I believe people who work in health care should have more respect for their customers.I only showed respect to the place even when I was not satisfied with the service and after all they even refused to make me an appointment because I missed on appointment like I was not human or I asked for free treatment.Hope you realize that your business is to treat people with respect and give them the right advice.

As always, it is a pleasure to visit Redstone Dental Center! As well as performing the dental work with complete professionalism, the staff are also very friendly, asking about what I up to, sharing their own news, and generally making me feel very welcome. Recently, when Dr. Min was extracting one of my teeth (something I was not looking forward to), she had music playing and sang along to Whats Love Got To Do With It while pulling my tooth out. An unexpected but very soothing experience!

This is the most amazing place to get any dental work done. I had a huge fear of dentists after past experiences but was made to feel very comfortable and at easy with everything. They also were able to make it so I can finally smile again. Would recommend to any and everyone in need of dental work.

I highly recommend you do not see this dentist! Went on December 7th and was told I have three cavities which was odd because I’ve never had a cavity before. Made my appointment for a month later, but the day of they called and had to cancel. Went elsewhere and they found not a single cavity in my mouth.On top of that, the other place I went was mind blown at the fact I got my teeth cleaned a month ago. Save your time and go elsewhere!

The team is friendly and excellent with all ages from my two year old to my nine year old son. To me and my husband. There extreamly flexible with scheduling. And you never wait for your appointment.

I have tried MANY dentists all over the world, and I feel fortunate to have stumbled upon the folks here! Maria is the most thorough hygienist that I have encountered, without being rough. Dr. Bui took the time to explain my oral situation in terms that I may understand, and even honestly advise how to best approach treatment that would be least painful on my pocket, yet most effective. She is also up-to-date w/ cutting edge techniques, still attending seminars....They are also personable, and Maria has a great sense of humor too!

Redstone Dental is conveniently located across from Redstone Shopping Center. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I only wish I had started coming here sooner.

So a few years back needing a dentist I searched and found a small practice in Stoneham full of wonderful.people, personally and professionally.Dr. Quinn Bui was my original dentist, later joined by her sister Minh. Both very professional both very personable. The staff mirrors the doctors so it is a practice I highly recommend.

Ive been going to this place for probably 5 years. They are very professional and accommodating. I hope to be their client for many years to come! I would give 10 starts if I could!

This dentist is horrible! They rush you in and out. I had my gums filled the filling came out 3 days later! There receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I was late 15 minutes due to traffic driving 40 minutes to get there and they told me after I called that couldnt take me so Ill never ever go back again!She did me a favor so Ill find a professional dentist closer to my house

I had an wonderful service here. My family and I have felt welcomed since the first visit. Very polite and timely. Dr. Bui did a good job of making me feel comfortable and reassuring me of what was happening. Very happy with my service and I would recommend Dr. Bui to anyone.

All of the staff at Redstone Dental are phenomenal, from Drs Quynh and Min, the dental assistants and front desk staff. They are one big wonderful family. They do everything in their power to make a patient feel comfortable and at ease (ask for the pillow!) They explain every procedure and answer every question you have. I have had a root canal and two crowns done by them. A previous dentist told me that one of my teeth was useless and should be extracted but Dr Quynh said she could save the tooth and she DID! These are my dentists for the rest of my life!

I took my 2-year old to Dr. Bui last year for the first time last year and loved it. When we returned this year, the service was excellent as well. My son usually hates it when we floss or brush his teeth, but thanks to Dr. Bui, my 3 year old has no fear of dentists - which says a lot about Dr. Buis gentleness, friendliness, and skill with children! My husband and I were also very, very, very satisfied with the service. The office is also pleasantly decorated and has good music playing at an non-intrusive volume. Very professional.

I just had a dental exam and cleaning at Redstone Dental in Stoneham since the COVID crisis. I feel really lucky to have them as my dentist. The COVID safety protocols atdat their practice made me feel very comfortable and safe. I love how Dr. Bui and her team are so friendly and professional. Redstone Dental, Dr Quynh Bui, Dr Minh Bui, and the entire staff have restored my confidence in Dentistry. Until going to them i had nothing but anxiety and subpar experiences with dentists. Dr Minh made a plan to fix my teeth, charged a very fair price and has done a stellar job. I actually look forward to visits. The office staff manages to balance professionalism and a relaxed atmosphere perfectly.

My experience is ongoing with Dr. Bui, Dr. Hong, Rickielee and all of the staff at Redstone Dental. It has been a very beneficial and positive experience! I had extensive extractions done and needed upper & lower dentures made to replace my smile. I am ecstatic! The extraction process was virtually pain free with some minor soreness. Dr. Bui has been more than accommodating in finding time to address any issues I have had.I was referred to Redstone Dental and Dr. Bui by a friend and I will in return be referring friends to her office. I am one of those people that avoided the dentist out of fear. Not any more! I look forward to each visit.

Dr. Quynh Bui at Redstone Dental Center is the best dentist Ive ever been to! I am very afraid of getting injection, because most of the dentists ive been to in the past hurt me so much. However, Dr. Bui is very gentle. I had a root canal and told her to tell me when she was going to use the needle so I could prepare myself... This was after she had already given me the shot of Novocaine. It was amazing, I didnt even feel it! I highly recommend Dr. Bui to anyone who is afraid of the needle like me.CR
