This salon is wonderful! I have been utilizing services for about 5 years. I make regular appointments and I am thoroughly pleased. Polite, friendly, inviting, clean, safe. The BEST!

Got a mani/pedi here yesterday and they did a wonderful job. Advise making an appointment to avoid longer wait. Very relaxing environment and talented techs. Reasonable prices for nice treatments. Gulden is very sociable and welcoming. Will return soon. ☺️

*edit* The owner reached out to me to apologize and ask if Id give them another chance, and I did. I got a pedicure for myself and was happy with the service/experience, and thought it was sweet that she took the time to reach out to me!I took my grandma here last week to get a pedicure. The classic Pedi was $30, which was a tiny bit more expensive than I wouldve thought, but not unreasonable. She really enjoyed the service itself but I was unimpressed with customer service. The girl doing her toes didnt introduce herself, had an airpod in one ear the entire time, and maybe said like 10 words to us. And since she was the only one working in a dead store, I wouldve thought shed pay a little more attention to her one customer. But guess Ill go somewhere else next time! (3 stars)

I love Guldens Nail Spa. Its the only salon ill go to for services. I go regularly for shellac manicures. I also get pedicures, eye brown waxing, and most recently a facial. Gulden and Anisa are wonderful! They are personal and very professional. I will not go anywhere else!

I loved going to Guldens! I was in town for a wedding and needed my nails done. The social experience was EVERYTHING. Her personality was amazing and her customer service skills were out of this world. Unfortunately, the quality of her service has shown to be lacking. My pedicure was not worth 40 dollars and my gel manicure hasn’t lasted a full week. Two of my nails are peeling. I would love to return to get it fixed, but I can’t justify driving an hour to be hustled again. I felt like she conned me and my friend into being best friends with her, but even his nails were peeling the next day. Guldens is an excellent place for a social interaction and good conversation, but not a good place for a high class mani/pedi.

I was in a hurry to get a manicure done and decided to go to Guldens for the first time! Let me tell you that will be my LAST TIME!!! It was the worst experience of my life. I asked for a dark red nail polish and was given this ugly maroon color. I has in a hurry that day so I wasnt bothered by the color being that ugly. I then asked for a bottle of moscato to which Gulden herself responded We are all out! Like what?????? I decided to leave right after that fiasco. 2 days later my chipped. I am not impressed.

Gulden does a great job! She is warm, welcoming, and very honest in what she recommends. She will let me know if a certain service is not needed. That feels good to know she isnt just selling services but actually listening and talking with me to learn what my needs are. I appreciate that she takes the time to talk with me.

All I can say is this has been the only nail salon to impress me in this town. My pedicure was AMAZING along with my shellac. Courtney is amazing at what she does and just an overall sweetheart. She has definitely won me over as a new and loyal client 😁😁😁

Terrific experience. Took my daughters and mother (3 generations) and everyone was pleased. The atmosphere and vibe are fun, welcoming, and relaxing. The owner and her staff are sweet and professional. Will be back many times

I went in for a pedicure and it was the best! Tonya did a great job! Everyone is very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and everything looked very clean and organized. I will definitely be a regular customer.

My first visit was 04/11/19 for a pedicure. I received mediocre service. The pedicure was just basic although I paid for the lavender. The nail tech spoke NO English and it was just difficult communicating with her. I called the next day 04/12/19 and spoke with Gulden the owner and she assure me that they normally provided stellar service. I told her I wanted a shellac manicure and she said come in at 5:30 pm and she would personally do my nails. Well she was the WORST and unprofessional. She had me wait while she did another customer nails. I had an appointment. Once she got to me she didn’t even cut my cuticles, she did a horrible job filling and shaping my nails. I wanted to walk out since she was acting like I was inconveniencing her. Once she finished I was like ohhh that’s it? Worst manicure EVER! My friend saw my nails the next day and said they either have no clue how to do a manicure or they just do supar work. I agree with all of it! My rating is 0 stars for the owner being rude and wasting my time and $$.

I’m always pleased at Gulden’s. The facility is clean, comfortable and relaxing. Gulden has added a fun line of boutique fashions. Aneesa makes my fingers and toes beautiful and is pleasant to visit with.

The float pods are just about the best thing ever.

Gulden is amazing, my daughter and I wont let anyone else touch our nail but her.

Friendly customer service, just very disappointed that one of my nails polish peeled off hours after having them done. I got a gel manicure and know it definitely should have lasted much longer. $35 down the drain.☹

Wonderful! I went this morning a got a mani pedi And it was wonderful! Gulden is so sweet and she did a wonderful job! The whole place is clean and everybody speaks English as if it’s their first language! I did not have any problems and I will definitely be back! a gem hidden in Springfield try it out!! Also, gulden greeted me when I came in. Although she was working on someone else she told me to pick out a polish andran my water so I wouldn’t have to wait. She is a very sweet lady and I find it hard to believe that anyone’s review saying she’s rude and doesn’t speak English is telling a bold face lie. She only spoke English to me and was very sweet and kind. 💜thanks gulden! I’ll be back

I absolutely love this place!! Being diagnosed with Celiac has been a struggle to say the least. My hair and nails are brittle because of that. I went here for the 1st time a few weeks ago after a salon did exactly what I asked them not to!!! Acryllics destroy nails anyway - but I definitely cant afford to have them! The staff here was very patient and took the time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it. I would highly recommend this salon - very relaxing atmosphere!!

I love this place! Friendly courteous staff & excellent service. I had both mani & pedi which I am very pleased with. I will be back as a regular client from now on. Im so thankful I found them because of their billboard sign.

I recently had a mani-pedi and the service was incredible. The decor is upscale and it has a true spa feel to it, relaxing and exceptionally clean. I found the staff to be really friendly and do great work. Its great to walk into a nail salon and feel that you are getting great customer service and that they focus on you.

The owner is crazy! She is extremely rude to her staff and even some clients. Her staff is nice but she is nuts!
