They have replaced parts of our gutter down spouts which were damaged by hail and also installed hinges on all 4 runners so I can move them out of the way when mowing. They listen, understand and put their best experience forward for their customers. Their proactive and forward thinking is sure to help a lot of their customers. I have advocated my neighbors to use their service as it is second to none!!

The wait time was way longer than expected. We paid back at the end of May and it took almost 2 months for someone to finally come out and install our gutters. I am sure they are just super busy like everyone else. Overall besides the wait time to get them, service, installation, and gutters were great.

The installers were very knowledgeable and helpful. During installation the team actually inspected the fascia/siding installation on my house. They found many issues and rather just installing the gutters and being done with the job; they took pictures and pulled me out to view these issues. I was able to go back to my roof/siding installers and had them fix the problem. Go-to-go waited until this work was done and when I notified them they came back out as quickly as possible to complete the job.They saved me time and money on potential major issues. A representative of the company was in the neighborhood and did a quick estimate. A few later, called the company and made a full payment. Didnt hear from them until a month afterwards. Two months later the gutters were installed. I get it, its busy and what not. The gutters look great. Why 3 stars? After coming home from work, I found a bunch of what i would call shrapnel in the driveway. Not just a few specks here or there, but the work area wasnt cleaned. I swept everything i could up. Not even a week later, while walking the dog around the house, I found this gem. I dont understand how someone could miss this or didnt take the time to clean after him/herself. I dont want to speak for everyone, but no one would like it if they had this laying around the house would they?

Sitting on my porch looking across the street at my neighbor’s house I admired how sleek her gutters looked and how it was color coordinated with the different colors of her siding. I called them in June for an estimate and they came the very next day to measure and they said it would be installed in 2 months, and exactly 2 months later they installed the beautiful seamless gutters on my home! It was such a simple process! They added the convenient hinges at bottom to easily lift them out of the way when doing yard work. They blend in with my house so well you don’t even notice they’re there. Love them!

Quick responsiveness, very professional, excellent and efficient work! An estimator came out soon after I called to talk through the new gutter project with me. He took his time to figure out what would be the best solutions for our particular quirky house while still trying to save us money. He also spent careful time color-matching to our trim so that the final result would look great! The contract and process were very clear to me. Payment was half up front to get scheduled and half upon completion and inspection of the work. Installation team arrived on time, was friendly and respectful of the property and got right to work. One hitch came up due to some rotting fascia boards we had, but the foreman called me right away to talk through options and get my approval of the additional cost before doing anything about it. They replaced the boards for a reasonable cost and everything looks great! The team finished in an afternoon. In our experience with this current renovation, many trade workers are unresponsive and unprofessional, so this was such a refreshing experience!

Great. We had some drainage issues in our basement. Frantically we called 5 or more places. Everyone was out 6 weeks or more in scheduling after a bid. These guys were out for a bid and 10 days later gutters were installed. Will did a great job of explaining the options. He didnt talk us into anything fancy. Honestly we just needed the basic gutters to control our water issues. And we still felt like they wanted our business. The price was also a great deal with their current gutter discount. None of the other agencies cared to explain much of their plan. Other companies even drew up adding downspouts that would directly drain onto our driveway and cause ice concerns. When we upgrade to gutters with covers we will call them first.

Good to Go installed gutters and leaf guards in 2015 on my house. The guards developed a bit of a gap, and leaves & debris caused some water overflow (and damage) to our deck by 2020. Point is: Good to Go came out today, 8/21/2020, just 4 days after my call to them, fixed the problem, and charged me nothing. Things happen, inevitably, in home construction -- but what is unusual and impressive is that, 5 years after install, Good to Go willingly and quickly fixed the problem -- for free.

Received a flyer in the mail about gutters after moving into our new home. Gave them a call and Jerry, who is very personable, came out within a few days, explained the whole system of how and where theyll place the gutters, showed me examples of the product, and gave us a great deal. This was in the midst of winter, so we had to wait 3-4 weeks until the snow melted, but once there was a break in weather, they were out and had everything installed in one day. Spoke with Dan on the phone a few times who was very helpful in answering all my questions. I didnt even notice the gutters when I drove up, they blend with the house so well. Were thinking of having them come out for a look at replacing a bathroom cabinet. Would definitely recommend them!!

Good To Go Construction did our new seamless gutters. I spoke with Jerry on the phone and was impressed. He was a real gentlemen, extremely professional & very responsive to all our inquiries. Jerry came out, drew us a schematic and color matched our siding. His quote was thorough and quite competitive. We did the seamless gutters across the entire front and rear of our home. Their team then installed the gutters shortly thereafter. They navigated all of the angles and bends even wrapping around the corners on the front so the downspouts arent visible - a classy touch. I couldnt even tell they had added them the first time I saw it, theyre literally that good! Needless to say, were extremely pleased with the end product!
