I usually always come here for my nails and its always 10/10. I called to make an appointment at 4pm and was told to come in at 6pm. I came in at 6 and they were taking walk-ins before me, told me they were backed up and to come back some other time. Most of the time its a pleasant experience with excellent results, but they need to work on their appointment filing system.

Hi husband to many different salons but this one is absolutely the best I will literally wait on a waiting list or wait days until theres an opening in order to have my nails done here

I called and made an appointment telling them I wanted a french manicure. The woman shaped my nails and started painting on my nails. Not what I wanted, told her not what I wanted and got charged $20 for clear paint on my nails. Second time I have come here and its the second time they messed up from not listening.

Its 2021 Im shocked about this nail salon or any other around Springfield can do a polygel nail Im allergic to acrylic and the glue so I have to get a polygel nail so I dont break out

The women were all very friendly but the man was rushed and kind of rude. He would start without asking any of us what we wanted. There was several of us. We all got pedis, which went wonderfully. Then we all got a full set, that was where the problem was. One person asked for long stelletos and got short almond instead. She tried talking to him about it, but eventually gave up when it was obvious he wasnt listening. My nails turned out great but they were super simple. We wont be going back

First visit since stay-at-home order. Really on top of health issues. Wash hands prior to choosing polish. Fill out health form and have temp taken. New plexiglass dividing pedicure chairs, as well as between technician and customer. Plexiglass between customer and tech at manicure seats, also. In addition to feeling safe and comfortable, received my usual beautiful pedicure from very nice tech. All welcomed me back after I quickly lowered mask to smile. Great to see them. Make appointment for faster service.

This was my first time going to this nail salon and I must say this will be the only place I go my nails looking amazing and every tech there is very nice and this salon is amazingly clean!!!!!!!

Best Basic Pedicure EVER! Very nice people and efficient!

Very poor service on a pedi! Wanted my toes nails shorter and the lady refused except on the edge where she took a big chuck of nail and skin. Caused it to bleed and asked me did it hurt. Kept yanking my foot twisting it to straighten it up. Finally I said please stop thats how it is .My sister wanted a full set and a pedi. She was told she could get a full set but not a pedi she would have to come back tomorrow. But 3 women walk in and they get a pedi.

I made an appointment to get my nails done for 4pm. I called to make the appointment and asked how long the whole experience would take. I was told it would take 30-45mins. This is why I made my appointment for 4pm because I had other appointments afterwards. I arrived at 4pm and was sat within 10min. I left at 4:35pm with no pedicure because no one ever came to help me. No one started my water and no one spoke to me. Beyond disappointed as this was the only time I had to get this done before vacation.

I booked an appointment for 5 PM, the appointment was to get two full sets and one pedicure for my best friends wedding. We got here at 5, and they didnt even call us to start until 5:20! And they tried to call other people ahead of us! Not only that, but they only took two out of three of us and the other girl wasnt called up until almost 6 because they took other people without appointments before her!!!!! The nails themselves look good, but if you have time constraint or any reason at all to get an appointment then dont bother!

Let me say that I have had my acrylic nails and pedicures done here several times. I like Lee and his wife and they do great work... HOWEVER, their customer service, wait times and business practices are not acceptable. When you walk in. They say we can do it right away. Twenty minutes later, itll be another hour. They take customers with appointments but dont tell you to make one so you just wait and wait and wait. I have to pay a sitter to get my nails done, it should be relaxing. I left with a stress headache and undone nails. Got them done at Luxury nails on Miller lane in Dayton and loved it.

My full set done by Mr. Lee was absolutely flawless. Never have my nails looked this naturally! Ive gotten so many compliments on the color. Im in awe! Thank you Mr. Lee.

Went here three times and all three have been with a different tech just in case a tech was new or whatever. ALL three times have been horrible. First time i got a simple full set and my nails came out looking like shovels pointed in the air...still dont know how that was even possible. Second time I just needed a color change and the lady argued with me over what color I could do, and thirdly I just needed a fill and color. She says shes not doing pink powder shes gonna do white against my wishes then charges me $58 for a fill and gel color??? I coulda got a new set for that price. Granted I was polite and just went elsewhere after but come on...

Was looking for a new salon and went to this one and signed in. There were a few people in front of me so I waited approximately an hour until the technician started taking people who had arrived after I had. When I Asked how much longer it would be and they realize their mistake, they told me it would be another hours wait. If I could give them a 0 instead of a one, I would. They wasted an hour of my time period.. Awful customer service… I will NEVER be back.

I will not go anywhere else. Have been to naIL spa on Miller Lane and one on 202. Does not even compare. Always been excellent and lasts atleast 4 -6 weeks until nails grow out. Never chips off.
