Jasmine can’t go wrong. She’s incredibly focused and detailed with each nail. 🥰She did the blue and white set first—I loved it. Then I let her have full control of the orange, yellow and green set, and phew. I know she’s my go-to from now on.

I will premise this with I am a creature of habit once I find a place I like (even if its not perfect or 100% what I want) I go and wont go anywhere else. I am aware that this limits me on trying new places and potentially finding somewhere that I 100% love. Until today. Up until today Ive been going to the same nail salon down the street from this place. Theyre great dont get me wrong, and I would probably still be using them except today I needed a specific color that they didnt have. Because they didnt have the color match I needed i was forced to look for a new place in a pinch. Time was a limiting factor for me so I drove to the next closest nail salon which just so happened to be Omni. I will never go anywhere else again, not because Im a creature of habit but because of the point blank operational excellence.I run a small business so I understand how hard it can be to provide the kind of customer service and support at all levels. From start to finish I was blown away. Every single employee was friendly and engaging and in charge. They helped me find exactly what I needed, they took me as a walk in. There was almost no wait even though they looked pretty busy.My nail tech was Vi and let me say I have NEVER had a more perfect full set of acrylics. Perfect shape and perfect gel polish with perfect length. no blemishes no funky corners. I didnt even know my nails could be this symmetrical.Not only was I blown away, but then when I went to check out it was CHEAPER than the place Ive been going.Its so rare to find a place that impressed me 110% and I now have that.Thank you Omni and thank you Vi!

Good quality work for a gel set, but did not receive the the image I showed the tech to replicate. She steered me to select an opaque base instead of clear for the design I wanted.

The tech was so nice and tried her best, but she really struggled. Took a long time, they were doing my nail and doing someone else at the same time. My nails werent too bad if you dont look too close. One design was different from the other. My friend had 5 different colors with cool designs and got hers for 55 which is why I went there cause she recommended. Spoke so highly of them. I got one color with less designs than hers for almost 70 plus I tipped thinking would pay 65 max due to the inconvenience I had to go through. Everyone is nice. Overall not too bad of an experience, but I would not go back.

The worst nail shop I ever went to. This was my first time there I wasn’t greeted properly I had a long wait before someone began my toes. I had to talk to nail tech through the whole process I didn’t get a great service for $30They are very confrontational when Asking for a good service. If you are of any black descendants. Don’t go there. Please do not reply with the message. My nails still look horrible

Lovely experience getting my nails done at Omni today. Hollywen did a fantastic job with my fill, and the rest of the staff were professional and fun to talk to. Definitely coming back!

They do a decent job and the salon is very clean and sanitary in their procedures, but they are extremely expensive and their polishes are so clumpy and thick that color tends to come out uneven. The callous removal and massages arent as good as Ive had at other places. For the amount they charge, they should be. The workers are very nice compared to other places. Location is convenient for me but I want to get other places near me.

This was heaven. Today was my 2nd time being there, this time alone and it was a better experience than before. Even though I ended up falling asleep, so now I will be getting my pedicure and massage today. My nails came out beautifully!!!

Terrible place with unprofessional service. They made a horrible job and refused to fix it in a VERY rude way. Moreover, I got a crazy amount of little cuts after my manicure and ended up with infected cuticle. Please avoid this place if you value your health. And they commented below that this comment was made during pandemic. Well, I just didn’t even want to take my time and deal with this unprofessional people. This horrible nails were done in the beginning of March right before the pandemic. Avoid this place. Horrible!

I went in for a full set and with in a few hours my set was lifting from my nails and it was painful. After further inspection I also noticed the gel polish was also not done well, the technician missed so many spots and the acrylic powder was super thick. I know I should of examined my nails further. By the time I started noticing the pain the salon was closed and I had to go to another place to get my nails redone.I’ve been here before and I’ve gotten a pedicure and that was perfect but this time around was not so great.

Updated:They earned the extra star this evening!We had to go back to shorten my girls nails this evening because of sports. Vee and Hannah helped us tonight and they were amazing. I believe weve found it!We got 5 manicures and one pedicure. My mom was given start treatment with her mani/pedi combo. They gave her the works and she loved the warm hand treatments.My oldest daughter got a gel mani without length and it was adorably done. Shes special needs and they were so patient with her. My second daughter and my niece got acrylic and the lovely ladies did a phenomenal job.I received an SNS, or dip, set and was happy with everything with the exception of how rough the technician was with my hands. A couple of times I had to pull my hand up to signal the heat of the drill was too much. Other than that theyre really nicely done.They double checked the quality of the work before we left which made us all feel it was worth the price we paid.Two reasons I didnt give a perfect 5 star review. Wed called two hours ahead of time to book the 5 appts, yet when we showed up we werent sat anywhere near each other. A couple here, another couple there, and someone sitting by themselves. The whole point is to enjoy the ladies day out together. And the other reason was the roughness of the technician. Although she did a great job on my set she seemed preoccupied with other things... texting while she was working on me, constantly checking over her shoulder for someone I saw eventually walk in. She was rushed and not focused. One of my nails needed an extra top coat, which they fixed, but had she not been so rushed to finish my set she wouldnt have missed it in the first place.Great service though and thank you for catching that one detail on my set and addressing it.

Words cannot express exactly how Pam & Nini take care of me. I know, without a doubt, I have the ugliest, dirty, dry, cracked feet in Mira Mesa. Pam is my main gal, and I work 24/7 in Scripps Ranch and take care of a paralyzed woman. I come in, all ugly and leave absolutely beautiful and feel good all over. I tip high, but worth every penny. I no longer go to my hometown salon, Ive been going to Pam for years at Omni.💞

Fully amazing service and quality!! Great location, clean and nice facility and awesome service👍I have gotten my nails done at a lot of places and I get an unusual service. Being a guitar player, I only need one hand to be done and the other not. Most places I go are totally confused by this and it takes a couple times before they get it. The moment I told Omni what I needed they were like “oh yeah, no problem, we have done that before.” And they did a fantastic job!Nice to be in good hands😎

Made an appointment over the phone, arrived to salon 15 minutes early, I was taken care of right away.I had a full set ombre French manicure with 2 nail design and the Pamper Me Pedi also French color pedicure.My full set is what Ive always wanted and very beautiful. Wen did a beautiful job taking her time and taking pride in her work.The pedicure was another plus. Heather was the technician for my pedicure. She also did an amazing job taking her time and making me relax with the items below.- Eucalyptus aromatherapy spa serum- Callus treatment- Mineral ice exfoliation scrub- Lavender rose cooling gel application- Botanical ice hydrating mask- Super hydrating paraffin treatment- 15-minute relaxing massage- Pretty polish application.Im definitely coming back. So happy.

Nails are strong anx last a long time. The upcharge and the sneaky ways of getting you to pay more for gel and such is why I only give 4 stars. They charged me for a higher cost service than what I received and would not change it. I wish they would have handled this better because now I do not wish to come back.

My gel manicure with Angie was awesome! Everything was super clean and they had lots of colors to choose from. The basic polish was 15 with an added on 20 for gel. Great price and great service... will definitely be back!

Best father daughter date night was a pedicure at this place. Complementary water while we waited and a huge flat screen to watch Television during the Christmas season. Omni Nails is new, but it is a GREAT place to go to for all your nails needs. I really got a PERFECT fill today for my nails. Love the nails shape Hollywen did for me. It’s they’re SOFT OPENING month so they give 20% off on everything.I usually bounce around to different places for my nails because I haven’t found anyone that do it right, but this place will have my business from now on.The place is very new and clean inside. All spa chairs are new and modern so you don’t have to worry about germs and everything because they used the disposable pedicure spa liner for each customer.The staffs working here were extremely nice, professional and polite. They were very focused on working and did not chit chat or rush their services.They made a huge effort to make sure everyone was happy and all so they offer red wine or champagne or bottle water while you getting your nails work on.I’m glad I found Omni Nails. I’ll definitely refer my friends and family to go here. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY 👍☺️

Omni nails formerly Serenity nails has just undergone new ownership. Ive been going to this salon for over 12 years and have seen many changes. The new owners have implemented a point system where you can earn discounts based on points you accrue for each visit. I love this new system. With their current 20% off grand opening special you can’t beat the prices and it’s a great time to try a new salon if you haven’t been there before. I will only see one nail stylist for my manicures and pedicures. NY NY does an exceptional job. She always try’s to help accommodate busy schedules. She listens to what you like and makes solid recommendations if you aren’t sure, she goes the extra mile and gets to know her customers preferences and remembers them. She shares her cell phone number with her regular customers so you can text her to Schedule and she is very thoughtful and sends holiday texts out as well. Omni has many great nail stylist but NY NY has my loyalty. She also does brow waxing and some other services.

I started coming here about half a year ago during their soft opening. I lived close by, so I wanted to check out this convenient location. The first two visits were pleasant, service as expected. The game changer for me was meeting Hannah!!! A part of me didnt want to write her name because she might get too popular(haha)!!! BUT, she deserves the recognition. Shes really skilled and meticulous, also gentle - a critical factor for me because I have thin cuticles and sensitivity. Not only is she talented, but she is a genuinely awesome human being. I am not someone who gets her nails done every other week, but I am pretty set on having Hannah and Omni nails take care of my spa needs forever.

I love this place. Everyone here is professional and provide the absolute best customer service I see Holly and she has been doing my nails for over a year She is sweet and extremely talented. She is always able to bring my vision to life. Holly is amazing! If you want to relax and receive 5 star service, this is the place to go.

We always have fun when I’m in there which makes it even more enjoyable :)When I get my nails and toes done, they do them at the same time and all of the ladies do a fantastic job on my toes so I don’t have to request anyone in particular.The nail salon has a great atmosphere and everyone is super friendly. You will always get offered a refreshment and even champagne.Would totally recommend Omni Spa to anyone looking for an upscale yet reasonably priced place to get their nails done :)

Covid alert! All customers wear a mask when entering the salon but workers do not. They walk in the front door all the way to the back and around the salon before starting work. When I said something one of them said “we know the rules. Why are you always so difficult”. If you are like me and have health issues don’t go here. The rudeness makes it worse.

Came here and got my nails done by Nyny and Anne. Never disappointed by their pedicures. Nyny was very attentive and careful with my nails. I liked that she asked me for feedback about my nail color and shape during my manicure. I was very happy with my experience and will continue to come!

This was my first time having a spa type day. Heather was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and was a total professional. Amazing customer service and a wonderful nail experience. My co-worker and I came here for a mani/pedi and were in awe of how wonderful the service was. We were handed a glass of delicious flavored champagne upon arrival and were treated so kindly. They did an excellent job on both our nails, we were very happy. An extra plus is that this place is amazingly clean and modern which is such a breath of fresh air for a nail salon. Will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Omni since it was Happy Nails 18 years ago. There are 4 technicians (Jennie, Ann, NyNy, and JoAnn) who has worked there for 19 plus years and I highly recommend them. As for the place currently, it’s clean and ran efficiently.

This place is really close to my boyfriend’s and I wanted to get my nails done in time for our trip. I always pass by this place when I go into this plaza and wanted to check it out. I called ahead of time to see what the prices were for a basic pedicure and full set of acrylics and asked for the wait time. There wasn’t a wait time so the worker told me to walk-in anytime before 4 since they close at 5 on Sundays. I think the worker who did my acrylics’ name was either Mimi or Nini and she did such a great job on my ombré oval-shaped set! I love them so much. I didn’t get the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but she did such a good job too. I just got a pedicure last week at a place near my house and they did such a horrible job so I’m really happy that I came here. Thank you so much! I plan on coming back again :)
