I was referred to them by another tire and automotive shop that was too busy to help me. They got me in right away and found the problem in minutes, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast I was in and out. Everyone there was nice and provided great customer service!

We were towing a little utility trailer on I85 en Route to Charlotte. We had a flat and pulled it off into a restaurant parking lot. It was Saturday and everything was closed. We left it and went on to Charlotte. Monday morning I called Bulla Warren and spoke to Randy. He sent a tilt truck to get the trailer and replaced the tires and straightened the fender. It was done by the time we got back there from Charlotte. Great experience!

My wife and I take our automobiles here and are truly happy with there services including that we 100% trust their pricing and labor honesty! My only concern is that I did not see any employees wearing masks during the 2020 covid pandemic. However, I cant remember if they had shields up. I will be going back but hope they wear masks not just for customer safety but their own safety. Such a special business. Businesses like those have been lost. Keep this one going.

Beware, changes have been made!! This is now Wilson Tire Pros. Ive been using Bulla Warren for years and for the first time they charged me $10.00 extra during emissions inspection for Tint Fee. Factory installed tint. For those of you that have always trusted Bulla Warren, reset and question what you are being told.

Called this place to get tires fixed said they would do it then called next day and refuse to do the service this place at one time many years ago was Johnny on the spot they used to be very helpful but today they dont care

Was looking for a particular type of tire for my ride and they not only had them in stock, but at the cheapest price of ANY place I checked in the area. Dealing with them was quick, professional and punctual. I will also add that a very impressive piece of the puzzle is that most of our interaction was done via email due to me being deaf. Anytime I sent a message I quickly received a reply with plenty of detail, honest feedback, etc. THAT is something many companies lack, but not these guys. Impressive!

I visited my daughter in Graham and found she had a slack tire. I looked up tire places and called Bulla-Warren. The man told me to bring it over and they took it right away. Fixed the tire and the fee was reasonable. I just wish all business was operated like this.

Service here is no longer good. Way too small of a waiting room. Ive noticed that a lot of things they do here they will way overcharge you for and take advantage of you for if you arent vigilant. I stopped going here a long time ago because i got sick and tired of throwing money in the trash. Go to The Tire Center of Burlington on South Church St. in Burlington for a much better experience.

Cannot say enough about these folks. I recently took my 2013 Hyundai to the local dealer to repair a rattle in the suspension. The first time I brought the car in, the dealer recommended 4 tires and an alignment with an estimated price of almost $700 for the cheapest set of tires and alignment. Bulla-Warren said I only needed 3 tires and the total bill for comparable 70K mile tires with alignment came to just just over $350. This did not cure my rattle, however. The dealers next guess was to replace the struts with an estimated bill of almost $700. Being a little wary, I asked the Bulla-Warren technician to check the car. In less than 30 seconds, he diagnosed the problem as a bad sway bar link and the repair will cost about $150 vs. over $1,300 in repairs which the dealer had recommended that would not fix my problem!

Friendly, fast service. Helped me diagnose my check engine light during a state inspection, but since they couldnt resolve the issue they didnt charge me.

I brought my truck in for an alignment and you could clearly see it was out of align. I paid my $49.95 fee and went on my way. Later when I got home and looked at the front wheels I could still clearly see the left front was leaning heavily to the inside. I called and spoke to Jim the alignment technician and he told me some BS that it was supposed to be that way. Well buddy I’ve never seen a car where the front tires lean different ways besides on the Flint Stones. Well needless to say im done with these shade tree mechanics. I bought my own camber, caster gauge and am now doing my own alignments.
