I go with my wife while she gets her nails done. She has her regular nail lady that does her nails. They sit and chit chat while doing nails. The salon is clean and the bathroom spotless. A nice clean nail salon with nice people.

Helen is a fantastic and meticulous technician. I always make an appointment with her for pedicures/manicures. The results are always super clean which I appreciate the most. As a professional, Helen is also attentative to the changes in my nails in which she provides me recommendations and even shares with me specific products for how to care for them. She does take her time with utmost efforts so do appreciate the spa care and be ready to relax!

This is a great salon! I’ve been going here for years, all of the staff are amazing! I see Tam in particular and she’s awesome! I love that everything is clean and very professional!

This place does an excellent service. Everybody there is very friendly, and honest especially Helen. I’m very satisfied with her service and I highly recommend her. I’ve been going there for five years and I love this place.

Helen is the best! I always go to her. She consistently does an excellent job. Her pedicures are so relaxing, I fall asleep in the chair.

I cried as soon as I left.I wanted gels. The guy talked me into adding some length. (I said no a few times but he was like “I’ll make them nice. Good shape...” and I gave in.) More than halfway through I realized he was doing acrylics! (I didn’t realize because I haven’t had acrylics in 20+ years.) I want to grow out my real nails and did NOT want acrylics.He didn’t trim my hangnails or push down my cuticles at all. He didn’t do any of the manicure stuff. Just put the nails on.The fake nail doesn’t like up with the real nail and some of the extension parts are CROOKED! He didn’t shape the nails, and there are lots of sharp spots.He put gel over the acrylic, which I have learned means that I can’t just keep the acrylics and get them filled and color changed. I have to get it all taken off to do any changes! And these are so far from the base of the nail that they are going to look grown out really quickly.There was extra glue stuck to a couple fingers, too.I love the color but the job was so sloppy, and the acrylics have ruined my chance of growing out my own, natural nails.I should have said something at the salon, but I was just too shocked by the acrylics and didn’t want to cry there.

Oh nails has been my “go to” for many years. Heidi is my favorite nail technician, especially for a good leg massage during my pedicures.Great covid protocol with hand washing, movable plexiglass and masks.

I love this place! Every time I’ve gone, the service is great, my pedicure is great and with an appointment I never have to wait. With COVID, they are practicing social distancing at all the stations including the dryers. I wish this salon was closer to my home so I could go more often. I highly recommend it!

I used to come to this salon back when I was a teenager. But, I went here recently to get my eyebrows waxed and after it was waxed, I noticed that it was uneven. The lady who did my brows was nice but asked too many personal questions. The next place that I went to get my eyebrows waxed told me my eyebrows were uneven. If you would like to get your eyebrows waxed, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Family recommended me, just got my eye brows done for the first time in my life, i was treated well, very happy with the result. Felt great about the Covid procedures being followed, greeted as i walked in, everything smelled, looked, and felt clean. Cant wait for my next visit.

I love this salon. The staff is amazing!!! And Andy is my angel 💖🙌💯. He can do an entire set of perfect acrylic french in 40 minutes. Give them a try!!!

Love getting my eyebrows waxed here..and getting my nails done..they take time into doing your nails and are not rushing it. One thing, they tend to switch on you, one will start doing your nails then someone else will come and do something, they switch. Doesnt bother me one bit because they know what you want. I love going there, respectful staff.

I have been going to the salon for about tens years now. I love all the ladies that work there. I have been to different salons but I just didnt get the personable service that I get here sometimes they are busy so its not so personable but thats expected when you have a successful business. Prices are reasonable. I Highly recommend this salon!

I have to give three stars because I liked the place, I liked the service and they are very kind, I felt like I found the perfect place to have my nails and eyebrows done, But the thing is asked for gel and they did it but it started peeling the same day and in one week gel was falling of, I thing they don’t use a good brand of gel, that’s the thing so I paid 40 something for gel that lasted less than a week.. not worth it.. 😕

Best nail experience ever!!! A gentleman did my mani, pedi and eyebrows! I was given a small saucer of asst fruit and water! Massage chairs were amazing! My feet and hand massage was awesome. I never got my eyebrows arched as quick as I did today! I was very very very pleased! The visit was worth my time and money! Visiting from Connecticut! #spatreatmentexperts!

Try not to waste your time by going to this place. I came in and they sat me down while disregarding the fact that there would be a long wait. I waited for almost an hour until I gave up. They didn’t even check up on me or offer me water while I waited. This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could go no stars, I would.

Everything seemed to go well until the nail tech started shaping my nails, they were never even and they didn’t all seem to have a the same shape. I told her to fix them she did somewhat fix them but i did not want to go back and forth with her, so i left it. About a week later i began to feel an itching/ painful sensation on my middle finger nail and i noticed it looked like a bruise. It seemed to keep growing and when i went to the Doctor i had a nail infection. I have been getting my nails done many times and this has never happened to me and this was my first time getting my nails done at this place and it was a bad experience.

The ladies at Oh Nails really treat you very special. The ambiance is very relaxing.

Folks, I want to like this place. In fact, I used to love this place but in the last 6 months this place has deteriorated. I stopped going here over the summer because my nail technician left and I had a sub-par experience. This review is based on my experience on 2/4/18.I went in on Sunday afternoon to get a pedicure and filling. My pedicure was alright…. No issues there. I was then led to a nail tech who was to trim my nails, fill the nails and shape them. Pretty standard. After she trimmed the nails, I informed her that I wanted almond shaped nails. I wanted the same shape that I walked in with. She said ok. She began filing and proceeded to destroy 3 nails. I stopped her and informed her that my nails were pointy and incredibly short. She then said, “oh, you wanted almond shape?”This is when I should have cut and run. But she had already started and mistakes happen. So, I said, “you know, you have already ruined the shape, so cut the nails down and make them neat”. She cut the nails and started filing and shaping. I pointed out to her that the nails were uneven and poorly shaped. They were neither round nor square. After asking her to make the shape even and neat multiple times, I asked her to stop working on my nails.I went to pay for my pedicure and asked to speak with the manager. This is where this place went from a 3 to a -5.This lady was combative, unapologetically racist, and insinuated that I did not want to pay which is why I told the nail tech to stop. At no point in this interaction with the nail tech or the manager did anyone apologize. Rather than be customer focused, I was stereotyped, rudely informed that I could go since I was not happy with the service. Yes, I, a paying customer was racially profiled, rudely stereotyped and essentially told to leave the store.I showed the manager my nails and she had the audacity to say, “they are not bad, but if you want me to fix it I can” (pictures below). Meanwhile still no apology. I asked her how she intended to fix my now too short and horribly shaped nails. Additionally, I pointed out to her that not once have I received an apology. And that it was insulting to insinuate that I did not want to pay. In the year and half that I have been coming here, I have always paid and tipped 20%.To conclude, I left feeling dejected, frustrated and offended. My nails were horribly done and rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, I was harassed and insulted.If you are a woman on color, please find an alternate place to be pampered. I like the location but this experience left a foul taste in my mouth.

Went there for 20 years and then today had the worst idiot do my mani pedi ! I waited weeks they stick with a new girl who then tries to do a spa pedi without asking and since I have been going there for so long I knew what she was trying to do add more to the bill! Here is where it gets even worse when I checked out she charged for a span pedi and $5 for color removal!!! Hello she must be a real special idiot I am a MAN there is NO color on my toe nails and I prefaced this review by saying I had waited weeks!! There was not a hint of clear coat left on my toe nails. The nails were cut crooked and not my cuticles on my toe and hand nails were atrocious very spotty!! So this is what Oh Nails did to a 20 year client! I mean a great 20 year client I always always tipped I was there at least once a month and never complained but this time I had enough. The girl was rude about it the whole time. So I warn you all they are a terrible shop they tried again to overcharge a 20 year client and put me with a beginning rude non talented idiot nail technician. I see other reviews that people said they have gone downhill and its very true!! Dont say I didnt warn you people !!

NEVER AGAIN. RIP OFF. Worst experience. I walked in knowing I had an hour until I needed to leave. She had promised it would be done and persuaded me to sit. This my first time ever here. I had heard great things. It’s been 24 hours now and my nails still throb. I asked for a gel full set. What I received was not gel. In fact it was acrylic. Underneath my nails I still have acrylic gunk, who tf wants the tip of their nail to be double in width than the fricken beginning of it. I asked my nails to be done rounded to a point or “coffin” and I left in a rush with what appears to be blue tic tacs superglued to my nails. NEVER AGAIN. RIP OFF.

The worst acrylics I have ever received and I only got a fill. The woman cut me three times on three different fingers. And the most pathetic pedicure Ive ever had, I had to go home and fix my toes and I had to pay to go somewhere else and get my nails fixed.
