This is my first time here and Alan and Jennifer are simply amazing. Really great down to earth people! The business is really clean and the prices are very very good. I would highly recommend this nail shop to everyone. We are going back anytime were in Springfield MO for sure!!

This location has decent prices, but you get what you pay for. The majority of the work is done quickly with some imperfections and lack of attention to details. The staff is friendly enough but difficult to communicate with. When I called to set an appointment I was advised to bring pictures and my squad could have anything recreated there, but that was definitely not the case. The majority of the workers didnt want to or couldnt do most anything we had found pictures of. We ended up compromising on each look we wanted and even then none of the nails looked flawless.

Can not complain about this place at all! Ive gotten my nails here since February and they do make you feel at home. They always find a way to do exactly how I want or picture my nails. They go above and beyond as far as shape, color, detail. ALWAYS IMPRESSED!

Nails have turned out gorgeous every time Ive been, today was no exception. Definitely recommend! They tend to be busy, so make an appointment if you can. Everyone was wearing a mask and making sure things were kept clean.

Today was my first time getting my nails done at Elegant Nails. My mom took me because she said they always do great. I was seated right away and the customer service was pretty great. I rarely get my nails done and when I do, it’s coffin style. Alan was the one who did my nails and I can happily say that these were the best coffin style nails I have ever gotten. I can easily say that the owners care about the quality of their work and their customers overall satisfaction. All of the workers were pretty cool and getting to hear the story behind their little business was pretty awesome. I definitely plan to go back.

Tina gets me right every single time! If I have any issues after the visit, she is always willing to make it right. I always call before my appointment to see if they are running on time. I have been pleased with the services thus far!

In town for a work conference. Had a chipped nail and HAD to get it fixed. Googled and read the reviews... they did not disappoint. They got me in super quick... Alan was awesome and did a great job!! Would definitely come back if I’m ever in Springfield and need a touch up

Have been using this salon for years. Never a bad experience. Have had some wait time, however they do get very busy as they try to accommodate everyone. Love everyone there and wouldn’t think about ever going anyplace else.

Very unfortunate. Left acrylic on the sides of my fingers and nails, did not evenly paint my toe nails, multiple people came in who werent wearing masks, and they sat customers next to each other even though there were empty seats available.

I will never come there again ask how much before u be seated bs they on who they know

This nail salon offers quality and stylish I am hard on nails and havent broke one yet! And believe me its possible. Wally always takes good care of me and I never spend too much.

Came in as a walk in ON A SATURDAY. They are the best. I’ve came here 3 times so far and they are definitely a new favorite of mine. Everyone seems more than competent. If you do this style I’d suggest maybe another layer of the color on the black tip part but I still love how it came out!

I was sat down at one of the tables and they began working, and after a few minutes moved me to a new table. This table was covered with the ghosts of clients past (shards of fingernails and god knows what else) left from the people who came before me and they made no effort to clean or sanitize even though there was a woman there up until about 20 seconds before I moved there. Also, workers and customers weren’t wearing masks the entire time I was there. The dog was extremely cute and my nails turned out good but it was a little gross and not very COVID conscious

Ive been coming to Elegant Nail Salon for a few months now. I absolutely love getting my nails done here. Very nice and respectful. Priced very reasonable and affordable.

I’m not from the area so i went off of the reviews, they were able to take me practically as a walk in. the man who answered the phone and the nail tech were both very friendly and welcoming! the woman who did my nails took a little longer than i’m used to, but she did an amazing job! i absolutely love my nails and i will come back here whenever i am in the area.

I made an appointment for 2:00 for just a full set and a pedicure walked in at 1:50 and they started on my nails but then told me to move down 4 chairs. I sat there for over 30Mins and no one said anything so I walked out. I don’t recommend anyone to go here very rude people. So I went to a different nail shop and was able to sit right down with no appointment.

They did a great job 46$ for gel nails! They did my daughters mermaid scales for 10 so cute love my nails and my daughters

We went here because the reviews were good and they could accommodate our group of 5. We made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to be sure they had roomIt was ok. The staff are really nice and they have several (7 or 8?) pedicure stations and seven manicure stations. They have a beautiful variety of nail colors to choose from. For the price, I wouldve expected the outer sign to be completely functional and the drop sealing to be clean. It has a lot of water damage. They got us in quickly and we all enjoyed our mani-pedis, but Ill likely go back to a different favorite place next time.

Unfortunately the service I had last time was less than acceptable compared to what it used to be. Ive went elsewhere and wont be back or recommend anyone. 🙁

Being from out of town (and being very loyal to my salon back home) I was super nervous to get a quick dip manicure from somewhere I had never been. Alan was quick to get me an appointment and I was in and out in no time. He was wonderful to talk to and you could tell how much he loves his business! If I’m ever in the area again, I will not hesitate to come back!

The owner did my nails and she did a great job. She took her time and wasnt in a rush to get us out the door. I am very pleased with my experience here! I definitely recommend this place!!

Becki has been the best since I moved up here! So nice & made me feel so relaxed! Also a young man opened the door for me when I arrived, I believe his mom might work there. Idk, but he was so nice.

I really wish I could rate this higher. My nails were over 85 dollars after tip which is way higher than Ive ever paid, and they chipped and broke off in under a week which has also never happened that early on.

While it did take a little longer due to how busy they were they were still amazing and well worth it. Everything is very clean, professional and overall a great environment! They used brand new files for every client which I know some salons dont and I thought was worth mentioning

Great salon, everyone was very professional and kind expect for the girl that did my nails! She is at table 5 but I didnt catch her name. The whole time she did my pedicure and nails she was on the phone, which I found very rude and unprofessional. Also she had a bad attitude from the beginning, like I was inconveniencing her for being there. She took forever to do my nails and pedi (mostly because she was on the phone the whole time) I hate to be negative on the salon but I just want the owners to know I was not happy with my service, I will walk out if I have get the small Asian girl again! I get my nails done to be pampered not ignored!

This place always exceeds my expectations! They staff are so kind and always have a variety of colors to choose from!

I LOVED this place. An acrylic full set ombré with gel was $80 (a pretty reasonable price really!) and a pedicure was $25. I came in for both to get ready for prom. (Covid-19 changed the date) The owner Alan was amazing and specializes in ombre, coffin, and stiletto nails. He assured me I’d love the result and I’m happy to report he was right! His wife also works in the salon and she gave me a stunning pedicure! Definitely there’s a reason why many of his clients seemed to know him and his wife personally and have visited the salón for years!

My sister goes here and recommend I go. Danielle did my eyebrows and I love them! I live in Virginia but I know when I come visit Springfield I’ll go here to get my eyebrows done! She’s super nice and detail oriented!

You just cant beat this place. Ive been to so many salons local to me. They just cant measure up to Elegant Nails so I make the drive to Springfield just to go there. Prices are are good. Best selection of colors that Ive seen.

I could give more then five stars I would. My daughter and I popped in are mani pedis and they made us feel so welcome & did an excellent job with both my daughter and I. I will most definitely be back

This place is beyond amazing. I came in with a group of 8 for a bridal party and they worked so hard, they made us feel at home. They did everything perfect and made sure everything we wanted or needed got done. The price is right for all of their services and maybe even too good. I dont think I will go to another nail salon in Springfield.

I loved loved loved this place. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I got a pedicure and white tips. I also got a design on a couple of nails and T suggested to add a strip of color to make the hands and toes match. I was very pleased with the end result. If you are looking for a great salon this is the place to go. You get beautiful nails done with great experience and detail and at a good price. Definitely will be going back.

I love this place they did a wonderful job. I ask if they could do something I found on pinterest and they were able to. They did an awesome job on it to. I would recommend any one wanting special nails done to have it done here.

BIG waist of money. Went there and got the most mishapen nails Ive ever had. The paint is cloudy and looks just awful and half my nails are slanted or filed down slanted. I just came in Friday and one nail popped off today (Sunday). All this for 50$! If I could give this place a zero I would. I do not recommend.

Elegant Nails is awesome. I had never had my nails done and I was extremely impressed with this salon. Allen and the girls are very friendly. Had a great time socializing with them and the other customers. I was one of the last appointments of the day, so I was able to personally see the cleaning procedures. It was very thorough as was the process for the nails. I will continue to visit Elegant Nails for nails, pedicures and eyebrow waxing!

Wife wasn’t impressed with the work. The color wasn’t matched properly and more expensive polish was used to drive up cost.Daughter wasn’t impressed either. Nails not cut into natural shape and color not matched well. Toes where satisfactory.

I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they couldnt have replicated it any better. They also fixed the horrible acrylics I already had on and made the shape and thickness better overall.

Ive been to several salons in town and this one is by far the best! Theyre so friendly and its obvious they care about the job they do and how they treat their patrons. Not to mention the FABULOUS job that Jenny did on my shellac!!! They treat you like an old friend, do an incredible job, at a great price-what more could you ask for!!?

I was really in need of some TLC today so I scheduled a full set and pedicure with Elegant Nails. They were all really friendly and fun. Its nice to be in a family like atmosphere and to be accepted like you are part of the family. They have a really sweet dog, and they take a true interest in who you are as aperson. You can tell that they truly WANT you to come back. The service is fast and efficient, not to mention exquisite. I will definitely be a returning customer!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had to come into elegant nails for them to fix my AWFUL nails from another nail salon in town, it was my first time and it won’t be my last, they did amazing!!

I have been to this salon a few times now. The first few times were great but todays experience was not as good. The owner is great and made sure I was well taken care of while there but the lady who did my nails tonight did not pay as much attention and cut me a few times. She seemed distracted and impatient which is likely why she cut me and did a few of my acrylics uneven and crooked.

I have been going here for about a year now, they all do a wonderful job. Alan is my preferred tech, but everyone has done a great job!

I love this place! Alan is awesome and all of the staff always do a wonderful job. I wont go anywhere else!
