He takes care of my whole family.He is a perfectionist when it comes to his craft and holds himself to the highest standards.If something is wrong he will make it right there is no grey area of in between. I lived in Boston for 9 years and never found a dentist I was comfortable with. Since moving to Stoneham, I have been to Pizzarello and Silvestro Family Dentistry twice and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The office is very clean and nice and all the staff is super friendly. I feel like everyone there truly cares about me and isnt just trying to take my money (which was my experience in Boston). At the time of my first visit I lived down the street from the offices of Pizzarello & Silvestro Family Dentistry so it was a quick decision to have them take care of my dental needs. That was 2009 and Ive moved since then but I still go back to their beautiful offices on Main Street in Stoneham and will continue to so. If youre looking for a dentist youll stay with...you just found it.

After at least 15 years of being a patient I can no longer tolerate Dr Pizzarellos constant vocalizing of his strong political opinions about womens bodies, mentally disabled people, or gays, and will be terminating my relationship with this office. By all means have your opinions--as my dentist I dont care who you vote for--but the time to yell about how women are objects that you cant help but look at is not when you have your hands in a womans mouth! So unprofessional that its almost unbelievable.To his credit, hes a great dentist. Its a shame he has no self-control.

Before I found Pizzarello and Silvestro Family Dentistry, I use to avoid the dentist. Joe makes everything from dental checkups to complex dental procedures seem simple. I would recommend Dr. P and his staff to anyone!

Dr. Pizzarello is a man who takes dentistry extremely seriously and has the knowledge and technology to back it up. There is nothing this man cannot do on short notice and in one visit and hes always extremely accommodating for emergencies! Highly recommended.
