I came in and asked when Julie would be available. 2pm. Appointment made at that time. Are you sure at that time? Yes. I get here at 2pm only to be told to wait for half hour.Logical question - why make an appointment time if you don’t hold to it??Definitely know that if you make an appointment here it is not honored. The man literally said wait or go elsewhere.No one or any business is worth such bad treatment. Making an appointment is so that one has a set timer to get in and out with in a reasonable time. Not foe me to come in and sit around waiting.

Love love getting my Acrylic Gel nails done here!!!!! 💅😍 I love the service, the cleanliness, the music and most of all my manicurists Steven and Terry!!! The boys are awesome!!!! The quality of my nails are great because they last at least a month which is great if you dont have time to upkeep them. I love getting my nails done here. They put 3 coats for gel and powder nail polish which I love and lasts super long! Never disappointed and they are very quick with their service. I’d highly recommend. Ask for Eva. She’s super sweet and does a fantastic job for manicures/pedicures!!

Walked in at 4pm Friday hoping for a quick mani & pedi before I needed to be back on the road by 5:15. They took me right away and did a fantastic job and got me out the door on time! It helped that I had bare nails to start and got a gel mani so didn’t have any dry time. Very relaxing leg massage with the pedi and let’s be honest, that’s the best part. Salon was clean and spacious.

I walked in on a Sunday, picked my color and waited 5-10 minutes. JJ did my gel manicure on my natural nails. It was inexpensive, clean, and very precise. On my second coat of color I accidentally jabbed my thumb onto the UV light machine and JJ fixed it. This all took less than an hour. I’m very satisfied with the nails I got today. They were evenly coated and I received exceptional service.

She added tip without my consent and I gave 18% . She didn’t massage my legs or give hot towel or anything. I had a gel pedi and mani. Service was subpar and she was talking the whole time to her colleagues. I’ve been here before and received better service but some of their employees aren’t professional and the fact they added a tip on top of my 18% gets me very upset and I do not trust them. Pay in cash people! Or just don’t go here

Called in the morning, set an appointment on the phone for 1pm. My appt was on time, my nail tech was JJ, I got extensions and gel. He did amazing! I love how my nails came out. He took his time and made sure I was happy with the overall outcome. I will be a regular customer. Thank you!

So I came in to have one nail fixed because it broke not their fault but that’s not the issue. So the guy in the pictures below politely filed away the gel nail polish, I asked him if they do nex Gen Dip . Due to the language barrier he did not understand, I asked him 4 x then he finally said yes we do, on natural nails. I asked if he could add a tip to make the nail longer and use the Dip Solution instead of Acrylic he said yes . After the Gel was off of my finger nail, I asked him to see the colors for the dip . He said we don’t do dip on tips . I asked him if I could speak with someone else that understands English better and he got offended and told me the store was closed . I asked the guy next to him if he understood English good and the guy in the pic doing my nails said something to him and Vietnamese and the other guy didn’t even answer me and continued to look in the opposite direction. The guy that was doing my nails got up and walked half way to the back and said we are closed . I asked him if he was closed or he didn’t want to do my nails ? He said both and walked away and sent me out with 1 nail missing even though I barely had them done in LOs Angeles less than a week ago. So yeah, go here if you want your time wasted . Go Here is you want to be treated unfairly. Go here if you want to receive horrible service. Go here if you have zero respect for yourself . Go here if you want to take the chance of leaving without your nails done or with your nails messed up . Go here ! G Smile Nails will ruin your supposed relaxed girl time and send u out unhappy and disgusted .

Jj is the premier nail specialist. He usually is at the top of his game. This round not so much. At least when I brought the issue to his attention he did fix it. Downfall was when a customer who had been with them for 5 years wanted to know why differebt pricing. I watched him change it 4-5 times. That is NOT ACCEPTABLE. You do a manicure during g Thursday- Sunday prices are usually higher. However to fit their purposes of $20 higher giving same work no special requests disturbs me.

This place is a joke. I arrived at 4:45 on a Sunday and asked for a gel manicure. There was no wait and a technician was available, yet I was told they couldn’t see me. When I asked how that was possible the man walked away from me, spoke in Chinese, and then the whole place laughed. I stood there baffled. When he came back he said it would be an hour wait, again not sure how that’s possible with no one else waiting..., and said by the time they could see me they would be closed. So incredibly rude. Don’t waste your time or money.

Pretty good nail salon. Unless you make an appointment you will be seen on a first come first served basis. Which isnt always a bad thing. Patricia and Nancy are very good nail technicians. Theyre very friendly and Patricia remembered me from last December 2016 which is the 1st time I used this salon. Theres light pop music and a very large clean bathroom. I inquired about a cats eye and gel manicure and settled on a regular gel manicure although I was offered a regular manicure and organic gel manicure as well. I didnt ask about nail extensions so I cant comment on that. I saw pedicure chairs but I didnt get one so again I cant comment on that either. I will say that the place looks very clean. They have a very good selection of colors and will apply as many colors as desired.Nancy gave me a very good gel manicure and hand massage for 30$, the average price. I would go back if I found myself in Stamford and wanted a manicure.

Ive been getting my nails done since I was a preteen and this by far has to be THE MOST TERRIBLE customer service I’ve EVER experienced!! One of the women there pulled and pushed my hands around as if I were a rag doll. She was very curt and dismissive and her work was mediocre. I was so angry when I left this salon, my hands were shaking. I thought G Smile would follow in the footsteps of totally Tip toe’s by providing superb customer service alongside an excellent mani, but apparently they failed tremendously. They have my LOWEST recommendation! To be honest I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy. Save yourself aggravation by going to the nail salon upstairs in the mall. They do great work and the staff is very friendly. I wouldn’t be surprised if G Smile Isn’t in business for much longer. You won’t get far with poor customer service and terrible interpersonal skills, especially not when there’s a trillion other nail salons to go to. Not cool! Never going there again !

This place is known also as G-SMILE NAIL SPA Flyer says walk ins are welcome. Not a lot people inside, there were people actually leaving. I asked if I can get serviced and the manager mentioned no, that I would had to wait 40 minutes outside in the 87 degree weather. There were workers available. Owner/managers tone was harsh and I felt discriminated against. I would not recommended going here.

Tom does an amazing job!! It was my first experience getting acrylics and I am so satisfied. He takes great care of the nails, is very patient and detailed and shaped my nails to perfection! I love how my nails look they look perfect. He is also very sweet. Thanks tom!! 😊

If I could have rated them a minus one that would have been their grading.Fist off, these people are rude, inconsiderate, liars and spiteful. It doesnt matter who you are dont go there.I sent my daughter to get her nails done, while there, a few of her nails were crooked. Instead of fixing it, the girl who did it said she was closing therefore she will not do it. The manager then said he will take all her nails off instead of fixing it. Really one nail; I was flabbergasted by their attitude seeing this is a service they are providing. It took them 30 minutes to take all her nails off.........sad.It would have been understandable had my child been rude or vulgar but that was not the case, nor is that her personality. When my child called me crying because of how she was being treated, and I went there they called the police and lied stating we were causing problems. Luckily, we had witnesses and video evidence from start to end.Great set of cops came who understood what was really happening. I was upset because as civilized human beings this could have been handled more civil without wasting the cops time for a minute thing as fixing a nail.

I got my acrylics done a week ago and now all of my nails are cracking. one nail broke and when i came in to get it fixed the man told me i would have to wait 40mins. meanwhile 2 nails techs are sitting there doing their own nails and he went to go sit in one of the massage chairs on his phone .. 20mins go bye and asked someone other lady why none of these people can fix my nail because i have to get to work and she turned to them and they said something in their language then she said “you just have to wait” ..

It was nice they took me right away didnt have to wait. And the funny thing is I had an appointment with the nail shop that I have been go to for years and I get there and she had someone in the chair, and I was the first appointment of the day. So I have found a new nail shop.

So I literally just got my nails done like 10min ago and I HATE them! This was my first time ever getting nail extensions on my nails so I was so confused on what to get or asked for and I just needed help with picking what I wanted so I just ended up showing a picture to her of what I wanted them to look like shape and color. It’s nothing like what I wanted. The lady who did my nails was so rude. She did them sloppy, uneven, and super thick. I asked her is there a similar color to what’s in the picture and she responds with “I don’t know just pick a color” like how rude?! I’m not a nail technician I’ve never done nails and if I had all the tolls I’m almost 100% sure i can do a better job then what this lady did.Update a few hours later, idk why my nails hurt they feel sore as if they are bruised. Not on all fingers but most of them.

Went in for a full set and pedi. The guy who always does my pedicure is wonderful. One of the nail techs was so rough that she split my entire nail in half that It bled profusely. Didn’t even apologize. I Still was charged for my pedicure after one of their techs injured me. The owner had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule an appointment for the following morning?! Like they did nothing wrong! They would never ever have my business again! Too bad, for them! they lost a generous tipper. They do not respect their clients, they just want their money!

Very clean and reasonable prices. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because the entire salon has a very strong odour. Which made me nauseous after a while. But if it’s just for few minutes like eyebrows or regular manicure the smell is tolerable.

This place is very DISRESPECTFUL! They will treat you like animals. I hope no one will go through what my family went through today. My sister went to get her nails done and she noticed that the nail was crooked. She asked if they could fix it and they said they wont do it and that they do not want her service, they would rather take off all the nails. My sister was VERY RESPECTFUL despite the blatant disrespect. They said that they dont want her business there. She said, its fine, she does not want to go there again after what occurred. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE AN EQUAL HUMAN BEING!

Customer Service is horrible. Made an appt for my daughter for her prom. They were 20 minutes late arriving to the salon. Once they got in JJ seated everyone else besides my daughter, then proceeded to sit someone else in his chair when he was the one I booked for my daughter. When I tried to explain that to him he got an attitude and attempted to push my daughter to another nail technician. I left and will not ever give them my business again. Disgusted.

Not good at all. First, they should speak English, I had Latino girl, she was nice but zero English. Whatever I asked her to do she did opposite. Second, the smell in the salon, strong chemical. I had a headache after 1 hour. It was my first and last time over there.

I came in so they can fix my nails that I had gotten done by them the other day and they only wanted to fix one or two, when I needed them all fixed because they did such a horrible job. Very clean but terrible service. I only go here if I am desperate. On one occasion I made an appointment for 4pm and didn’t get serviced until almost 20mins later. Another occasion I made an appointment earlier in the afternoon and the guy that sits in the front was working on someone during my appointment time. He then told me to come back at 3pm in which I waited an additional 20/30 mins. I got ombré acrylic, when finished I asked him if he could add rhinestones and he told me no. I questioned if even after I paid extra could I get the design and the guy told me he didn’t have time. After BEGGING him he agreed and gave me 4. Yes 4 on each finger. All in all I ended up paying 68$ and waited 2 hrs after booking an appointment 1. I feel like the employees talk about you in their native language. 2. I got a basic pedicure and had to ask the employee if she could clip my nails and file them as short as possible. After filing it 3 times she asked if it was good enough I was so annoyed I agreed just so I didn’t have to ask anymore because the woman seemed irritated with me. In the basic pedicure you’re supposed to get a 10min massage in which the lady put lotion on my legs and feet and tapped my calves (in typical massage fashion) I DID NOT get my calluses removed and paid 40$ they charge a lot of money which is fine if the service was of good quality. I almost NEVER leave satisfied with my nails when I leave I’m so not a fan of this place and prefer to stay at my regular nail salon TJ NAILS ON MAIN STREET IN BRIDGEPORT. (Yes I drive all the way up there to get my nails done)

A family member recommended Totally Tip Toe Nail salon to me so I decided to check it out. Excellent service & very fast! The salon was exceptionally clean. I went in for a gel mani, pedi, & an eyebrow wax & I was done in an hour 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

I give it 3 stars for some reasons, one of them is that I cannot deny that the implements they use to clean your nails are seen to be disinfected and not used with the previous client, what is a bit difficult is being able to communicate with them properly Because of the language but the effort is made, the reason I dont give 5 stars is because one of the times I went, 4 different people hacked my nails, one took off the gel, another filed me, another cleaned me and finally another He put the gel back on me, then I had to explain what I wanted 4 times and it was a bit exhausting and they didnt fit the way I wanted. But for the rest I like the place.
