Used the Auto and Tire Shop. Friendly but very busy staff. Good prices on tires. They will custom order tires for you and generally receive them in 2 or 3 days. Oil change in now $22. Been using them for years.

I ordered two tires online and set an appointment for 6pm the next week. I showed up on the day at 3pm hoping I might get it done earlier. Lady behind the counter says she doesnt know if theyre doing any more work because theyre about to close. Its 3 in the afternoon! Website says they close at 7 and as I said, I had an appointment for 6. She leaves me hanging and another gentleman helps me. I tell him I want an oil change as well. Three hours later wandering around the store I get a call saying they did the oil but didnt do the tires. They couldnt get the lug nuts loose!? And I was mysteriously missing a lug nut that wasnt missing when I came in. I went to Tires Plus the next day and was in and out in an hour. Makes me wonder if they actually changed my oil or not. Never going back!

The service person stopped doing what he was doing and helped me buy and change out my battery.

Waited 2 hours only to be told the Tires for my vehicle were not in stock!!!I had to drive to PSL Walmart, by two tires and bring them back to get the installation finished.There is a day I will never get back.

All the mechanics are first class. Go to Auto centre, you wont be sorry.

Took in to get an oil change today. when they called to say my car was ready, they also informed me they broke my hood latch and zip tied it. When I came to pick up the car and they showed it to me, they also dented my front bumper. The head mechanic told me it was my fault and it was like that when we came in. Absolutely not! It’s a brand new car and only serviced twice before by Walmart! I’m mad they damaged my car but even more mad that they tried to play me for a fool. Filing a claim as I write this. Beyond disgusted!

I was stuck in the parking lot due to a dead battery. A store manager went out of his way to help me. He cleaned the corrosion from my battery, saving me $80!!! Awesome customer service!!!

Love the automotive dept. I use them because their work is always warranted and they are everywhere so if I have a problem, I dont have to justify my problem to another company.

There is not a way to be more pathetic or to suck at your job more than these people at walWalmin Stuart they took 2 hours to put 4 tires on a truck no special stuff just 4 tires 2 hours later. Anyone could do a better job literally anyone man woman child dog cat squirrel. Walmart tire in Stuart you are a joke.

Location gets a lot of mixed reviews but my experience was better than expected. Bought Douglas tires at about half the price of say Michelins, yet the tires have pretty good reviews . . . I am hoping for the best.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. NEVER USE THIS PLACE. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!I called to verify that they had the factory required tires and they said yes, for 45/tire. I drop it off and an hour later they call and say those tires don’t “actually” fit my car so I have to buy the 53/tire set. Begrudgingly I agree. 20 minutes later they call again and give me some BS about how they can’t put the tires on THEY JUST SAID THEY COULD because of some BS policy, and that all they had was a 77/tire available. Employees refused to put tires on vehicle citing store policy on rims that were not stock. Tires that were ordered from Walmart forcing me to find another place to do it.

If they have what you need you wait for four hours to get it...but usually are out of stock on tires needed for your vehicle.

Walmart auto center in Stuart Florida is the worst place I have been taking my car. The staff are super rude with cero knowledge in customer service (specially Justine ). She is always with bad attitude . That place is a complete disaster. HORRIBLE experience in 3 opportunities.I never coming back to that place again The staff and management have be to replace as soon as possible

BEWARE COUNTER PERSON IS THE SLOWEST PART OF THE OPERATION.....Every time I go in there wait time is 2-3 hours. Thats not including the 30 minutes it takes to reach the counter to speak to someone. Counter person is always shuffling their feet and taking their time. Past 2 weekends their wait was over 2 hours. Came in today at 7:10am.

DO NOT GO IF YOU OWN A TRUCK, they will make you wait a hour before they say your truck is too long for their lift.
