Dennis was very good .. he cared how my nails looked and took his time on them.. he was very good at helping me pick the colors i would like, and i really enjoyed him.. thank you. Ill be back!

While at first I really loved my nails not even a week after getting them they have started to chip in some places due to the inconsistent nail thickness. I was really happy with them and suggested my friend to go to them and they were completely awful to her. I went in was told I would have to wait and I figured I would since I was just a walk in and ended up waiting 45 min for them to even get started with my nails. Not to mention how disorganized they are and the very small selection of dip powders.

Took a long time however I love my nails. I took a side view cause the last place I went they were thick but these are not!! great job

My daughter and I went on a whim and they got us in right away. We both got a pedi and both ladies were very nice and our piggies look beautiful

They have a lot of pedicure options and the nail tech I had did a good job. However, its really dirty! At one point it started to smell really bad and I discovered the smell was coming from some mystery liquid draining out of a plastic pipe coming out of the wall and draining into a hole in the floor.

My experience at this establishment was a disgrace! They definitely are over priced for the service they particularly provide. Their customer service was horrible and they were very unprofessional. One of the nail techs told me that I should go back to the nail salon that I usually go to if I did not like their prices. Secondly, I showed the nail techs a picture of how I wanted my nails which was a no color dip, very natural. Long story short, they did what they wanted. Two different people worked on my nails concurrently and it shows. They were rushing because it was time for them to close. I called the next day and expressed to John that I was not satisfied with my nails and he gave me the option of coming back and taking the dip off and refunding me my money. When I did return after John told me to come back, I convyed to him that I was on my way, I would be there within 15 minutes. Once I arrived another nail tech told me that he was gone for the day and that they knew of nothing regarding me coming in. She told me to come back the following day. At that point I just gave up.

My favorite so far. My mom n I drive all the way across town to Nail Bar because they are always friendly and ready to serve you! Ryan is my go to guy, but they all do a wonderful job! They give you exactly what you ask for! Here are a few examples:

I’ve visited this salon in the past to get acrylic manicures and I’ve always been pretty pleased with the service. But today has definitely changed my disposition towards this shop. My friend and I came to get a regular no-chip along with a fill-in for an acrylic set. She was taken care of first (no issue, i get how long sets can take) but i was seated off to the side waiting for someone to take care of me. It wasn’t until 20 minutes later a tech (who was working on another client) came and simply applied cuticle oil to my nail beds. After waiting an additional 15-20 minutes, i was approached by a different tech but at that point my friends fill-in was done and I didn’t want to have to make her wait (since we’re both on schedules). The whole reason for appointments is to establish set times where clients can get their nails done with the intention of being timely and mindful of the business they have in their day. It felt crummy to not only have to wait 30-40 minutes to get service after making appointments, but also to see other open nail techs take other clients who just arrived versus someone who had been waiting.(Only gave it two stars bc the tech did offer to give me a free mani but unfortunately due to my schedule as a working college student with finals, I could not stay passed the appointed time)

Awesome. Everyplace else that I go my nails wind up falling off. I tend to be hard on them. Ive only had two barely lift. Giang does an amazing job.

Tom did my full set for the first time today & let me tell you, it will not be the last time! He is amazing! I took a picture in of the nail design that I wanted & he got it perfectly! He paid so much attention to the details and made this experience amazing! This is definitely my go to nail salon! Abby took my appointment over the phone & was very professional as well! She helped me get in right away & helped with any questions that I had! We will definitely be back! We love Nail Bar 66 😍

I had made an appointment and was taken care of right away. I came for a full set one time and i like it a lot! but when i came back for a fill in, I ended up not liking the set, the length and shape isn’t the same and the set I did want no one could do it and it was very upsetting because I really wanted the set. I love the color, but the set itself isn’t satisfying and bothering me that it’s not the same shape or length.

Recently moved to Springfield and looking for the best place to get my nails done. Gave this place three opportunities and boy was I disappointed! One of the gentleman that did my nails was very frustrated because I didn’t want shellac asked me several times why I did not want it and why I only wanted regular polish. Try to overcharge me. After I’d already been quoted the price. Second time I went in was told it be a 10 minute wait waited for 45 minutes and then was told I needed to make an appointment. Although they clearly have a sign on the door that says walk-ins welcome! Will not ever frequent this place again nor will I recommend it! Very disappointing

Half of the photos they’ve uploaded themselves are watermarked from another nail artist or screenshotted and not even cropped from things like ebay listings. They very clearly googled detailed nail art that looks nowhere close to the work they put out. I planned on visiting here but when I saw that I changed my mind. If they have to lie about their work it isn’t good enough to them even.

I walked into the nail salon and showed them a picture of ombre heat nails and they promised they have the products and were able to do it. So the young guy who is dumb and can’t speak no English at all removed my old nail and started putting new ones he they told me that they didn’t have it and to pick another color or they can do the same with dip powder and it would look the same. During the first nail I informed the nail technician that I didn’t like it and he threw a fit, and he cut off what he had done.Then what I think was his brother was the one who spoke English to me and told me to leave. and sent me out the store looking like this (picture posted down below) and when I asked him who is the manager he told me he can’t tell me who the manager was. Horrible service for a nail salon I went to on a regular basis was was willing to spend money at even though the young workers ones always have an attitude but this time was outrageous. They shouldn’t run the store without a supervisor.

The nail tech (Jimmy)that did my nails was very rough with my hands and he got an attitude when I decided to change the shape of my nails. This was my second time here. I enjoyed the pedicure I got, the girl that did it was very thorough and nice. I will be back but I dont want Jimmy doing my nails.

I absolutely love this nail salon. They’re all very polite, it’s very clean and welcoming. My nails have never looked bad, they always make sure I’m happy with them before I leave and they always last about three weeks, if not longer. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been all over Springfield and tried MANY different nail salons but this is by far the best one and will never go anywhere else! The staff is very warm and welcoming not to mention my nails always look fantastic when I leave. The pedicure are is very relaxing and would recommend that if you want great service please try this one. I promise it won’t disappoint! I do suggest calling first b/c they do get busy very quickly but that has never been problem for me personally.

Enjoyed a pedicure by Dee Dee. She was awesome. She took her time and did a wonderful job on my feet. I am very pleased with the service and look forward to my next visit with Dee Dee.

Happy I found this place while here! Walked-in and got a wonderful pedicure and full set gel nails. The staff were so nice! The environment was relaxing, up to date and clean. I definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to stop back in when back in the area!

I love this nail place. The staff are friendly. It is a relaxing environment. They get to know their customers. Recently, they got a 3D printer to put designs on nails. They have this relaxing and amazing pedicure that is gel. Its interesting to get. Id recommend that.

Everyone in there is nice except an older gentleman who is extremely rude. Visited nail salon twice thinking he was having a bad day. The gentleman was even more rude and aggressive when doing nails. I do not pay for rudeness or aggressiveness and will not be back!

Paid $90 for pedi, mani and soak off. $30 for the pedi which is very nice. $60 for soak off and nails is ridiculous!! The girl Abby must’ve been new or tired my nails are so thin that they broke off. I’m assuming she didn’t use enough acrylic. She was very friendly and had nice convo but the way my nails look are ridiculous!! I will not b going back and don’t recommend this shop to anyone. Went in at 1045 got done at 234 slow as ever 😒

The first time i went i really liked my nails and had great service. The last few times i had the opposite experience. They were rushing and one of them charged 5$ extra then the other few times for coffin shape nails when i hadn’t had to pay previously. They also use MMA acrylics which is harder to remove with acetone and is illegal in some states. I don’t recommend.

I have been to this nail shop 3 times. I had been getting dip/powder and seeing one specific person, Shay (female). I waited 35 minutes. Sometimes, you have to wait, I understand that. Then I have a man start having me soak the dip off. Then he starts working on me while the girl I normally see, starts doing my friend. I said to myself, okay how bad could he possibly mess it up? Wrong decision. He messed my nails up so bad that I will NEVER come back. First of all, it is not a race and you dont have to rush through the entire thing, which he did. He completely messed up the shape of MY REAL NAILS. And I have so many open cuts on my fingers from the DRILL!!! Then when he said he was done, they were lumpy and bumpy. He re-did two but they look terrible. I was very mad, disappointed, and I should have went back to get them fixed but i have so many cuts/open wounds from him, it will hurt to soak in the chemicals. Also, the shape looks so awful, I have to cut them all down & start over.Go at your own risk and beware of the drill.

Called ahead and made an appointment. Arrived on time and sat in pedicure chair waiting for 15 minutes and decided not to wait any longer. Would recommend tidying the place some! Will not return.

This is a nice facility but they were a bit to slow for me. Dont know if this is their norm, but it took over .45 minutes just to get my eyebrows arched. The tech was friendly in a non-verbal way, but she did a great job.

Not only did they try to charge me $18 more than what I was initially told they proceeded to laugh and ask me if I was sure about the color I picked... very unprofessional will not return. Overpriced for mediocre service at best.

If i could give 5 NEGATIVE stars I would!!!! Dont waste your time or money! They are Rude and Unskilled!!!!!LIES!!!!!! I asked for a specific design before I picked my color or sat down or anything which said it could be done! Then after putting color on you got up n said let me get girl to SEE IF SHE CAN DO DESIGN?? 💁🏽 She instantly sits down and says she cant do it. I said if I had known that Never would have sat down at all! She then proceeds to pull out odd colors to create her own design 💁🏽! I say No she then yrys the design i want with failure and gets mad because I dont like it and walks away leaving me sitting there for 30 Minutes all while Your Other Customers are shaking their heads about her actions! This is not the 1st time I have received bad service from her! my fault shouldve learned the 1st time!! You have lost a good loyal customer and plenty of referrals! Shame on you! I will be speaking NEGATIVE about your business to anyone I can from here on out!!

Worst nail place ever. My wife went here and ended up with short, thick, crooked nails. They were hideous. We left half way through and the woman still tried to charge us. Went don’t the street to magic nails and they fixed her nails in minutes! Thank goodness!

My first time there and chase was awesome! He took his time and did an amazing job.

When we came and asked the price for a full set, we were told 28 dollars a piece, we were then pointed to a basket of polishes that we later found out costed more, but we were not informed of that at the time. We are two teenage girls who were fully taken advantage of and tricked into spending a lot more than we were originally told.

Came here with my sister and daughter for pedicures and manicure. We spent $173 only to have chipped polish and nails repaired the following day. Got here and was told it would be a 10 minute wait ... over 30 minutes later I ended up fixing my daughters polish myself, and sister still waiting to be fixed/finished. We wont return.

This salon is not a good choice. I felt very insulted and embarrassed.I did walk-in and they said they were busy with appointments and so cannot do mine. A minute after a new customer arrived and then the lady sitting in front desk called the next appointment person got information that she is cancelling and took that new customer in for service but not me. I was the one to arrive before. Why wasn’t the same done when I asked for service? She did this right in front of me. I will never again go to this place.

Does really pretty nails but sometimes is really packed. The nails are worth it though.

Do not go here!! Unless you want to be insulted, fat-shamed, and racially discriminated against. Its like a terrible frat house. Most nail techs are young guys who have no clue how to professionally talk to their (mostly women) customers. I was asked, How far along I was and when I tried to explain that Im not freakin pregnant his response was, Oh so you dont know how many months. Really?!? I was so upset & my relaxing spa day was ruined. I spoke to the manager and he apologized. While the manager was finishing my nails I witnessed one nail tech loudly joking to customers about how they could get anything they want waxed- even their eye balls. But heres the kicker (and real reason for my rant - bc this is completely unacceptable) - a popular Nelly song came on and one obnoxious nail tech says very loudly, Oh yeah BABY I bet you know ALL the words to this one.. he was talking to the ONLY African American woman in the entire room. She took it with such grace and smiled politely. But I was appalled. This place has a locker room mentality. I got half price off my service for my original nail techs idiotic comments and my nails look ok, but I certainly will never return.
