I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. I love how they work and the love they put on every design. I’ve also get my eyebrows and eyelash extensions here and i love it!!! Always leave the salon very happy! 😁😁

Very unprofessional!!! And They don’t even know how to do nails. And charge so expensive for full set and pedicure . I did full set gel, Nails was not shaped well, and started lifting on the edges the same day after I washed my hands. she also cut 3 of my finger nails until it was bleeding (supposedly taking out cuticles) . With all this stress, 2 days after, nails started coming off. Ended up paying for eyelash and they never did that sh**t for me yet charged for it. Very inefficient and unprofessional. Don’t go waste your money.

Service is dismal to say the least. They do not know how to do nails for sure yet they claim to be professional. I paid 50$ for what was supposed to be a full set. The nails started lifting 2 days after. I can not understand how they can run a business like this. Unfortunately this is the closest nail salon to me.

Go to the Colombian owner. She does the nails better. Cant say much for the Guatemalan she has working for her. Worst full set ice ever had down. Only down fall is, the prices arent listed so she can change them on you.

They are clean and friendly, but the owner bites off more than she could chew.she doesnt honor the customers that have been going there for years. And this is experience from before our pandemic.

I am only giving it a 1 because I am unable to give it a zero. Recently I got my nails done during the time Jessica was on vacation and I had the worst experience. Not only was it the worst quality of nail polish my nail was also very loose right after getting it done. When I went back to speak to the lady about my nails she was so unprofessional about the whole situation stating that she agrees that it looks bad but there is nothing that she can do about it. I am writing this to let others know that there is so many other places in Stamford that are not only cheaper but also HAVE WAY BETTER QUALITY.

When it comes to your eyebrows, Jessica is definitely the one to come to. Never fails to make my eyebrows perfect

The reason I found this place was via Instagram. They posted a picture of MY NAILS that they DID NOT DO and took credit for it. Matter fact they posted MULTIPLE nail designs they did not do from instylenails in Norwalk. I notified the right nail salon and told them everything and I have pictures to prove. This really pisses me off. That is someones hard work! I do nails myself so I know how much a person puts into this. I immediately called them and told them to remove my nails and the other girls nails as we did not give permission not to mention they STOLE PICTURES. I hate to write bad reviews but they legit stole my nails that I had personally designed.

I love this place, jessica is the best! She went above and beyond when i needed her to do my nails, she stayed working late i couldnt believe it ! Def recommended!

I am someone who is very anal about the way my nails look but evere since I became a customer I have never had an issue here at Nail Elegance. I always leave with a smile on my face and my nails looking AMAZING. I highly recommend her salon. #happycustomer.

HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE nails, and the customer service is just as bad.I used to come here about 10 years ago. Back then, I always got a perfectly done acrylic set. The few times Ive been here recently I was horribly disappointed.Last time especially. I asked for acrylics with French polish. My nails were long so the woman doing them talked me into gel. She used regular polish colors and set it with gel polish. She used what I thought was a natural base (as you usually do with French manicures) - which turned out to be iridescent with sparkles in it. I thought it was shiny because it was wet. I didnt realize this until they dried, and by that time, another customer was arguing with 3 or so of the techs about how unhappy she was with her nails, so I didnt bother.She also asked if I wanted a free design on my ring fingers. This always used to be cute when I was younger so I agreed. She painted three dots with lines around them. I asked if she can add a splash of silver or something to whic she replied no. Wow thanks.Not only that but they dried unevenly and lumpy. They werent shaped correctly at all. I was so disappointed.I just called to ask how much it is to remove. i think she said $5 if I get new color, $10 to just remove. Scam.I asked how long? Multiple times) and was told she wants to see my nails. I asked 20 minutes? Or like 45 minutes? She responded yes.I asked to speak to someone else and got hung up on.
