Incompetence. I call to verify that the carry XPS 1/2 inch 8x4 foam boards. I am told that they do. Can I buy 3 boards? Yes. How much per boards $19.After driving 20 mins to the Kent, WA location and walking in, I am told that they dont sell 3 boards, I have to buy more than 100. If I can give them 0-stars for incompetence and -1 start for customer service, I would.I would advice individuals to beware and ask if the amount that you want to buy is acceptable, but that is what I did and it still was a waste of my time and gas money!!

I used to work as a weatherization technician in Tumwater and went into Apec almost every morning for supplies. These are the NICEST guys ever! If youre wondering if you should do business with them - the answer is 100% YES! :-)
