I always come here and my nails are always perfect. I usually have different technicians (because theyre all great). This time a girl did my sns manicure with a gel design and they are adorable.

I frequently visit this place for nail services. My tech is amazing. She always takes her time to make sure all services are completed to perfection and offers her recommendations for healthy nails.

I have been coming here for years and always so happy with the service everytime. I love how clean, modern and always has new fun designs to do on my nails when I come.

The staff there is lovely, youre well taken care of and the girls are all extremely professional. My nails still looked great a week later. Really liked this place, they did a great job.

I made an appointment with cici she is excellent I made my feet and full set in my hands. My nails are delicate thanks to her. I’m take my daughter too I’m she made excellent job!!! All staffs they great 😊

Horrible customer service. I waited 30 minutes to get my toes done and 3 people walked in after me and were taken care of immediately. I was told oh we were waiting for them- they had an appointment. WHY wasnt I told it would be a 30 minute wait? A pedicure doesnt take much longer than that. I wouldve been finished by the time they got there. The front end receptionist wasnt even sorry. There are to many other good nail salons to put up with bad customer service.

They overcharged me and “Lily” didn’t even mind to finish my nail set. No one was able to help me and they kept me waiting almost an hour. Definitely not coming back

What a joy it was to visit this clean, modern, friendly salon! It was a little out of my way, but the service and price was well worth it. After injuring my fingernail bed a few months ago, and having aging, splitting nails, Ben made me feel pretty again. I already look forward to my next visit.

I’ve been getting my nails done at California Nails the last 4 years. I’ve always been happy with the service and nail quality. My most recent experiences wasn’t professional at all. I made an appointment today for 2 mani/pedi and 1 pedi. When my sister, mom and I arrived on time, we weren’t seated for 25 minutes. Then my mom wasn’t started for 40 minutes after our appointment time. From here, my mom finished her pedi and went for her manicure. The owner walked over to the technician (that had already worked on her toes) and told her next appointment was there. They proceeded to reseat my mom and said one of the other technicians would finish. My mom sat for 5 minutes and no one came to finish her manicure. We walked out without my mom’s manicure because there was no other technician to start her nails and We had now been here an hour and a half and only had a regular pedi done. I’m hoping California Nails finds a better system when it comes to making appointments and communicating delays with customers. I will not be back to California Nails.

I have never found a nail salon that I like as much as this place!! Everyone was incredibly friendly, safety conscious, and really helped us all relax.

Best place in Palm Beach County! The service is EXCELLENT! The place is clean and big, girls there are really nice, my girl Derlyn does my nails always and she knows what is the best option, she is fast and professional.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had the nails done here and as promised it stayed on the whole two weeks without chipping.

By far the WORST nail salon I have ever been too I came into town for my brothers wedding which I was in. I walked in and no one acknowledged me. Even tho I had an appointment I had to wait for a long time for someone to help me I asked for a certain color and they totally ignored what I asked and gave me a color that looked horrible the guy who did my nails even said so himself. He rudely refused to do the color I ACTUALLY asked for. He continued to insult my natural nails because they weren’t very long. Then held my hand up to show another worker and they both laughed I regularly get my nails done and I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. He filed so much to the point of making 3 of my fingers BLEED then didn’t except laced and I had to use their arm which charged me 5 dollars and when I asked them they said 1 dollar the machine said 1 dollar but it really charges you 5 disgusting work conditions I’m pretty sure I saw a roach crawling by the bathroom absolutely disgusting

What a great find! I will definitely come back for future pedicures. I was super impressed with their attention to detail. Lots of attention to getting cuticles and callouses taken care of and the paint job was excellent. Highly recommend.

I loved this place! I normally get nervous at nail salons, but everyone that helped me here was kind and seemed to be having a fun time. I got a manicure and a pedicure and I love both! The artistry is fantastic and they have an awesome color selection. My nails even change colors in different temperatures! On top of all of that, I think the prices are more than reasonable. For the environment and the quality, Im surprised it doesnt cost more! I cant wait to come back.

I had a pedicure and a manicure with tips and the sip polish and they both look great! Everyone there was very nice and the salon is beautiful. Very clean and modern. I thought the price was on point with other salons.

I decided out of the blue that I wanted to get my nails done that day so I called ahead of time to ask if they can fit me in. They told me about half an hour they might be able to take me. I arrived in 15mins and when I walked in, they took me in right away! I just wanted a gel mani and it came out perfect. They know what theyre doing, staff here are all so friendly, and really make sure youre okay and like how it looks.

Today I got a fill and one missing nail replaced. While he did do his best, it was not up to my standards. I gave them 3 stars because he really did try however I can see where my nails were filled in and the one he replaced is much larger than the others. I will have to get these redone for sure. I recommend this place for someone who is getting regular nails, no designs or special touches. However, if you’re getting fancy nails, go somewhere else.

Best salon l have ever been to! AMY takes pride in her work everyday. She is so talented and pays attention to details. All of the staff give great customer service. I went to fix my broken natural nail. I only intended on a one time visit, but I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s a great treat that we all deserve! Do yourself a favor and check them out!

This review is long overdue but I came here a few weeks ago to get my nails done for my birthday back in Feb. She is extremely detail-oriented - nice! I also love her warm personality which resonated throughout the salon. It is a good establishment.

Clean, efficient and professional. Tom does a great job at managing. They call to confirm appointments and if for some rare reason they aren’t on time they call you to inform you. My nail tech is amazing, I’ve had a couple others that also did a good job.

Friendly staff, young lady at check-in is very nice. Ive never been pressured for any extra services that I didnt want. Great prices for the area. Any bad reviews are stuck up I live in Wellington women that really need to get over themselves. Would recommend.

This was my first visit for a manicure. The lady who did my nails (I forgot her name! :( ) was extremely attentive to my cuticles. Price was very fair, especially for all the time and attention they gave to us. I cant wait until tomorrow.

I asked to purchase my own powder dip no one understood what I was asking or responded to my request. Also Wrong color was clearly applied.First visit, bad experience. I will not be returning.

October 2014: update: I decided to give them another chance after a friend suggested them again. This time was much better. They took me right away with the manicurist that I requested, P, and he took better care of my hands and fingers...my cuticles and nails looked clean and the nextgen color-blue, shined and looked nice. Plus, I was allowed a drop of lotion for my palms, and the overall price ended up being just $30 this time..Several months ago:The next gen nail service is too expensive and lazy. The regular gel manicure is a full manicure for $25 and the next gen service does not include a manicure, all the employee did was place the color on my nails and have me sit under the nail fan... and it is $35..and when it was done, the color powder was all over my cuticles and my hands looked dry and gross with powder and dust all over my cuticles and fingers..update: I decided to give them another chance after a friend suggested them again. This time was much better.

I should have stayed away from this place. I had a bad experience years ago, decided to give it another shot. I was happy for about a year. I went this last time (3/2) & got a full set of Nexgen like I always do. They started breaking off 3 days later. Not popping off, breaking in half. I came in for two repairs & both techs were rude. One was on her phone the entire time. I broke another nail on 3/9, called & was promised a call back from the owner. He never called. I finally had the opportunity to come in today, hoping to get the two more that broke fixed but the owner had an attitude right off the bat saying that it’s not their fault and there’s nothing they can do, that when I have Nexgen I have to be careful. I am a former nail tech and have been using Nexgen for over two years. I have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. I literally picked up a coin I dropped on the ground today and my thumb nail cracked right off. I didn’t come in a rude or accusing, I just wanted my nails fixed that I paid over $50 for. I will definitely never be back. I’m sure that doesn’t matter to these people since they can’t even be bothered to fix what they didn’t do properly to begin with.

I have been coming here for 4 years and have always received excellent service from my nail technician Tammy. Today I came in and was serviced by Lilly who did my pedicure because Tammy was not in. Lilly did an excellent job. I was assigned another technician to do my Nexgen. She began by rushing through the procedure, spilling the white powder, and cutting my finger while filing the nail. There seem to be a different shade between the cuticle and the Nexgen filling. The technician said it was due to this color having various shades. I’ve had Tammy use this color before and she has always done an excellent job but this was just poor unskillful workmanship.

They do a good job, but it is way overpriced. 27 for a pedicure and 38 for a full set, unimpressed for what I got. Could have gone to an upscale place and paid the same prices without any complaints.

The man who did my nails did them in less than 5 minutes. kept exchanging glances with other employees and they would glance at me and laugh. Was displeased with my experience & will definitely not be going back.

This was a horrible experience. I live in boynton so this was not my usual place. I had to be in the area for something so I decided to get my nails done there. The lady at the front desk could not be less inviting and warm. It actually felt like she was doing me a favor by speaking to me. Even as I was checking out I wanted to purchase my nail polish and she immediately said we don’t have it. Seems like she must have been too lazy to look because the one nice lady there offered to go take a look... and what do you know! They had it!The lady doing my nails was horrible. She made me bleed on both feet. And my one toe is super sore now and looks infected.I will say it is pretty and clean in the salon. But with so many options in the area I would definitely steer clear of this place.

Terrible my nails are ugly & the staff was being disrespectful especially the man who did my nails very rude.. all my nails are uneven & the guy even cut me while doing my nails & he didnt do anything about it & i complained constantly that it hurts .. the manager did NOTHING to help with my problem TERRIBLE PLACE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT GREAT RESULTS.

Its a hit or miss.. one visit with great service and the next was awful. And please watch out with Vivian. Depending her mood she changes what she charges you and does what ever she wants without even listening to what you had requested.

Once again another problem. Had an 11 am appt yesterday...Sunday...received a call from a boy saying it was 10:20 and I was late for a 10 am. Explained it was a 11 am and I was on my way..no good..he said 10 am..asked to please check my previous appts as they are all a Sunday at 11 am..I was told that was previous appts they do not matter...oh well..that boy was so rude and very unprofessional...time to move on instead of getting upset knowing I had given them another try....shame on me for giving them that chance

I went in 3 days ago and got a shellac manicure and on the second day the color is turning brown, very weird. the manicure it self was great even though i had a 10 oclock appmnt and wasnt started on untill at least 10:30. going back tomorrow to see if they will fix my nails cause they are supposed to last 2 weeks minimum and they are not looking to good.

After being seated for a pedicure and waiting 25 minutes without anyone helping me I walked out. Poorly run, horrible customer service. Dont go here unless you want this to be a 4 hour adventure.

I went in a couple of days ago for the first time to get my eyebrows done and The lady messed them up completely they are uneven one is arched and the other one is not also one is shorter then the other one I also had a pedicure done elsewhere and some chipped so I asked for them to fix them the same lady painted right over the old paint, I will NEVER go back there .

I went to California Nails one week ago to get a gel manacure, the guy who did my nails made them unevan so my right hands Nails were shorter than the left. He applied the gel polish unevenly and it began to peel less than a week later. My nails look like they have not been done in a month yet it has only been one week. When I went back to complain they told me there was nothing they could do and did not refund me or fix them for free. I am very unhappy with their services.

I love the people there they nice and friendly. And the customer service was ok .
