I was not allowed to enter without a mask. My wife and I tried to explain that I couldnt wear one due to my medical condition and they said it was store policy.While I support their right to refuse service to anyone, I will be spending my money elsewhere. There are plenty of other options out there.

I found what I was looking for: cheesecake variety, boxes of salt, and a few other things. I ended up getting break and bake chocolate chip cookie dough, a breakfast casserole, and the ingredients for green bean casserole for Easter dinner.

Well organized clean reasonable prices for quantity purchases. Catering to small businesses.

I love this place. Staff is awesome and friendly. I got what I needed at a good price.

I usually have excellent service at this store. But tonight I explained to the cashier that I had bought a package of tortillas that was very moldy. I had bought them 2 months ago (during covid when I was not going out anywhere).She said I needed to bring in the product or receipt in order to get reimbursed or get another package. Very disappointed.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life. After explaining 3 times that I had a medical reason that does not allow me to wear a mask, I was refused service and kicked out of the Jenison store. I will NEVER shop there again and highly recommend no one else shopping there. I would give 0 stars if I could, they dont even deserve 1 star.Never mind the fact that all the mandates have been ruled unconstitutional.Seriously disappointed in the lack of understanding.

Hailey the cashier made our experience wonderful! Super fast and accurate at the register, efficiency that is lacking in the world today and a positive attitude too. Back in the frozen meats, we were looking for more ribs. Flagged down a gentleman that was stocking the coolers, he stopped what he was doing, found more ribs, weighed and priced them on the spot. Overall, this Gordons exceeded any expectations we had. Will do business with them again!

The young man that helped me find a ham to slice for my moms funeral was very helpful and did a good job. Was worried at first cuz he had long hair but he made sure his hair was all covered with a hair net before he cut my ham. Everyone else was helpful also and I was in and out quickly

Talk about AWESOMENESS. It’s basically a mini Costco with food products! The ability to buy in bulk with paper ware & food is just a great thing in my book. I love how close it is to home & the prices are reasonable, some produce options a little high but that’s no reason to not stop in. Gordon’s is also super convenient for work related needs as well. Being in the event planning industry anything can happen & Gordons has saved me a time or two ha. Plus the customer service is polite & efficient. This location is not typically very busy so no long lines!

Gordon Food can be pricey. For instance today there pineapple was twice as much as Meijers. If I need a large quantity of something lets say frozen, they are close by. Also, shop the deals. There coffee is good too.

This place went down the tubes.....I will no longer shop there for my business. Had a problem there last week about a order and they blew me off. I called corporate and have yet to get a call back. Customer service is dead at GFS....also check dates on items you buy there most items are out dated by months.

Great prices great opportunities and yeah overall good experience in the food experience aspect Gordon Food always does an amazing job especially when I used to work in restaurant I still love their products

Great place to buy food in bulk but hardly ever have anything good on sale so I guess if you go there and you know what youre going to buy in bulk that you can either freeze or use as a party this is a great place to get food at

They are very nice, facility is clean and if the line is long the quickly add another associate and open another cash register.

GFS carries great products.But this particular store,..and Manager are nothing but inconsistent. They are inconsiderate and have said one thing and done another. This is all too frequent. I will shop another location rather the put up with the poor treatment I have been receiving.
