The older women with glasses cut my toe bad walked out with it bleeding .. and didn’t care that she did . .. then broke my big toe nail on the side with the cuticle trimmers which broke across.. she then glue it and said nothing to me .. not sorry nothing.. I had gel polish.. and she didn’t even paint the my whole nails … when I said something.. she just had a fit and called the young man over.. he looked at me bleeding and broken nail .. he told her to fix it and when I went up to pay .. no sorry nothing… that will be 120.00 .. terrible service DONT GO THERE

Didnt really like lavender nail spa never going back

I don’t usually write reviews but the workers here were just terrible! I went in to get a manicure and pedicure for my birthday and they did not really welcome me the way a professional business would but I didn’t really mind that part. I sat down in the chair for the pedicure and noticed the pricing so I just asked to get my nails painted instead and she kept insisting it would be the same price when I knew it should’ve been cheaper. Eventually I just said never mind to the pedicure and then the worker began to sound irritated and made a “ugh” noise. I was going to then get the manicure but I felt uncomfortable and unwanted in the salon so I said “thanks but i’m all set” and proceeded to leave. As I was walking out the door...the two workers started laughing at me!!!

Short delay on my appointment because of other customers, and Covid-19 prices were very high. But it was a very clean salon. Employees were very friendly, and my nails came out just as I wanted them to.
