Our family has been going to Dr Oh for years and our experiences have been wonderful. They take care of us like family — always gracious and kind, knowledgeable and helpful, making us feel comfortable and at ease. Now that I moved out of state, I’m still coming back on my visits to the area because I trust and have confidence in Dr. Oh.

Dr Oh and the staff at Cloppers Mill Dental do a wonderful job. I loved Dr. Mansfield and transitioned this year. I had a veneer fixed and cleanings - they are thorough, fair and kind. I highly recommend you give them a try for cosmetic or preventative dental work. They also are very focused on Covid safety and make sure you are comfortable.

Another great visit. No pain during the scaling and Covid compliance was in full effect. While I’m not suggesting you wait two years, but I’m ashamed to say that I haven’t been to the office in two years and surprisingly my gums were healthy and no cavities. I could not believe it myself. I believe that my last cleaning two years ago and the care instructions that I received at Clopper’s Mill Dental kept my teeth and gums in good health. I will not go another two years again. Every six months is the key.

I have been a patient here for many years (since well before it changed into its current configuration), and I really really like this place. My dental hygienist Brooke is a super sweet person who does a great job on my teeth without causing pain. Today for example I had a teeth cleaning three weeks after oral surgery and she was extra gentle with my teeth resulting in no pain! Dr. Oh is kind and as far as I can tell thorough. He once saw my daughter who is not a patient in an emergency situation. Afterward he called me at home to see if everything had gone well. Wow! He also tried to save a baby tooth that I had for as long as possible (my previous dentist wanted to pull it the second he saw it). Dr. Oh is often assisted by Shelly. Shes really great too, and has a great chair-side manner. Finally, at the reception desk there is Cristina. She goes above and beyond what I find to be normal in coordinating with different insurance companies. She juggles my insurance and my wifes insurance in order to reduce my outlay as much as possible. All in all, this is a great place to go to for dental care, and I would highly recommend it.

I am a long term patient at Cloppers Mill Dental Care and have yet to have a bad experience with them. Each member of the team excels both personally and professionally, but as a team they simply cant be beat. Over the years, I have experienced the full spectrum of care from very simple to very complex, and I have never been disappointed. When I needed urgent care, they always are extremely accommodating and understanding. Christina (front office) is a pleasure to work with, and always helpful in working through the insurance questions and payment options. Brooke (hygienist) is extremely gentle, highly knowledgeable and always personable. Shelly (Dental Assistant) is highly skilled, very compassionate and makes me feel more like a family member than a patient. She always tames time to stop and say hello, even when Im not there for her services. Finally, Dr. Oh is simply outstanding! He is always on top of the latest advancements in dentistry, and explains my options in a very clear and straight forward manner. He always offers several options based on urgency and/or cost, and I rarely have ever needed as much as an aspirin after hes done, and have never had to experience re-work. Cloppers Mill Dental is the best Dental office I have ever been to. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants, hygienists and the Dr. are awesome. Dr. Oh takes his time and makes you feel like you are the only patient in the office. Brooke the Hygienist was very informational and friendly. The staff & Dr. Oh are extremely friendly and helpful. I was originally looking for a referral for an implant, but it turns out he does oral surgery as well. I lucked out! During my first appointment, they were able to squeeze me in for the implant on the spot. I am very impressed by this office and will definitely recommend to friends & family.

I feel well taken care of there and I get honest and realistic medical opinions.

We are very happy with Clopper Mill Dental. Dr. Mansfield has always been genuinely honest and very competent ! He and his hygienist are both excellent and are very good with kids as well. He also has done best looking crown for me and you can’t tell it apart from other teeth and looks much better than another tooth with a crown which has black ring around the root on the gum line. We have been going there as a family a few years now, and all the staff have been very professional and friendly.

Doctor Oh, Shelly, Brooke and Cristina are just the best! They truly care about your comfort and dental health. Doctor Oh always takes the time to explain any treatment you might need, in terms anyone can understand. I also appreciate the Doctor Oh doesnt attempt procedures that are best left to specialists. I recently needed a root canal. In the past my general dentist just did it himself. 2 visits and 6 hours in the chair later it was the worst dental treatment experience ever. This time Doctor Oh didnt hesitate to refer me to Doctor Son, who is also amazing! As another reviewer mentioned, even if I move away from Germantown, Ill always come back to Cloppers Mill Dental Care! Youve got a patient for life!

I was impressed with the Professional Service rendered by the Staff and the Courteous and Caring Nature they exhibited towards me before I got to meet Dentist Oh. Meeting Dentist Oh spoke a volume of the Staff, because he too was Courteous and Friendly and very Professional. He eased the anxiety that had built up in me before being examined by him. The secretary, Megan is very friendly and made it very easy to set up an appointment and get the starting paperwork going. Brooke, the hygienist was probably the best hygienist Ive ever had clean my teeth. She really knew her stuff. The dentist, Dr. Oh, did more than just walk in, check my teeth, and leave. He explained what he was doing and why. This will be my choice of dental care as long as possible.

This Dental office is Great!! They are extremely accommodating, professional and efficient. This was an emergency visit for me. I woke up with sharp pains, and began to seek an office that could handle such an emergency with care. Considering that it was 3 am in the morning, I called the office getting the voicemail, as I assumed I would but was surprised to hear that I could text a message if it was an emergency. I was in really bad shape and I really needed immediate treatment. I texted the number that was given at approximately 4am in the morning and received a prompt response back, asking if I can come in to the office at 8am? I was astounded! I found out that the responder to my text was Dr.Oh, the Dentist himself. I was able to get the procedure done and for this to be my first visit with Cloppers Mill Dental Care, The team made my entire experience with them painless!! OK, its never a lot of laughs going to the dentist, but they do good work here, and are always polite and friendly. If you need to have work done, they will take the time to explain things carefully so you know what to expect. Electronic reminders for appointments are convenient, too.

I have been going to Clopper Mill Dental Care for the last 2 years for routine cleanings. Brooke is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever seen. I NEVER write reviews, but I have to say I really very highly recommend Dr. Oh and his staff. They are always very friendly, they always have explained the billing very well, Ive never been surprised with extra costs, and while they encourage me to take better care of my teeth its never the overwhelming teeth guilt-trip Ive had from other dentists. What really motivated me to write a review was the great care and attention they gave my kids. After their visit, my kids were so calm and relaxed and even excited to tell me about their treatments. They tried to say it was because I have such good kids, but I know better. Even good kids can be bad for the wrong people. Very pleased with this practice.

I know the anxiety everyone feels when they go to the Dentist fearing bad news. Well I had been going to the same Dentist since I was a kid and things started to seem outdated not to mention I seemed to have declining dental health. I then gave Cloppers Mill DC a try and was very pleased. Dr. Oh and the staff were not only very polite and courteous, but they are very knowledgeable about preventative dental care and everything at the office was up to date technologically. After an initial cleaning I was informed that I had several cavities, needed a tooth pulled and lastly needed a Crown. I was shocked since my other Dentist never seemed to have caught these problems. My nightmare had came true.... Much to my enjoyment each time I had work done to my mouth I never felt any pain. Dr. Oh is very talented and will now be my new family Dentist.

The First Time I Made An Appointment Was At The Location On Mateny . The Office Was Brand New So I Could Understand With Me Being The First Patient It Took A Few Min To Find Where Everything Was That They Needed. Dr Mansfield Was In A Rush . I Noticed He Kept Touching Things With His Gloves And Putting His Hand Back Inside My Mouth . I Didn’t Want To Say Anything Because He Seemed Very Intelligent And I Was Shocked For One That He Would Use The Same Gloves . Other Than That He Was Friendly, He Broke Things Down Clearly For Me And Even Drew A Picture Of My Tooth To Better Explain .What I Did Not Like Was The Fact That I Gave My InsuranceThe First Time And They Needed To Call Several Times To Make Sure I Was Covered For Certain Things, That Never Happened To Me Before But It’s Understandable . I Also Didn’t Like The Fact That While I’m Laying In The Chair With Metal In My Mouth .. The Billing Was Printed Out And Read Over For Me Before Continuing . Now I Know This Could Have Waiting Untill I Was Done Or Talked About Prior It Just Made Me Feel Uncomfortable Because Either Way I Needed To Get The Filling Done That Day And It Was An Emergancy Visit . Brooke Was Very Friendly And Nice, The Doctor At First Said He Didn’t Have Time To Squeeze Me In For A Filling But She Told Him I Was In Pain So He Did It . I Felt Like He Was Rushing Alittle Even Though There Was No one Else Waiting At The Time . When He Gave Me The 3 Shots To Numb My Mouth He Didn’t Give me A Heads Up Or Say Anything He Just Shot Me And I Realized While I Was Getting It Done ! I Can’t Say It Was Rude But Most Dentist Tell You Or Let U Know What They’re About To Do Being I Havent Got A Filling In A While . Overall They Took Care Of Me .Afterwards I Scheduled An Appointment Over The Phone . The Day I Went For My Second Appointment To My Surprise They Relocated . You Would Thing While Making An Appointment For The 2nd Time That They Would Inform You Over The Phone They Have Moved But They Didn’t .. I Was Able To Go To The New Location 10 Min After But I Was Late So That Was Alittle Bit Of An Inconvenience For Me .. After The Appointment Dr Oh Referred Me To Go To An Oral Sergeant To Get A Consultant. He TOLD ME He Was Sending Over An X-ray To The Doctor & Luckily It Was In The Same Plaza As Their New Location So That Was Very Convenient For Me . I Walked Over And Made An Appointment .Now I’m Here Today At My Appointment To See An Oral Surgent & To My Surprise Dr Oh Never Actually Sent My X-ray Over Which By The Way You Need To An X-ray In Order To Have An Consult ! So Once Again An Inconvenience On Cloppers Mill Behalf . I Was Able To Understand All The Other Issues But This One I Cant Understand!! Took A Day Off Of Work Now Have To Pay To Do Another X-ray Just To Have An Appointment That They Referred Me To ! Smh CloppersMill Dentist Isn’t The Most Organized But I Guess If U Want Just A Friendly Dentist And You Have Patience Then This Is Ok For You .. They Have A 5 Star Potential But I Havent Got A 5 Star Experience Yet

This was my first visit to this dentist and I was pleasantly surprised and in awe of the quality of service received. From the hygenist Shelly (kind and sympathetic) to Dr. Oh who was was kind, informative and very gentle, the experience was remarkable. I definately know I have found my new dentist office and would recommend them far and wide.

Was with them for awhile. They did great work. The problem I have is always getting bumped for price. they tell you a price then it was alway bumped. last time I finally said no more. They quoted a price and after I paid them. They charged me 50 percent more. They claimed it was because the insurance. But they should know all that when they originally quote. They look at thinks treat everyone once. Make as much money as possible. Just get all pricing verified or you will be charged more after the fact.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience today with Cloppers Mill Dental Care. From the time I inquired about new patient care (they emailed me all of my forms so I could have them ready when I went it) to the time I left today everything was amazing. Megan at the front desk was friendly and helpful, Brooke my dental hygenist was incredibly professional and gentle (I hadnt had my teeth cleaned since 2009!). Brooke was also very knowledgable - she knew exactly what she was doing and told me what was going on every step of the way. Finally, Dr. Steve Oh took the time to educate me on what my options were as far as care going forward and made me feel comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. I dont think Ive ever learned so much at a dental office. I will be recommending this office to every single one of my friends. I can say that I will no longer dread going to the dentist. Thank you! You guys have a wonderful team!

After a bad experience with a dentist 20 yrs ago. I was really nervous to see another dentist. But tooth pain made me finally seek a dentist. After countless of searches i came across dental care in Germantown. Scheduling a appointment was soooo easy online. But what made me start to love dentist again was Dr. Oh and his wonderful staff. Not only do they connect with you on a personal level, but they listen to your fears and needs. And do everything to keep you comfortable. Ive gotten a deep cleaning that was wasnt painful at all. And now Im getting more work done. Dr. Oh and his staff is so laid back and down to earth. But the most important thing of all is that they were only worried about my teeth and health. Not my pocket money or scamming me to pay for extra stuff. They only concern was to make me feel and look good at a comfortable price that was right for me. Now my wife and kids want to leave their dentist, just off the fact i how i felt after meeting this wonderful staff and having a great experience. Cant wait to go back. Yes you read right! I cant wait to go back. Lol.

Highly recommended.2016 Edit: For almost 3 years now, I have been coming to Cloppers Mill Dental Care for my dental needs. I absolutely love Dr. Oh and his entire staff. Not only are they incredibly professional, but they also go out of their way to get to know you. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. In the past, I reviewed them after my 6 month dental check up (which was 5 stars- Brooke is FANTASTIC!). This time, however, I am reviewing them solely on how they handled my cavities.To start, I have had bad experiences in the past with having my teeth drilled for cavities. My previous dentist would either not give the local anesthetic enough time to kick in or wouldnt give me the sufficient amount to prevent pain during the drilling. I found out later that my mouth actually is very hard to numb up (for reasons unknown). Regardless of the reason, it has caused me a lot of anxiety ever since when it came time to take care of another cavity. Today was my first experience of having a cavity dealt with at Cloppers Mill Dental and I will tell you this..... it was Night vs. Day compared to my past experiences.Shelly was the tech who first escorted me into the room to get prepped. I explained to her my concerns (including my anxiety about the procedure) and she immediately assured me that this experience would be different. She was beyond helpful and understanding! She kept me talking (helping me calm my nerves) and personally explained the issue to Dr. Oh about my past experiences. Now on to the procedure itself.... Dr. Oh was incredible! He took note that in my past it was very hard to numb me, so he decided to use a different local anesthetic (a stronger one). To combat my nerves about the needles, he actually was nice enough to also rub a topical anesthetic on my gums prior to injecting the local. I literally did not feel the needle at all! That is a first... not even joking. Again, he addressed my concerns about not having enough time to have the local kick in. He did this by allowing me 10-15 minutes to talk with the Tech (who again, is amazing) thus allowing my mouth to become FULLY numb. Funny though, he administered the local anesthetic so well that it literally only numbed my top left side of my mouth. It was incredible really, especially since in the past my dentist would end up making my entire face numb for about 5 hours after the procedure. As for the drilling, do not feel a thing at all. This was the most satisfying thing of all honestly. After having so many cavities in the past that led to painful drilling, it was refreshing to finally have confidence that the procedure could be totally painless.If you were on the fence about choosing this place for your dentistry needs, I implore you to really look at these reviews. Cloppers Mill Dental is truly amazing. They are phenomenal with cleanings and totally blew my expectations away for the more in-depth dentistry work. Even when I eventually move farther away, I plan on making the drive back to this place. They really are THAT good. Worth your time, money, and trust.
