I’d give no stars if I could. I called and he told me he had one truck when I asked him what do I do so I can get the truck today he hung up on me. He told me I needed to be there by 7 and after he hung up on me I pulled up to the store 5 mins later. He had 5 trucks there, not one. Shop was closed and no one will answer the phone. Obviously he closes his shop early and the store hours are no correct. OBVIOUSLY He doesn’t want business

Says they are open on the ypages website. Its a quarter after ten on Monday morning and there are no signs of any lights on.

They keep taking money off my card and never equiped the dollie I rented and still charged me! I don’t even want to give them any stars period!

THIS PLACE DOESNT DESERVE 1 STAR THE MAN WHO HELPED ME RENT A UHAUL IS VERY RACIST AND HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE WENT ON DEC 12 TO RENT A UHAUL TO PURCHASE FURNITURE. BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN THE MAN QUOTED ME A PRICE FOR 19.95 BUT CHARGED MY CARD 44.95 DIDNT REALIZED IT UNTIL MY HUSBAND GOT OFF WORK AND LOOKED AT THE PAPER WORK. WHILE FILLING OUT PAPERWORK MY HUSBAND HEARD THE MAN QUOTE ME 19.95. HE HAD ALREADY CHARGED THE CARD BEFORE I BROUGHT THE UHAUL BACK.. I PUT THE GAS BACK IN THE UHAUL THAT WAS USED. NOW TODAY I CHECKS MY ACCOUNT THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR 111.00 STATED THAT I HAD A BALANCE..HMMMM SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT WITH THAT..SAYS THAT I WENT 78 MILES SMH..IVE NEVER IN MY LIFE DEALT WITH SCAMMERS I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE OR TO RENT FROM UHAUL..I ONLY WENT 10 MILES FROM MY RESIDENCE..IVE NEVER SEEN SUCH LIARS..THATS THE CASE WHY HAVENT THEY BEEN TRYING TO TAKE THE MONEY
