great service.I will never go back to Tire Kingdom!

Ronald doon is a great manager. Took cRe if my tire in matter of minutes. The tech is great as well assisted in helping to get me out in time knowing i had to be in the airport in 1 hour.

When the shop wasnt busy they took 3 hours to install tires on my truck. Then they were the wrong tires. Then they lost my old tires. Kept my truck overnight. Lost out on work the next day.

Went in for tires and was told my shocks were bad over 500 dollars they claimed. I left and got second opinion, which other tire place said no my shocks were fine. The manager here in Stuart and in Jupiter see a woman walking in and either break what isn’t broken or they will tell you, that you need something you don’t,,,Stay away from all tire Kingdoms they rip you off and their tires are no good either.

Tire Kingdom is a nice place to go to have your car fixed or to buy new tires the manager and the salesman they are very polite I try and help you to save money check them out

After showing up for my appointment on time had to wait 2 HOURS to have one tire replaced. The technician working on my vehicle broke the expensive center cap on my Audi. When my car was ready I had to instruct the technician to get out of my vehicle as he was within 6 inches of striking another vehicle backing out of the work bay. He left sweaty black drops of sweat and oily fingerprints on my tan leather interior and had obvious difficulty driving a manual transmission.Will never do business here again.Responses by this business to this review are meaningless. If you were interested in protecting your company’s reputation you would contact your customers that experience issues, instead you direct them to contact you through your business website where those messages are ignored.

I wanted to say a big thank you to the tire kingdom in Stuart. I was truely impressed with the professionalism and extertise in their staff. I was looking for tires and they were the most competitive and best price. They provided great service. I would trust them with my car on all service. I highly recommend them.

Home of the road hazard plan that doesnt actually cover road hazardsDropped 700 bucks for 4 tires 2 weeks ago. Bought every plan they sell for the tire only to be told it will still cost us $64 dollars to replace a tire that had a nail in it due to internal damage. When asked how we could have possible damaged a tire internally they advised you must have driven on it. Wow. This entire time I though the point of a tire was to drive on it. Whew. Glad they cleared that up!On top of all of that they have the nerve to charge AGAIN for road hazard coverage. Just so I can have the honor of AGAIN being accused of the apparently unholy act of actually driving on my tires?

After pulling off the turnpike with a low tire pressure sensor, we stopped into Tire Kingdom. We staff was kind and courteous, and helped us out without pushing extra repairs or items above our needs.

For the pros, the staff was nice, they could see me immediately, and they completed the oil change relatively promptly.The prices for an oil change at Tire Kingdom were higher than what I pay in DC. Also, it took a very long time to sign in and out of the place. But the worst part was they improperly secured the belly pan which meant it was flapping and dragging on the ground when I drove to Miami. It was an awful experience and we had to tape the belly pan to the car to get home. The next day, we went to St. Lucie Battery and Tire and they fixed the car free of charge. Though I loved St. Lucies service, its frustrating that our trip to Tire Kingdom resulted in needing to go to another auto shop to fix Tire Kingdoms mistakes.Finally, they also said my air conditioner was leaking and broken and would need to be replaced for 1,300. Weve been driving the car for the last three days (including to Miami and back) and have yet to experience a problem. After reading sone of the other reviews about misdiagnosis, Im also starting to feel skeptical and suspicious.Quite frankly, Id go with a safer bet and go to St. Lucies Tire and Battery.

Bought my tires here over a year ago.... BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! I cringe every time I have to go here they are a bunch of incompetent buffoons! Never get it right the 1st TIME in fact THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT! So, many screw-ups it would take me an hour to describe it all. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR go somewhere else... Your Welcome

I went in for a simple oil change and wound up having to have my car towed out of there due to a damaged plug and cracked oil pan. I was told a new oil pan would cost $500!!!! Maybe because I am a woman and I was by myself ???? I did have to replace my oil pan and the cost was only $109 as opposed to $500 what a joke!!! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Tire Kingdom especially for an oil change!!! They lied to me and refused to fix the problem!! Called corporate headquarters and they did absolutely nothing to keep me as a customer!! Great customer service NOT!! What a nightmare.. I would strongly suggest to go elsewhere for an oil change etc...Signed, very disgusted.....

Best place to get tires and wheels.

The first car had a rattling noise and they said no issue found. Next week car overheated and water pump was bad (which was the rattling noise) costing $1500. Second car had issues with hesitation when accelerating and they said a tune up should solve the issue. The following week transmission was the cause at a cost of $3800. They do not have good mechanics/equipment to do work outside tires/oil changes.

Absolute worst service Ive ever gotten before. Id rather go to Walmart. Went in for flat repair, tire rotation and oil change, through their complementary alignment check saw my tires were out of alignment. Said it would take hour and twenty plus another twenty minutes for alignment. Not only did they take 3 FULL HOURS TO FINISH, my car pulls to the right hard now, and they threw my donut in the tire well without tightening back in its proper place.P.s. dont use their restrooms that they pride themselves on. Use one at planet ozone a block away, I will bet it is cleaner.

I went to Tire Kingdom to have my tires checked because I was told by Sears that the tread on my tires was low and I would need to replace my tires soon. When I got there, I was greeted by Pattel, who was very nice and patient with me. He went outside to check my tread and made recommendations. Tire Kingdom was having a sale, so I was able to get new tires at a discounted rate. Even though the tires for my car were not in stock, Pattel ordered the tires for me and had them shipped to the store fairly quick. When I came back a couple of days later, the service manager, Ronald, made sure my car was taken care of in a timely fashion. The service I received from TK was great and I will definitely be going back for all future service needs for my car.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. I called first to verify that they could mount and balance 35 MT tires, No problem, come on down they say. When I get there the service writer says he has to inspect the tires first. So he goes out and I can see him measuring the height of the tires to his leg, comes in and proceeds to tell me that my tires (less than 6 months old) are shot and there is no way they can balance them.I told him, you know Id rather you be honest with me and tell me its going to be too much work for you and that youre lazy vs telling me my almost brand new tires are bad. Then he told me to get out of his store he wont deal with me. Apparently pissing him off for calling him out on his BS. These people are counting on their customers knowing absolutely nothing about vehicles so they can up-sell you stuff you dont need. Very disappointed with Tire Kingdom. They lost a long time customer.

Didnt have a mechanic. to fix my van if ever needed .went there to get new tires then out of nowhere,bam the tensioner on belt went.then they said we have to build one from two parts,well i couldnt leave the belt was sqeaking so bad,600 bucks later. One day later belt sqeaking again .That cost me new belt and shade tree mechanic, about 120 That was first time,then went to get alignment gave then second chance figured bad luck.first time.then they said we cant a bar underneath passenger side went and has to be replaced in order to get alignment. Okay bam another 380, couldnt aford front tires,I was like wow is it me or is it these people are scamming me.You know up selling to make extra money?Well they fixed it for 380 on my way,Bam i hear a big bang and there it gos out of alignment again .Im like no way this is real .dont have time to bring it back and well this is were it gets good i finaly bring back figured get matching tires and go but i looked around everyone in stuart wants 85 bucks for alighment .fine do it, ohh we cant the bar we put in went bad we will replace that one but it caused other one to go out so you buy other this one is under warranty. We will do it for 249 im like no put tires on ill go somewhere else. I FOUND REAL MECHANICS ONES WHO DO GREAT JOB 60 ALIGHMENTS USED EXTRA TIRES THEY LOOKED FOUND THERE BAR on pasenger WENT OUT AND IN ORDER TO SAVE THERE COST WERE TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY ANOTHER FOR OTHER SIDE,AND I WOULD END UP BUYING SAME PART.AND OH YEA PULLY TENSHINER WAS ALL ONE PART NOT TWO LIES AND SCUM I FIGURED BEFORE FINALY FINDING A REAL MECHANIC I GOT TAKEN FOR DAME NEAR 1300 BUCKS. Curtious and professional

This is the first negative review I have ever written. I took my car here for an oil change about 2 weeks ago because I simply didnt have time to do it myself. The change took over an hour even though I had a scheduled appointment. That in itself wasnt to big of a deal however what rubbed me the wrong way was that while I paid for a full synthetic oil change the mechanic who handed me the paper work wrote synthetic blend on it. While I cant verify which oil was used its common for many shops to skimp on oil changes like this. Furthermore they told me my shocks we leaking and needed to be replaced. I doubted this so I brought it home and checked the shocks myself and saw no signs of leaking. Still to be sure I took the car to the dealership to check it and the service manager there said there was nothing wrong with any of the shocks. I dont want to accuse anyone of blatant fraud but the whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
