The price is really good. Vacuums need more power. Also not a lot of spots to Vacuum. I had to wait a little but other than that it was a good spot.

I had a great experience at soapy joes! It’s very convenient and does an excellent job cleaning my car. Employees are nice, there was one young man his name was David, he was very polite and kindly helped me throughout my visit! Would definitely recommend and ask for David if you need assistance, very helpful young man.

It was raining and I forgot to turn off my intermittent windshield wipers so as I was driving through the car wash they came on and I lost a wiper😳! It was terrible because the wiper holder started scraping my windsheild!The manager Matt was so helpful they looked throughout the car washer and they were able to find my wiper! Matt fixed my windshield wipers perfectly! I was so happy because I was thinking I had to go and spend money to buy brand new windshield wipers, nope! Thank you Matt you were the best!

Was my very first time here and let me tell you, It was more then I expected! I was nicely greeted by this nice employee named Branden, he had such a positive attitude and such great customer service ! He helped me purchase a one time wash and made it super easy for me, I will be coming back soon! ☺️

I wash my car once per week by hand. I was short on time so I tried this place. It ended up taking more time because after the $20 I spent here, I then had to go home and wash my car so I could get the bugs off the front, and I ended up with some large grease streaks on my drivers side fender and door. It wiped off, but I would have been better off not washing it. At least not here.

My experience at Soapy Joe’s was great. Even though they sometimes are very busy. Alex the ss made sure everyone had grabbed a parking spot including me and made sure everyone was happy. He is very polite and has great customer service. Keep up the great job Alex !!!!!

Every Saturday when I have a chance to come down I do, I get the magic joe and it is worth the price, can’t beat a $35 unlimited membership, it is quite busy Saturday’s and it’s hard to find a vacuum spot, Branden Delgado makes sure I get a vacuum to clean my car off ! Really nice employee, recommend getting a membership here .

Amazing customer service skills amazing personality will be coming back for life

Beginning of June, my mom and I took her car a 2007 Ford Focus for a car wash. That day we left not realizing my moms right side mirror had be knocked off. I contacted customer service and they reviewed the video from the cameras and blamed it on my moms car for being old they wouldnt show us the video unless it was a lawyer from our insurance. 1 neighbor mentioned the same thing happened to him and they also did nothing to fix it just blamed the car on its age. The Employees are great the customer services we contacted through the claim we made was trash and dont recommend going here unless you want you car physically attacked.

They are very welcoming and alex the supervisor treats us very well. He is very respectful and always gives us great service. We always leave with an awesome service. Alex the supervisor always has a positive attitude, he is a great supervisor! One day ill see him as a manager!

Ugh I really want to like this car wash because it’s so convenient and the plans are great, but it doesn’t clean my car! They need to get a better brush system. Here’s my car after a wash, you can see it’s still dirty and the brush marks are there but it misses so many spots and doesn’t get off bird poop or even all the dust. I know the yellow spots are hard to get off but bugs and bird poop and DUST should be cleaned.

Well at least I got a $15 air freshener that lasted 12 hrs. As far as a car wash, I think Ill drive into the ocean next time. Ill get just as good of a wash and wont waste money.

I’m here 4 days each week making good use of my Super Joe membership (considering upgrading since I’m here so much). The membership well worth it, so do yourself a favor and at least get the basic one.The staff are efficient and helpful and do a good job keeping the place clean and maintained well.Oh, and my kids love going through with the rainbow colors.

I love coming here for my car washes. It is more worth it to get an annual pass though. There are some spots on my car that are missed usually but its mostly easy to wipe off.

I experience is always a plus. But if I go in with less cars, I really think I get what Im paying for, because it looks way better, totally satisfied!!!

This has got to be the WORST soapy Joes location i have been to. I went at 7pm on a Sunday (definitely not a peak time according to google) and waited more than 10 minutes before driving off because not a single slot was open. The people at the slots did not have masks on as well. I will never go to this location again and recommend you all do the same

I have the most expensive monthly option. Every once in awhile my car looks significantly clean but most of the time I work really hard to remove the dirt myself afterwards. The rags are worn out and damp. And from time to time I see new scrapes on my car.

Great for a quick cleanup! We got the $35 wash and coming here once a week is worth it. I hope they put option for blower. I had to use mine to dry the car, which was no problem anyway.

I love the idea of a car wash membership but this place is impossible when its busy. You wait FOREVER in line TO GO THROUGH THE WASH, and then cant get a spot to dry & vacuum your car. (It happens a lot.) Wouldnt mind but you have to dry your car unless you love water spots. You car does not get dry in the process of the wash. :(

First timer. Bought the annual unlimited package. I did the math. If I go once a week it is around $7.30 per wash at the highest level of wash! Lots of staff to help me navigate. I can use their towels and vacuums anytime! Good location near the 5 freeway on Oceanside Blvd! My car and I are very pleased!

It cleans my car really well for the most part just wish it could get my rims a better, I usually have too clean them myself while vacuuming and also some of the vacuums have some damage could use some fixing but all in all definitely worth the money

Would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Came here two days ago to wash my BRAND NEW 2020 Nissan Versa SR that I’ve only had for 2 1/2 weeks, and there were scratches left on my vehicle! I received an email today from the claim I made and they stated that the “VIEDO” didn’t show evidence that the machines caused the scratches! They will be hearing from my insurance company very soon!

I come here a lot and have no issues with whatsoever. Great staff and good source of free vacuum and towels!One thing I noticed was one of the staff (teenage-looking caucasian male with brown hair and blueish greenish eyes) got in this girl’s car while on duty. I think they were friends or something but they looked like they were flirting because they were talking the whole time she was in line. Since the line was backed up, it was kind of hard to not look at people. Sorry but it was just unprofessional to witness.

Their air fresheners are the best. Their car washes are the best. But their air fresheners are better.

Great place to get your car washed in a jiffy!We have the membership and it is absolutely worth it!Staff is friendly and always looks well arranged.Location is constantly cleaned and towels are available once again if you choose to use them.

Monthly cost is a good deal if you go often. Does a good job of washing your car.

Many personnel on site to keep steady flow during high traffic times (Sat am). Prices are reasonable. Towels are microfiber and always a surplus of clean ones available.

The vaccuums do not work well and they only have 1 type of vaccuum they do not have the smaller thin hose to get in tighter spaces like the san marcos location does and ive been to plenty of soapy joe san marcos beats them all

Driving for Lyft I get to see a lot of different places to get your car washed. Unfortunately this place is just okay. It doesnt thoroughly clean the car and the soap didnt come off the car. Not bad compared to some but not great compared to others.

I was a member of Soapy Joes for about two years and was happy enough to continue to pay my monthly fees until the car wash snapped my back wiper off my car. I contacted customer service and after inquiring about the details of the incident, I was told After further investigation, Soapy Joe’s has determined we are not liable for any damages that occurred to your vehicle and your claim has been denied. After reviewing our camera footage of your vehicle entering and exiting the tunnel, we found out attendant taped your down your wiper and it was entact once exiting the tunnel. Soapy Joe’s is not liable for any vehicle that leave the premises before a full investigation is done on the vehicle. I do apologize for any inconvenience.This taping practice had started months after I initially joined, which told me that there had been other similar complaints about back wiper breaking - otherwise why did they start taping?I do not do crazy things with my car, and lets be honest, we live in San Diego - I do not often use my back wiper. What is so strange to me is that my wiper just SNAPPED OFF by itself immediately after I had exited the car wash on a sunny, San Diego morning.My household has two Soapy Joes memberships and we canceled them both. From Soapy Joes perspective, our future membership fees would definitely have paid for the cost of a new wiper plus much more.As far as the wash itself goes - its okay, there are definitely still dirt streaks and water marks when its done. If you go once a week on your membership its worth it (until they damage your car and deny it), but if you just pay a one-time usage fee - Id go somewhere else.

I paid 15 bucks for the wash. It was alright but missed my right side on quite a few spots. The free vacuums and hand towels are a major plus

Why settle for sloppy joes when you can have soapy joes ha. I recommend anybody to get their car washed because you can pay $35 for the mth and does the wheels and then get a deluxe wash that makes your car look shiny and then you can vacuum and clean it out before you leave and they provide the rags and then and the vacuum but its quick its very very reasonable.

Love that they provide towels, trash can and a vacuum. If you wash once a week, the monthly price is a bargain!

It was good. You are very busy, there were many cars and. Didnt have to wait for vacums. But did wait a while in line to start. My car in the very back wasnt as dry as the Soapy Joes in Fallbrook.But I really like Soapy Joes. Best thing ever

A good place to go get your car washed. I also like the fact when you pull up to pay, there is usually someone there to assist you.

It is a good deal if you have the time to wash your car on a regular basis. Though, you need to be prepared to wait quite a while and do most of the work yourself.

I purchased there $30 car wash package. I am very happy because I can go there literally every day and get my car washed here is the only downside is that many times you have to wait to use a vacuum. Kind of wish they would install more of them. Otherwise a great bargain

Always packed, only open till 8pm. Never enough drying locations, they stopped putting out the crevice vacuum tools a while ago and the staff always seem grumpy. They always quick to remind you that you only get five minutes of vacuum time when other people who seem to know the workers are doing complete details on their car. I will drive to San Marcos for the better location.

Its the best car wash.

Staff is great. Car wash is not worth it. Seems like you get pulled through too quickly and the brushes aren’t able to do their job. Truck went in the wash covered in those yellow pollen dots, came out still covered in the dots. You can also see that several areas weren’t even touched by the brushes, to include a couple side windows. Step rail barely cleaned and bed cover still covered in a layer of dust coming out.

I was just there and it was out of service so i vaccumed my car. Within 5 minutes it was fixed and I got my car washed. Plus the employees are always helpful
