The ladies behind the front desk are pleasant and work with you to find the best plans available.

Ive been going to New Smile Family Dental for 5 years now and am very happy as a patient. Dr. Sun is excellent and caring; he also doesnt push unnecessary treatments and values care above all else. The assistant is amazing and my teeth are so smooth afterward. Even the receptionist is kind, always making me feel comfortable and going out of his way to reschedule appointments. Amazing experience! I had to get beautiful crowns on two of my molars, and I was VERY nervous at the beginning and they could NOT have been kinder or more professional! They were very understanding, thorough, patient, and quick. I had painless procedure, pleasant experience all around. Already booked my 6 month cleaning and I will bring my husband, kids and whole family!

I have been going to Dr. Sun for a few years now,hes very accommodating. I called the office late in the evening, due to the fact my husband had a tooth that was causing him extreme pain, and Dr.Sun was able to squeeze him in to be seen that night. What dentist would do that? We appreciate him, and thought wed let other people know that there are good dentists out there that truly care about their patients.

Dr. Sun is an excellent dentist with a quiet and kind mannerism. He is very methodological when approaching any procedure, taking his time to make sure it is done correctly and not over-stressing the patient. Other dentists should learn from his work and mannerisms.

Dr. Sun is a professional who takes care of his patients. I had a root canal which is not fun, however he made sure it was done the right way. Additionally, Dr. Sun will save you Money, lots of dentists have outrageous prices. He is a down to earth dentist whom I recommend without hesitation.

I have been an employee at this office for the past four years, we are a small practice, so that gives us the privilege to get to know our patients and work very closely together. We give our all, so that we can provide the best care possible. Dr Sun, is not only a wonderful dentist, but hes a wonderful boss as well. One who treats his employees right, you know will treat his patients the same. I trust him enough, that I brought my whole entire family here, even when I left for a year due to the birth of my daughter, my family and I still came here. He goes above and beyond for everyone. Dr. Sun, makes himself available even at the oddest hours, just to ensure the comfort of his patients in urgent need. Ive worked for many offices, and I have never been so well treated then I am here, not just as an employee but as a patient as well.

I have been going to Dr. Suns office for the past 5 years and I would never go to anyone ever again! You can tell he truly cares for his patients, My old dentist gave me a root canal on my font tooth and made my mouth look horrible! I was only 16 at the time, and he fixed her horrible mistakes. Hes always made time for me if I needed to be seen for a cavity or anything ! I promise if you see Dr. Sun you will not regret it!

Dentist is a nice guy, but DO NOT let him do your crowns. He did three of my crowns about 18 months ago and now my new dentist showed me the xrays of what terrible work New Smile did on the fit of these crowns leaving open margins all around. Insurance wont pay to replace them so Im stuck with 3 bad crowns. Go elsewhere for your dental work.

I am giving new smile family dental 5 stars because when I went in for my cleaning, I had a cavity that needed to be fixed, and rather then coming back again they were able to do the treatment at the time.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth and made an appointment to get it taken out, forgot the date and showed up a week early he squeezed me in and had my tooth out in less then a hour.. great dentist !

My interwishon was right... I went here as a first time client. I had a cleaning which was the worst cleaning I have ever had.... My mouth felt dirty after.... The dentist told me I had five cavitys and bone loss. Hmmmmm I was suspicious. I cancelled my next appointment and asked for a copy of my x-Rays. First they were going to charge me a fee till I put up a stink. I threatened to call my insurance company. I drove to stoneham from north reading and they handed me a paper and no X-rays . I asked where are my cavitys ?These arent my X-rays. What it came down to is they were not giving me them and they made me drive there for nothing. I went back to my regular dentist .... Waited a while till I got new insurance and got X-rays finally this week. Just as I thought NO CAVITYS .... Yes NOT ONE. I never write reviews but I had to please dont trust these people. They are out to harm not help. Im reporting them to the better business bureau and my old insurance company. 2nd opinion trust in it...
