Extremely friendly and helpful staff. These guys did an amazing job detailing my car and the prices are extremely reasonable. They also do ceramic and PPF as well. Definitely will be back.

Had my whole car tinted, noticed the back windshield had multiple bubbles along the seam near my break light and 2 noticeable watermarks on one of my front windows. I called and was told to bring it in. When I brought it in, I was scheduled to come in another day to get both fixed. I dropped my car off at 10am and didn’t get called to come pick it up until 5pm. Mind you, this is now 3 times that I had to come in. When I picked up my car, I realized they did not even replace my one window tint, and also badly scratched my interior break light cover. The replacement job for my back windshield did not fix the problem either. There are now new bubbles along different parts of the tint. I have had my prior 2 cars fully tinted from other places and have never had this bad of an experience before. I came here because the reviews seemed good and was close to my home. I don’t really understand how they are servicing luxury cars and their final product isn’t installed correctly. Also, they are clearly okay with damaging cars and acting as if nothing went wrong considering they did not even mention the damage to me. Just because my car isn’t a high class car it’s okay to do this??? I paid the same $600 as everyone else. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The last two cars had the heat control ceramic tint which I am a huge fan of. The tint work is top notch. I also got a detailing done in my SUV, it looked better than when I bought it, couldn’t be happier.

I called Marc the morning of 2/25/2021 and questioned if I can bring both of my vehicles in and he said,Yes Bring them in by 10:30am. I took my 2018 Honda Accord LX(Full Tint 35%) and my 2016 Honda CRV (Front 2 windows) which was completed with OEM Manufactured Tint. I recently did window tinting here for my 4 series and I went for ceramic tints. They do have numerous options to go for and I loved overall experience. For $ I would say they it was as expected not too less or too more.They use 3M for ceramic which are really great for blocking heat.Team also showed me numerous options for tint % and helped me pick the correct one. Definitely recommend this place! I got my 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer done there yesterday and I couldn’t me more happy with the results. They were very knowledgeable with their tint choices, and they had a nice amount of tints and shades to choose from that came with different warranty options. The staff was very friendly and helped me learn a lot more about tinting windows for the future. If I ever get another car down the road I will not think twice about coming here!

I had a remote start installed on my girlfriends car. Everyone here is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I dropped off the car and told them Id be back before they finished and would wait. They took my car in right away and finished by the time I was back. The entire process was a breeze. They took the time to discuss the options of remote start for my vehicle, they knew what they were talking about and was very professional. The first installation of our window tint on our new Blazer was done perfectly but the tint itself wasnt what we were hoping for. When we went back in to discuss it with them, they took the time to take different tint options to the window to show us the color variations and what options would match the tint already on the car. This place tripped a engine light, then blamed me for bringing it in with a check engine light after having it for 45 min.Buyer beware... they will mess your car up then back out of the job.In reply to you, this happened some time ago, however the experience was insane, you where installing a viper remote start in my honda pilot. The truck was about a week old certified used. Your guy brought in the shop, 30 min later he said theres a check engine light it cant be installed.I started complaining and 4 of your guys came out and got immediately confrontational ganging up on me. 1 guy looked like the Asian guy from a Van Dam 80s movie. So I left with my pride and truck broken.Thats all facts, I complained to your owner/company and got shunned.

I very rarely write reviews but I wanted to give Auto Image 5 stars on the AMAZING job they did detailing my car last week. The family SUV has never been cleaner!! They got all the crumbs from in between seats and under mats every nook and cranny cleaned and polished. The seats and rugs were shampooed and conditioned, it looks like a brand new car! A week later and it still smells fresh! Fantastic job!

They do good work Mark assisted me however, the shop doesnt seem to do much custom work which is the only drawback for me.I would recommend them to others looking to get non-custom work like an alarm, stereo, amps, speakers etc.

I have put two automatic ignitions in my van and in a toyota camry they did a good job, they are very nice people I would definitely come back again on another project soon!

I had used Auto Image years ago for detailing, window tinting, etc. The work was always great. Recently, I worked directly with Josh and Trent who were adding CarPlay to my daughters 2020 Jeep. There were a few minor hiccups, as it is a new Jeep, but their attitude throughout was we want you to be happy - and will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Very happy with their honesty and keeping us informed. We will DEFINITELY be bringing the Jeep back as my daughter adds to it!

The guys did a great job on tinting the windows on my Silverado. They were polite and extremely accommodating with scheduling the appointment. I called and requested a same day install and they fit me in without having to leave the truck for the day. I dropped the truck off, walked to go get some lunch and by the time I got back the truck was done. Excellent job! Wish I could remember the guy’s name that helped me. Oh, and the price was the second least expensive of the four quotes I got. The only one cheaper was a guy who did it out of his garage.To be completely transparent, I stopped in about 6 months earlier with my 15 year old son to get a quote . The guy there that day was a different guy. He could not have been more rude. It was so bad that my 15 year old son refused to let me have the work done there. It seems to be a trend I’m seeing with these types of places. Every one I’ve stopped at I’ve experienced incredible rude people who make you feel like you are bothering them instead of being appreciative of supporting their business. I was pleasantly surprised this time around with Auto Image. Look forward to working with them again with more five star results.

Dont understand how this place has any good reviews at all. They installed a set of speakers for me, they quoted a price and then charged me more after they did the work. One speaker blew 3 days later and they refused to cover it under warranty.

I worked with both Gary and Trent to have a remote start installed on my 2016 Kia Optima with push button start. I called about one week in advance and explained what I wanted to have done. We were able to work out a date and time that was convenient for both of us and got it done. It took approximately 6 hours to do but was done without any complications. Everyone was very pleasant both in person and over the phone. Great little shop right off Rt 18 in East Brunswick. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

These people will play tricks on you. I had my car detailed for $190.00 plus tax. Actually, and in all fairness, it was $189.99 plus tax. But they also charged me $7.50 for Supplemental Materials Charges - Shop Charge. Problem is, they do not say anything about the $7.50 on the website. In my case, they hid the charge until I got to the shop, and they argued that they were not being deceptive because they had the sign spelling out the charge right there, for me to read before committing to the job. Now, you tell me whether that is deceptive or not.The actual price is $189.99 plus $7.50, since they would not do the job otherwise. That is what I had to give them if I wanted to have my car detailed.Sneaky dudes!They would not say anything about the $7.50 charge on their add on the internet -- they would not! But they then say that they are not trying to hide anything. Please!

Have had 2 separate experiences here: Last year I got all my windows tinted. Awesome job, they were done perfectly and Gary explained how to take care of them and what to look for if they start to peel. They still havent faded a bit. Absolutely amazing.Less than a month ago I decided to have my car detailed here, because of my previous experience. My car was given a courtesy wash at the dealership. Twice. First time it was okay because I had cleaned it the day prior so they didnt really even do anything. Second time they left TONS of micro-marring on the paint. Id normally detail it myself but Ive run out of patience and supplies for that level of detailing. I should have done it myself. It cost 140 bucks after tax and the micro-marring is still there. Its not any worse, but not even remotely better. All in all it was a very expensive, albeit very good, car wash. But paint correction is what I paid for and I did not get it. Very unfortunate situation.Id avoid going here for anything other than tints and stereo work.

I have taken my car here several times over the past few years to be detailed on the interior. I have also had them install two dash cams, and a car starter. The work performed here is excellent. Neat and very professional. They also sell and install window tinting, car radios, car starters and alarms and other auto electronics.The only drawback is that they can be pricey, but you get what you pay for. That is why I only gave it four stars.

I had my Driver side and passenger side windows and windshield tinted. All the guys there were very knowledge able and explained all options. Extremely proffessional and helpful. In and out quick. 110% recommended. Will see you guys again.Tom M

Took advantage of a great deal they had on Living Social for full car detailing. My car is pretty clean form the start, but knew it could look better.They were great to start, friendly and had decent availability. I brought my black car in for the detail and when I got it back, it looked absolutely stunning.But then it all went wrong from there. About 4 days later after it rained, I noticed the car had significant holograming, a form of swirl marks. I contacted them and brought it in for them to see. They were surprised to see the issue and said they would take care of it, Meanwhile the car was so bad I was embarrassed to drive it and was without my summer car for almost 2 weeks.After they redid the detailing, it once again looked great until about a week later where the marks again showed up. I contacted them again and brought it in. The manager Gary had a different attitude this time; he was quite short with me. The other guy that seems to be in charge there, do not have his name, was quite the opposite and very accommodating. They looked at the car and said it must have “soft paint” and they would have to contact their product manufacturer. Once again my car looked horrible and was an embarrassment, so I barely drove my summer car for another 2 weeks (4 weeks now) in the summer.After contacting them three times to find out the status, they told me to bring it back in. They once again detailed the car and once again I picked it up and it looked great. I asked them what they did different and got and attitude from Gary. The other guy politely cut Gary’s attitude off and explained they redid the entire car and used a special black wax. A wax? Well right then I knew it would return and about 2 weeks later it did.I had enough of dealing with them and just gave up. The time me and my girlfriend had to spend getting to and from there was just too much. I ended up detailing the car myself and improved the issues significantly, but they are still there. I just got an estimate of $350 to fix the issues. So much for a great deal.On the plus side, they did do a great job on the interior and I think they redid it every time it was in there. They also did say they stand behind their work and would fix it, but dealing with the attitude and the time to get it there was no longer worth it.

They need better communication.!!!I came to auto image on rt 18 on Nov 6 to make an appt that following Tuesday the 12th for 10am. The guy in the front, Mark, when i came in the 6th told me it takes about 2-4 hrs for the installation to be complete. I dropped my car off before 10am and stayed at the near mall for about 4 hrs. I called at 1:30pm someone told me it was being worked on. I come before 3pm to find out that my car hasn’t even been touched. I was highly annoyed asked for my keys and left.If you want work done here i recommend to communicate efficiently to get what you need on time.

Bought both of my SUVs here to get windows tinted. They had me in and out in about a half hour. Had to bring my wifes truck back to fix one window and they knocked it out no questions asked.
