Impossible to talk with a real person. Weeks of voicemails and emails left unanswered. You also cant speak with someone in person because the door is always locked. Overall gym is decent, some pieces of equipment could use replacing. Ive been impressed with the quality of people that go here.

I’m writing this review in hopes of finally being heard by the owner- PLEASE turn down the teeny-bopper music you play at the gym!! Please????? It can be heard over our own music in our headphones and nobody here working out is a 13 year old girl who appreciates the same songs on repeat! PLEASE, CAN YOU TIRN THE MUSIC DOWN?!?!?!

Staff is really great to work with I would love to keep attending this gym but duty calls!

Cant see any prices without entering my personal info online and no one there to talk with about starting a membership staff hours are listed yet no one and no point in calling because no one ever answered the phone.....

Love this gym! The classes are great and I love that there are classes at times that are convenient for busy working moms. There’s a great variety of equipment and it’s well maintained. The ownership is friendly and do a great job maintaining a safe welcoming atmosphere for everyone that wants to workout. I’ve been to big box gyms and they feel very impersonal. Snap feels like your friendly neighborhood gym.

I was a member for over a year. Great equipment, always clean. The other members are generally considerate and just leave you to yourself.

Although I dont attend as often as I should, I have access 24/7. Nothing fancy at this location and really only use because less crowded and located so close to my residence. Really wish they would adjust monthly pricing. Lots of gyms opened in past year or two with so much more to offer, pools, kids care, rock climbing, etc for ten bucks. Although my gym offers none of this and charges nearly twice that, Ill probably stick with then for convenience and less crowds.

I love the diverse classes and the trainers are the best! They get you excited and pumped up. They really listen to your needs. The facility is well maintained and the staff and owners listen to and react to the needs of the clientele. I love this gym!

Gym is good enough, thats until you want to cancel your membership.I decided to cancel mine due to the fact it is too far of a drive from me since I live in Washington Terrace.The female I talked to was rude and tells me that if I cancel and decide to come back, it would be about $10 more a month.Needless to say I wont be coming back.

I love the atmosphere. I love that only Monday nights are when they’re “packed” and even then it’s not super bad! The management is always doing their best to fix equipment that may be damaged. Very friendly and welcoming to all.

Not really pleased with this facility. It’s small which could be nice but not enough room when the gym is packed and equipment is very old. The lady that was in the big back room tonight was very rude to me about not being able to work out in there due to the class that there was that night, which I totally understand but could’ve been a lot nicer about approaching me rather then feeling like I’ve been kicked out. I’ll be cancelling my membership and going elsewhere.

Love this gym and all they have to offer. The owners are great to work with. I love that you can go to the gym anytime. The gym is always clean and its in a great location. Everything youd want in a gym and wont break the bank.

Excellent price and super convenient hours (obviously, its open 24 hours). It can be hard to make during the staffed hours to sign up but you can also sign up online.Excellent free weight selection and convertible machine selection. It is a little small but I go in the middle of the night so it doesnt matter, whatever I want is available. Large number of treadmills for the space but small number of ellipticals (and they are unusual to use based on previous ones Ive seen). Overall very happy with my membership here.

Amazing gym. Very clean, very organized place. All machines are nice and everything functions properly.

This place is clean, medium size, great equipment and not intimidating. I LOVE the classes.. and even a tanning option! Great job SNAP fitness!

Somehow its a small gym, but still not as packed as VASA down the street. Everything is organized and clean; especially compared to VASA. My two complaints are: 1) if you leave a voicemail, they never call back 2) its supposedly a flat $25/mo. with no annual, maintenance, or hidden fees and that is not the case; they just charged an extra $15 in April. That goes against everything they were trying to stand for... very disappointed.

Love that it is open 24/7. No contract. Reasonable monthly fee. Not crowded.

Very small but great place to work out

This gym is terrible I tried to get a pass today, called 5 times and came here and the door was locked. I rang the bell and kept calling but nothing. Word to the wise, if you want new clients it would probably be smart to answer your damn phone or front door. Lost a customer
