Nails are uneven. Paint is thicker and wavy on some nails. Nail glue was on skin. Been here many times. This nail tech was someone I’d never seen there before and I didn’t get her name. I’d go again because of great service in previous visits, but I won’t let her do them again. So if you’re a regular, continue using who you’re use to there, not anyone new.

I work on my feet all day, and this Ladies give me the beat massage ever! Coming here for a couple years now, they know me and my daughter. Overall great great job

They are always very friendly and they do high quality work, plus the cost is unbeatable! The owner always remembers you and theyre very nice. Theyre also willing to work with you and customize your experience. Im really picky about my eyebrows and they are always careful and do a great job every time. And a really awesome pedi is only like $25 (could be less...?).

Wonderful nail salon with a lot more. The owner remembers clients well: you become like family. The staff is excellent, both kind and professional. The prices are very reasonable and you get great value for your money. Venus offers all types of nail work, several levels of pedicures, and waxing services. Easy and plentiful parking. They accept cash and credit cards but not checks. Again, great place.

I am visiting from Missouri. I am SO pleased with my nails.The women that work here are kind, and okay great attention to detail.I also got my eyebrows waxed and they look superb.No wait, so sweet, definitely worth every dollar!

I went for a pedicure and the new lady I believed her name is Han, speak no english, very bad for a service when they barely communicate with you. She doesnt understand what I was telling her. My pedicure was not good, cuticle is not fully cut and clean. She also cut me.

I miss the place when Sandy ran it. The girls were friendly and although they would talk to each other from time to time, they concentrated on their work and gave you a relaxing time. Under the new management, the place is nice, quiet with nice music, but the girls barely understand a word if English and spend their time talking to one another. I have never had a relaxing pedicure there with new management. Once I was cut and missed being cut another time. Leg massages are rough and not at all satisfying. I’m very disappointed because every place I read about has similar issues. I am a teacher of English language learners so I understand cultural differences . I’ve lived abroad as well so I am used to international situations. Everyone Is Polite, kind and accommodating, The manager is fluent in English and may do pedicures herself, I’m not sure. I may have to talk to the manager about how I feel and the fact that her girls should stop conversing all the time. Maybe I should offer them lessons in English! I’m just disappointed not to get a relaxing pedicure anymore .

Im sorry but I did not have the best visit here. The staff is extremely nice and you can tell want to provide a good service. My particular service did not go according to plan. Maybe it just wasnt meant to be on this day. I will absolutely give them another shot.

Great experience with manicures and pedicures (Ive only had regular and French manicures and pedicures but they offer tips and all the other stuff like shellac and Im not sure about powder). I typically try to go weekday mornings to get in and out quickly. Friendly staff, clean interior and they dont try to up sell. I find it to be good value.

Made an appointment for 4:30 for a manicure and on the phone they made it clear I have to be there at 4:30 but when I show up they tell me I can’t get in yet I have to wait 20 minutes so I wait the 20 minutes and the whole time the nail techs are laughing and talking in their language my nail tech even spit in my face because of how hard she was laughing on top of that she was very rough and cut my finger twice one of them very deeply too. I do not recommend this place at all if you don’t want to leave the shop bleeding and spat on.

While the experience was nice, the gel manicure lasted 3 days before it started peeling. I would attribute it to the older light and that she filed my nails at the end which has never been done. One nail chipped a little within 24 hours but day 3, 3 nails had polish peel right up. This was my first time here, Will not go back.

Everytime Ive come in the ladies do a fantastic job. Ive had several different nail techs, and the service is always the same. Not only is everyone great at what they do, but the salon itself is very clean and relaxing.

The customer service here is always so quick and friendly! Their pedicure area is decorated so cute and is extremely relaxing.

Came in 20 mins before closing and asked for the quickest pedicure ever (Ive been traveling for days and my feet hurt) they were so sweet and didnt make me feel rushed. I love this shop

I used to come here all the time. A little bit ago, I came for french acrylics. The technician filed so much under the acrylic that she chipped the white part....which is the main focus of a french manicure. When I asked for her to fix it, her solution was to top it off with white polish. Im shocked that the insisted I pay full price for a service that I was requesting to be fixed. AVOID this place because their customer service is horrible.

The nail tech was extremely rough. I didnt have an enjoyable relaxing pedi/mani at all. I left with blood on my finger and toes. I mentioned several times it hurt but she just kept going. I wont be returning as I got the whole accidents happen. I get some blood from accidentally cutting but no need to scrub so hard on raw skin or continue to do it the same way after repeatedly being told it hurt.

My first time going there was ok. The nail technician was rough but did my nails really good. Bad thing was that she almost cut one of my toe nails too short but I told her no and then while she was doing my acrylic nails, she cutted the side of one of my finger tips. I told her about it and she only said sorry and then laugh with her other co-workers and started talking in Vietnamese.The second time, I had a different nail technician. She was gentle but did ok with my nails. So their shop is getting 2 stars and no I wont come back to this nail shop.Another thing I noticed was how nice those nail technicians treat the white women going there. I didnt see them greeting me or the middle eastern lady and the black lady the way they were with the white women.
