I took my mom and mother in-law to Zen Spa and they had a great time. Plenty of space, clean and the ladies working at the spa are sure friendly. Parking is not a problem during the week but can be difficult to find parking during the weekends.

This place is horrible. Do a bad job on my nails some of my nails broke the next day. I went to go fix they couldn’t find the right color and was so rude. They told me to pay more even though it was there mistake. Would never recommend this place.

I started coming to ZEN a few years ago, after my husband brought me—he has been a customer longer. He started going for the weekday mani/pedi deal, and once I tried it I was hooked too! I had the best pedicure of my life this morning, with Emily. I showed her a nail that had started to crack vertically, she recommended a silk wrap, which is what I had been thinking as well. She gave me the most thorough callus removal treatment I’ve ever had. I was seriously impressed, and almost embarrassed, by how diligent she was to make sure my heels were smooth. Love how my manicure turned out as well 😊 We will be back!

Im EXTREMELY particular about my nails, pedicures & massages. They are literally the BEST. I see Maggie for my nails & Vicki for my pedicures & massages. The massages Vicki gives are second to none! Extremely strong & knows all the trigger points. I recommend Maggie & Vicki to everyone thats interested.

Honestly this was the best pedicure I’ve ever received. Ever. Had a walk in appointment, saw to me right away. The woman I worked with was Kelly, so kind, so friendly and really went above and beyond to make the experience great. I got the $35 hot stone pedicure and opted for a $10 callous treatment. But they do other treatments and packages that would have been a better value, including a pedicure, massage, callous treatment and manicure for $55. The pedicure was, in a word, luxurious. The salon itself is quite nice.They only take cash tips! Will 1000% be back. Thank you!

Overall not a great experience. I made an appointment and still had to wait over 30 mins for someone to start on my nails. I got a UV Gel fill and the woman who did it seemed annoyed and was a bit rude. She also totally rushed through my manicure and was pretty careless. My nails came out fine but if you look closely you can tell they were done carelessly (didnt paint the edges, uneven surface, not all matching length/shape). It was $40 which is a good price for the UV Gel fill but thats the only reason I gave 2 stars. It was a stressful, not relaxing experience and there are much better salons in Stamford to go to.

Be prepare to wait for one hour and they ask you to come back next time.

Appointments mean nothing. Then igot the 15 minutes which passes. They Im put in a pedicure chair to get me out of the way. When i went back you the front I was physically shoed back. Never going back.

Highly recommend this place. The owner does my nails. Always takes her time and does what ever design I want.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you go, don’t bother to make an appointment. They don’t honor them. I had an appointment for 1:00 on a Sunday and walked in 5 minutes before. My nail tech said hello and sat down, I thought, to finish someone up. I looked at the client and she had at least another half hour to go. I waited 25 minutes and left. No one said anything to me about having to wait. I won’t go back.

I chose this salon on a whim and I am glad I did. It was clean, the staff was pleasant, they did a great job and the price was very reasonable! The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because the woman doing my pedicure talked to her co-worker the entire time. I could not close my eyes and feel ZEN because all I heard was them talking nonstop.

Worst nail place to go. Had SNS done to my nails and they had to redue my nail over because they started to Peel off before walking out the door. Nails didnt even last a week befor they had Cracks In and else and breaking off. Worst place to go would never recommend anybody going there.

I come here every two weeks for gel refill and pedicures etc., I absolutely love it here they do an amazing job and are super nice. Very clean and relaxing environment also.

Veronica does the best pedicures. She really takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. She’s amazing!

This is the only nail salon I’ve been to, that I consistently have a good experience each time. In addition, they are the cleanest I’ve experienced.

Excellent lounge. I highly recommend the 2 Latin girls who work there. They are great, just the way I like them.
