Uncorked nails gatewayIt’s not the sparkle that I asked for (sparkle powder #34). I dont have the nail art (simple flower in one nail) that I asked at the front either. The woman who did my nails said it was hard to put sparkle powder on my nails. She didn’t care even what I want. My nails have lots bumps and I have gel polish and powder all around my fingers. The receptionists didn’t even ask me how everthing was. Horrible nails.

I went in and got a full set of French tips. They said it was 45$ on the phone. When I left, they charged me 60$. I asked why? They said it was a pink and white French tip. It WAS NOT! THEY DIDNT CHANGE THE PRICE. THEY JUST ARGUED WITH ME. And got stuck paying 60$ for a regular French tip full set. I wont go back. The guy was rude. Didnt talk to me at all and just kept saying my hand was to tense.

Took my daughter for manicures and pedicures. Checked in for our 11:30 appointments and proceeded to wait 45 minutes to even be spoken to again. A group came in with appointments at 12:30 and they were helped before us.We finally got seated for our manicures. And while I got acrylics and gel, they quickly only painted my daughters nails in about 2 minutes. I had asked for her to have a full manicure and be pampered, she was not treated well at all.My tech acted shocked when I asked for our pedicures after nails were done. It was clearly marked on the sheet that we were scheduled for both, but she didn’t read that part I guess. I suspect that because of their poor time management only one spot was open for a pedicure. So they didn’t allow my daughter to have one and just quickly painted her toe nails while sitting on the floor.I’m super disappointed that I made an appointment for both of us and my daughter didn’t really get any of the services she was supposed to. I tried to talk to them about it but it was difficult with the language barrier. I will find another place to go with my daughter from now on

Edit: 3 hours later and now it’s one star. My polish has separated from my nails and is bubbling up and going to come off. Absolutely horrible experience. I could deal with it not being perfect but now it’s a complete waste of $50. Do not go here unless you have a direct referral to someone reputable. Very disappointed I will have to redo my nails tonight, when that’s what I was trying to avoid to begin with.Poor, well non existent customer service. Very dirty, everything. The towel cabbie is covered in product from techs touching it with pedicure product all over their hands. So much cross contamination. On their phones in the middle of services. No one spoke to me. My nails looked fine from far away when I left but when I looked closely at home I just realized, ah. This is why I don’t trust anyone with my nails. A chip on my big toe because the polish was on my skin next to my nail. None of the nails are capped so the polish is lighter and thin at the tips. Not even top coat on the entire nails themselves, but yet on my skin on most toes. And those spots/holes in the polish from the previous coat not being cured well enough before the next layer was put on. No cuticle oil. I just don’t understand why a place that does this all day everyday can’t provide a consistent proficient product. I wish I would have just done it myself. I urge you guys to please learn more about customer service.

I come here to get my nails dipped. I absolutely love them! She made them extra thick since I work a lot with my hands and they look phenomenal!!! Please note they are not the same length because that is how I wanted them. These are my real nails dipped.

Got the signature spa pedicure, and it was lovely! I appreciate that the room for pedicures is separate, as I think it helps the air quality. In the pedicure area there was no harm chemical smell. Thats reason enough to return.

Went in as a group of 5 for a wedding part, all of the other nail tech we’re absolutely amazing! But my tech Hannah was very rude. Told me not to move and relax multiple times when I wasn’t moving and I was as relaxed as I could be. I had my wine and I was with my friends, I was very relaxed. At the end she put oil on my cuticles and just got up and walked away. Didn’t tell me I was done, didn’t say anything for that matter, just got up and left. One nail is crooked and there’s so much build up of acrylic and polish underneath. On the way out another gentleman tech told me to come back the next day and he would fix it. But as we got them for a wedding I unfortunately don’t have time to get them fixed. The place was nice and the wine was nice, I just wish I had another nail tech.

Very dishonest business practices. They do a good job with the pedicure but their business practice of providing an upgraded service that wasnt requested, then expecting the customer to pay for it - at multiple locations - is a BIG problem.I clearly marked a classic pedicure. They proceeded to give me the upgraded version - I only noticed when they brought out the hot stones which are not part of the classic pedicure. When I asked they seemed confused and tried to tell me that because they already did the upgraded service that - could I pay for it this time? NO! This happened at the W. 11th location. I returned to the one in Springfield for a bridal party and the SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED! I wont be returning and I suggest you dont either.

Got manicure with gel polish that had a black base coat walked outside and I could see black outlining my nails. Called and complained they brought me back today to fix them did a horrible job fixing them still some black outline. The worse part is everyone that works there came by looked at my nails and then spoke in their language about me very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never go back there. I’ve been going to the nails uncorked on west 11th ( they are great)and NEVER been treated so badly

I really love this place. They are very friendly and its beautiful in there. They have great packages and you can really feel pampered. Did I mentioned they serve drinks? It a great experience! My only complaint is that sometimes the massage part can vary greatly from person to person so you can have a 5 star experience and then a 3 star experience.

Good service by the tech but a really dirty location. There was dirt on the floors, heavy accumulations of dirt behind the chairs. It looked like no one jas done a feep cleaning since at least 20 years.

I got a full set & a spa pedicure. My nails turned out great! My nail tech was very quick and she was very sweet & easy to talk to. My pedicure was amazing. Hot stones and a long massage. I will absolutely be coming back again!

Massage chairs were a nice touch to the pedicure! Loved being able to have a glass of wine while being pampered. Each person I encountered was super friendly and patient. Only reason I am not ranking higher is because my nail tech was too gentle on my legs/feet; I’m used to a more deep tissue-style when I reserve for hot stones. She made up for it with a glowing personality, so I’m not even mad.

I went in for a hard gel fill. I left with very lumpy and uneven nails with gel covering my cuticles. I had verified the price when I was checking in only to be charged $15 more upon checkout (who response to why was the color I chose??) I had asked for army green and received gray... no clue why that cost more. Fast forward 2 weeks at a different salon for a rescue service because the job at nails uncorked was so awful she discovered a hole had been filled into my actual nail bed!! Do not go to this place they have no clue what they are doing!! They are not honest or sanitary. I saw at least twice when they went to retrieve the used nail brushes from the sinks they just rinsed them with water and returned them to the clean container.... I strongly recommend not going to this business.

My first time ever getting something done for myself that well was so much fun thank you to my daughter this was so nice this was a wonderful people in this place they were so helpful to me I enjoyed every moment thank you again I give this place not five stars at 10 thank you so much to those people there draw friendly

Honestly hit or miss, I wouldnt recommend getting a manicure here, my sisters were completely botched and crooked, but shes too nice to say something. They also tipped themselves, which I dont think is legal.......the older men do a good job on pedicures though... I will give them that

Pedicure was nice, the technician did a wonderful job. Even though they were kind of busy, the employees didnt feel very welcoming. And I had to wait a good while even though I had an appointment. I would go here again. Maybe when its less busy.

Not very clean and not fully following COVID guidelines. Implements that are supposed to be sanitized in high level disinfectant per state law are not being cleaned and disposable one time use implements are being reused on different clients. Asked for a particular service when I called to book the appointment and was put with someone who was not experienced in doing the service. Had to be switched to another provider but the appointment took twice as long as it should have and was almost twice the price I pay elsewhere. Was also seated less then 2ft away from other people who were staff and clients without barriers only masks. Was happy at first to get a same day appointment, will not go back.

Took my daughter, they went above and beyond with our pedicures. We also got our eyebrows waxed, was my daughters 1st time and staff was great with her, she said it didnt even hurt and we are both very happy with the shape and symmetry. Ive also gotten a full set of nails and a fill here. All came out beautiful and last a long time.

Called day before scheduled 2 dip nails & pedicure appointments. After our pedicure we were informed they didnt schedule us correctly and we couldnt do the nail portion.

I had appointment at 6pm and I paid my Bill at 6:22pm.Dip removal and gel polish. The lady didn’t soak or file my dip so it’s easier to remove but she used another nail tip(plastic) to dig on the sides of my nail and pry it and I kid you not it was uncomfortable rather, painful. I had maid gestures that it’s hurting but kept going. And then proceeded doing gel polish, hence the picture I posted. I think I felt it was rushed and true enough she has another costumer she needed to attend to.I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone.

I will never go back to Nails Uncorked west 11th ever again. After going there a year every three weeks....they still have no idea who I am every time I go ..and after the last nail artist butchered my nails and left me with a huge mess ...I just cant see going back again. So disappointed.

I had a pedicure on 2/14, and 3 days later I had bumps show up on both of my legs where they rubbed. The bumps itched. I had a spa pedicure several times I’ve never had any problems before but this time was different! After thinking about it I remember they did not use the clear plastic barrier nor did she have the filter in right away after starting my pedicure. They also leave their tools totes on the floor! That’s definitely not sanitary. I went to the dermatologist and she said something definitely irritated my follicles. But what doesn’t make any sense is I’ve never had this reaction before nor did I shave my legs before the appointment so nothing makes sense!! I will not go back to this nail salon.

The salon is beautiful but the quality is subpar unless you get Quan. I definitely recommend this salon as long as you make an appointment and you have Quan as your tech. This last time I went in I got someone who was very sweet and gave me the shape that I wanted but in three days the paint bubbled up on two nails and I had to get them repaired. However the man who repainted them did a horrendous job. In 9 days the first two popped off. Today is day 11 and two more just popped off. I’m incredibly disappointed. Especially after reading the other reviews on here.

DO NOT GO HERE. I GOT TOENAIL FUNGUS FROM THIS PLACE. NASTY.Some of the people have communication barriers, so it is hard to explain what you really want. The service was great in the front. The people who did the nails need to wait longer before putting scalding wet towels on you but were friendly.

I had a 2:00 pm appt. and watched multiple people go in after me. I waited until 2:30 pm and told them I was leaving. At least they comped the wine I took one drink of. Ruined my plan to pamper myself.

This is my favorite place to get pedicures in Springfield at such a reasonable price! I always get gel polish because it lasts so much longer and there’s not a big difference in price to get the gel. The chairs are comfy, the massage is always great, and they have a huge selection of gel polish! It’s worth the hour drive it takes me to get there!

I normally don’t write reviews on places but i felt the need to this time. I normally go to the nails uncorked on west 11th and amazon and have had a good experience but I went to the one in gateway and had the worst experience. Me and my mom went to our nails done and the lady that was doing my nails kept telling me she was afraid to do my nails (which they weren’t even bad just a little thin) was shaking her head the whole time. I paid for gel nails which was close to 60 dollars by the second day I got them done the paint was peeling and she left pain all over my skin. All the nails where a different length AND she left a hair under my nail that I couldn’t get out because it was dry. I picked a pink color and instead of saying “this color won’t work do you want to pick a new one” she just grabbed a random pink that was wayyy different to the one I picked without even telling me till I said something. The guy that did my moms nails hurt her many times and charged her 5 dollars to get the old paint off her nails!! (we have never had that happen at any nail place) then on top of that the girl waited around where we paid to see if we would tip. Staff was rude and did me and my moms nails horribly for us to pay 70 dollars for that.

The guy that did my nails did a great job and was super nice...there were a few things he could if done better but overall he did a great job!

Ive came here a few times now. Emily has always done a great job. However the day before yesterday I got a fill from someone else there. I believe cam. I was cut and poked several times and now my nail beds are raw. My nails also look very thick and uneven. Im very disappointed spending 45.00 on a fill that came out this way.

Don’t know if I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for one nail technician in specific. Ive been to multiple places in Eugene, hoping to find someone who genuinely understands how acrylic nails should look (and I mean everything from symmetrical shape, to thin petite looking nails- not like someone wadded up gum and stuck it on your thumb sort of look- to those of you who have had bad experiences, it might sound a lot like this)However!I have found my Go To Guy who is phenomenal. He is quick, detailed, and so kind.I’m a busy person with school and work, so when I find free time, I try to get an appointment in. I made my appointment 15 minutes before coming in, and left before the two women who were already getting their nails done before I had even arrived.My nails look fantastic each and every time- no breakage, no chipping, no falling off. They are set for three weeks before a fill.Highly recommend making an appointment with Kevin, specifically. (I have had some not so amazing experiences with others but he is on top of his game for nails).UPDATE: Kevin left. Employer fibbed and told me he moved back home- but I hear he’s at Caesar’s nail place. Good luck with your nail needs!

Ok. Get the same Nail Technician 😠 Worse Nail job Ever!! Its sloppy and you can still see the old color! 😡 Unfortunately I Will Not Going Back! I will Miss you Emily 😪💗

Used to be a great place to go. Good decor, clean, etc. Now the quality of service has gone down and it appears like the cost has gone up. Had hard gel nails done, and less than 2 weeks later they were separating from my natural nail. Got them taken off and replaced with gel polish that now within a week is completely chipped and ugly. They say gel polish lasts 10-14 days. Mine lasted 6.... not impressed. See middle finger in photo.

Well let me tell you they did an amazing job! And I will definitely be going back. Good price. Great time. Wonderful atmosphere. Absolutely a wonderful place.

My sister and I went in for pedicures and they were clearly busy but they weren’t friendly, didn’t offer us anything to drink which is part of the experience, and the worst part is my sister got a bacterial infection on her legs because they don’t use the bowl liners or clean their bowls apparently! Will not return.

Found my new go-to place for a pedicure!Ive always loved pedicures and they are a necessity for me as I get horrible ingrown toenails. My niece and I went for an appointment together. They were on time, very clean, and professional. My nail guy Bong was incredible. He got my whole nail out and gives a killer leg and foot massage. My niece loved hers too and since she was done first the guy moved her chair back and told her to relax. It was a great experience and will definitely be back. It is a bit expensive but the days of 20 dollar pedicures are over. I paid for a cbd pedicure and it was definitely worth the extra money. It was 70 bucks with gel polish, but it was relaxing and they used hot stones and multiple lotions, a cbd oil, and a sugar scrub. If you are looking for a relaxing environment and people who do good work; look no further.

Got a manicure and while he was grooming my nails he nicked my finger pretty bad and it started bleeding pretty bad. He didnt even apologize and he kept going...never once said a word about it as my finger just bled, he also got blood on on the nail polish brush and put it back into the nail polish 😷 I added photo to google photos

The nail tech, Emily is the absolute best. She is an amazing artist and does the most fabulous nail designs. Shes very gentle and thorough. I only go to her now!

I just got the worst manicure at Nails Uncorked in Springfield. Crooked shaping. Uneven application. I brought in pictures of the nail shape I wanted. Round tips. Not oval or almond or square. Round. Her initial shape was square with the corners rounded a bit. So I showed her the picture again and again said I wanted round. At this point she starts sloping the sides in for more of an almond oval shape. I say again that I want round. after the 4th try of having the nail tech reshape them to the shape I showed her, and having her make it more and more crooked and pointed, I finally just took the file from her and tried to salvage it myself. I was actually sitting in the nail salon crying over how bad it looks as I was filing my own nails trying to fix them. But she was doing the oval/almond shape, not the rounds so my nails were sloped into a point with a narrow end... But only on one side! They were completely lop sided. I had to file my nails down much shorter than I wanted just to marginally even them out and not have them look like they were leaning to one side. The ombre I asked for looks horrible and uneven. Some nails are mostly pink with barely any white on the end some nails are mostly white with just a little pink and a couple of the nails have mostly white on the right side of the nail and mostly pink on the left side. Another tech came over to see if she could help and she also seemed confused over the round nail tip shape. She tried to shape for a minute but didnt understand so I took back the file and did my best to try to even out the horrible job that was done. But because it had been filed so lopsided to begin with a few of my nails are still very mis-shaped. I really wish I had taken pictures throughout this process. In the end, the second nail tech put a top coat on and gave me a discount. A whole 10%.I have included the picture that I showed the nail tech for the reference of the round shape . and a picture of how my nails ended up after I tried fixing them, but they are still crooked. And you can see the ombre is uneven from one nail to the next.It is not often that I try to treat myself and with treatment like that I will Definately not be going there again.

The receptionist is the rudest and should honestly not be working in customer service. This is the second time I’ve come in and he yelled at me in front of other customers because I didn’t call in to cancel not knowing any personal problems I had going on if he just asked he would’ve known that I had my phone broken and had no way of contact. He also told me to pull my mask up in the rudest way. When I was done with my fill with Emily which is amazing I told him I wanted to check out a color and he yelled at me and told me to put my mask on when it just slipped. I just felt so uncomfortable I’d never come back just because of how rude he was. Don’t recommend to people who are to shy to speak up and are afraid to speak up.

My nails took 2 hours!! My nails look nothing like the picture I showed them, I asked the man doing them multiple times if he was able to make them just like the picture and he said yes. He was applying the acrylic while it was dripping wet it was running off of my nails. My nails were super crooked and I asked him if he could straighten them out he attempted to and then I just asked if I could see the nail file so I could do it. He rudely smacked the file down on the counter and said do it lol. I asked for chrome hombre he had to restart three times and it still turned out HORRIBLE!!!! Now I knew that it would be $10 for gel and $5 for long on top of the base price but he never told me I would have to pay $10 for chrome I always verify that I know how much stuff is before I do it! I address the person who is cashing me out and said I never knew that it was gonna be $10 for the chrome and he told me that he already had put it on so it was going to be charged and the guy who did my nails stood there and said yes I told you I told you many times before lol. I’ve gone to this place a handful of times ever since they opened at Gateway mall and every single time I keep going back it gets worse and worse. They’re not honest about their prices they, don’t do things the way they’re supposed to do them when it comes to you taking off your acrylic nails. I will never go back to this place!!!!!

I really wanted to like this place. The ambiance is great, it is in a convenient location, and it seems fairly clean. But, I have only been here twice and have been disappointed both times. First time I came, I was getting married and had to wait for a technician for awhile while my bridesmaids were being taken care of. The second time, I was with a bridal party that had made an appointment for 10. My technician didnt show up until 10:30. I was not offered a discount, or any other amenities. Very disappointing.

Super rude staff

I was a walk in client and they got me in right away! Peter did such a great job! I booked a regular pedi and he spent an hour on my horrendous feet 😂 I felt like he took extra time and care, I had a good 5 minute massage as well. He didn’t talk much which I loved because I was tired so if you’re looking for conversation this place might not be for you but I loved it. It’s very nice inside, the only thing I would suggest is putting prices for the drinks they offer on the card you fill out so the clients know it’s not complimentary. After this experience I won’t go anywhere else!

Brought my daughter for her first ever manicure. They rushed us in, didnt even do anything for her just slapped the tiniest bit of nail polish on. Spent all of 10 minutes with her, no soaking, no lotion, literally nothing. When I finally mentioned something, his response was only they apparently didnt realize I wanted a full manicure for her. Very unpleasant experience for her and I will not be going back. Not thoroughly impressed with my manicure either, very rushed and they forgot to bring me my drink.

Arrived expecting 5 star service and was quickly disappointed. I requested a seacret pedicure and manicure with an eyebrow wax. I was told they didnt have the products to provide said services so I agreed to a down grade for a detox pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was excellent. The manicure was very basic and I did not receive the detox manicure that I requested. Also, I ordered a mimosa that I asked for twice yet never received. When it was time for the eyebrow wax I was told it would be a 30 minute wait so I left. I was hoping for a day of pampering and received very basic service at an astronomical price. I wont be a repeat customer.

I had Jenny who was a very sweet woman. She made sure when I left to let them dry for twenty minutes before I put any shoes on and gave me flip flops to wear so I wouldnt mess up my new pedicure. Place is clean and wonderful. Plus they serve wine while youre being pampered. Wonderful experience!

When I originally went there I got a simple square nail with a tiny design on the thumbs Theo was great and did a great job but 3 days later my thumb nails paint start chipping off which doesn’t happen with gel nails so I scheduled a fix when I went in there they told me the only way it could be free is if the same nail tech did them and they never asked me who did it when I made the appointment and then the lady who ended up doing my nail fix told me she couldn’t do the design so I compromised which she agreed to then she asked me for my nail file and I had forgotten it she used the buffer for a split second and not the file and still tried to charge me for it which I’ve heard is actually wrong and then my complimentary drink they tried to charge me for ummm ok? Yea I don’t know if I will be going back other than the atmosphere is really nice

Worst first impression! I had an appointment with a friend for 6:30 and this appointment was made at 9am. Some guy throws me a clip board. Didn’t tell me what to do with it and didn’t say another word to me. This place looks nice and it was slightly busy so I tried to be understanding of the situation. Just to find out that we had to wait. We waited for 15 minutes past our appointment time and we finally asked what was going on and they said they couldn’t get us in until 7:30. Soooooo why did we make an appointment? And why are we waiting a whole hour past our appointment to get in? This is why appointments are made. To hold your spot for a certain time. I own a business myself that has been successfully running for 30 years now and I can tell you this place won’t make it if they can’t figure out what they are doing. We were offered a small discount for next time and I thought to myself there will be no next time for me. The guy at the counter was a deer in headlights and he certainly didn’t care. He figured because they were busy, we didn’t matter. I hope they read this review because I have one piece of advise for you and if you can listen to anything, listen to this! Customer service is your everything!!!! Bad reviews will eventually ruin you. Your reviews are already bad. Bad customer service, (even the small parties) people won’t put up with it for long. It will drive you under and out of business.

Ive been to several nail places around Eugene/Springfield area for gel pedicures and always leave somewhat dissatisfied, either with the service and/or price of sub par service. My sister recently took me to Nails Uncorked and I was delightfully surprised by how professional and courteous the staff was, as well as how organized and clean the salon was. I got the best pedicure and for a very reasonable price. And I got to enjoy a bubbly mimosa while I relaxed in their comfy massage chairs. Will definitely be my go to place for nail services. Look forward to visiting their West 11th salon soon.

Ive gone in for multiple things, regular nail Polish, gel nails, acrylic sets, pedicures. Also brought 10 employees here for a group celebration. It has always been a smooth process. They have smiles on their faces even when they are slammed. They accept appointments which is great. All around a wonderful establishment.The owner and all the employees are really great and fun to talk to as well!

I was rather unhappy with how unprofessional my nails looked after done.. pedicure was enjoyable and just plain color on toes was fine.. my fingers though I couldve gotten the same result with the expense at the beauty college..

Other than charging me outrageously for a few hearts that look nothing like hearts I usually love this place but being charged so much for a fill blew me away. Should have been 35 tops. Its your tip though so whatever.

I’m the boyfriend of a loyal customer, Elise. Who absolutely loves Emily. She got her nails did today (treat yo self) apparently it’s an hombre backfill? Anyways I’m here because the GF has not only been complimented several times today since getting them did. But she has also been heard saying to herself “emily killed my nails.” Which is a huge compliment. Great work.

Had a great overall experience with the actual manicure, but they wouldnt take our Visa Gift card. We walked in and immediately asked: Do you guys take Visa? and they said yes. We got our nails done and everything was fine, but we went to pay and he wouldnt accept it, and it was THE SAME GUY THAT WE ASKED BEFORE. (Causing me to pay for my friend with my credit card, which was fine, but its the principle.) So overall, they do great nails, but apparently you need to be overly specific with your paying methods.

Went to get my nails done here for a special occasion and within a day the polish bubbled and 3 nails fell off. Called and they were unhelpful. I have been getting my nails done for years, and this was by far the worst set and service I have ever gotten.

Had an appointment.... sat in lobby for 40 minutes waiting for them to be ready to help us. Wanted detox pedi but purchased a cheaper one due to time. Seriously if you aren’t able to honor the appointment call us so we can arrange our plans.... why else do you take our number when scheduling

Ive been coming here, against my better judgement, for well over a year now. While Ive had good experiences, Ive also had VERY bad ones and those bad ones have caused me to go elsewhere from now on. Nam recently did my nails and completely botched them - the length of my nails varied from finger to finger, hand to hand, and he hurt me on just about every finger. When I brought it to the managers attention, he was less than enthused about helping make it right. I eventually had them sort of fixed by Mimi. I went back to Mimi two weeks later for a new set and she didnt do what I asked for, along with flooding my cuticles and slicing my finger. I went to Emily a few weeks after that, and while her work was perfect, she was clearly rushing and hurt me on every single nail. And then last week, I went to Mimi, and Nails uncorked, for the last time. I asked for chrome, which she did, but each hand turned out COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Once hand was more pink. The other hand was super silver. And the cuticles looked HORRIBLE. I went and had them fixed at a new place yesterday and the tech was shocked by how crappy the work done by Mimi was. DO NOT GO HERE. It is not worth the money, and who knows if youll get a tech who knows what theyre doing.

Clean facility, good music, and nice people. The spa pedicure was very relaxing and David did a great job!

Great atmosphere, friendly people.... to bad they cant do a simple nail polish job. I was left with gel polish all over the skin around my nails and polish on the edges of my nails was extremely sloppy.
