Love them! Left my old nail salon that was treating me badly and I don’t regret it at all! Service is amazing, appointments are easy to set and I always get the time I need and when I check in I’m promptly seated and helped. Always offer me a drink, and they’re so friendly! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

On march 20, 2020 I got a full acrylic set. It is now the 28th & I took my nail polish off to do a different color & ALL my NAILS are lifted. Im beyond upset. 8 days later & they look like this. It really sucks because I like this place. Its nice, clean & a friendly environment. Also I had 1 nail pop off 6 days after having them done. Acrylic nails should be on there with no lifting for at least 3 weeks. Very disappointing....

Highly recommend this place! The best nails I have ever gotten done! Felt very comfortable and had down to earth conversations with the people there.

The facility is really nice. However, I got a dip manicure yesterday (5 PM) with that unicorn glitter on the tips. By 8 PM, the top coat along with the glitter completely fell off all of my nails and left the matte dip color that was underneath. On top of this, it seemed like my nail tech was very unorganized as we was looking for my nail color for probably 10 minutes. He also didnt have great customer service. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted and let him know that, but he never asked to look at it and my nails did not turn out how I wanted. Once his next appointment showed up, I could sense him rushing and I would assume that is why the top coat and glitter has fallen off. The quality is bad and so is the customer service.After reading previous reviews about not receiving a refund, I did not think it would be worth it to waste more of my time arguing. I will not be coming back to this business and will continue to be on the hunt for a good nail salon in Springfield.

This was my first pedicure ever! I was super nervous about getting a pedicure, (not just nervous, but panic attack worthy stressed) but Heidi made me feel safe, comfortable and normalized my feet. Ive been dealing with painful ingrown toenails for years and even had them cut out twice by a Doctor, growing them back in was super painful and still causing problems (couldnt wear shoes that covered my toe because of the pain). Heidi was able to assess my issues and fixed them to where they now dont hurt at all and are way prettier!! Thanks so much Lavish and Heidi!

Hands down best nail salon in Springfield! I wont go anywhere else anymore. Offered a drink, had interested things to watch on the TV. Comfy place to sit while waiting(they are busy!), but were happy to squeeze me in without an appointment! Have the most options for dip powder!

This is by far the best place to get your nails done in Springfield. I always do the dip manicure, and it lasts for a month. These guys take their time to make sure its right. Great color selection, comfortable atmosphere, and fair prices. Incredible customer service--I always have great conversations with the techs, and they are super friendly and accommodating. This is the only place I will ever go.Make sure to call early to get an appointment, as it is usually busy and appointments fill quickly.

Very unprofessional workplace and incompetent workers (except for the receptionist). Will not be coming back. True Beauty Nails however has amazing customer service and the best nail techs in town, I highly recommend!!

I normally would never leave a review, but this place really pushed my buttons. I came in there with a clear dip+gel manicure that was done in Russia. I asked to do the same clear dip+gel formula here, but my nail tech said there is no need to do it this way since they have a lot of color options available. This wasn’t my point at all, what I wanted is to get an extra layer of gel to compensate the damage from filing. I couldn’t help but contemplate whether she was right or wrong when finally this lady came in and asked for the same dip+gel deal. They refused to do it so she went ahead and responded, “Well that’s how they do it in New York to add extra strength.” HA HA HA! I was shaking my f head. Watch them take another 2 years to get where the rest of the world is at.

I went here got dip nails with extensions and they did a wonderful job! They offer you a drink as soon as you are seated and the atmosphere is nice. My only complaint is my nail tech didnt do anything to my cuticles or file my nails before she started. I have never had to ask for this before at other salons before getting acrylics. So Im not sure if this was my own fault or not, but now the sides of my natural nails are growing past the extension. Im due for a fill but I might find somewhere else to go to compare experiences.

My mom needed to get her nails redone because the lady who did it gor her Birthday messed them uo completely. Their was a wait but luckily its in the mall so we took our time browsing in other stores and then came back when it was close to her time to get them done. The guy did an excellent job and made my mom very happy for her nails to look good for Christmas Eve, Christmas and the rest of December! Good job and great environment! We will be back because I watching 2 ladies get a pedicure and this one woman was handling them with ease and listening to their every request with no complaints because I was thinking in my head poor lady she has to tend to 2 people at once so great job and will be back for pedicures soon!

Ive been going to Lavish for several years, and I always get the gel manicure and/or pedicure. Maricel is a fantastic nail technician and I very much enjoy our interactions. Other staff are so helpful as well. I have never had an unpleasant experience! One piece of advice: schedule an appointment, as they are always super busy!

Best nail salon ever for pedicures! Heidi is the best nail tech I have ever gone to. She definitely knows what she is doing and is very conscientious about how she does my pedicure. Good for my feet, great for my health! If I could give her more stars I give her 100!!

Best place for pedicures in Springfield in my opinion. The prices are reasonable, staff are friendly and professional, and it is always clean and relatively quiet. Its a very relaxing atmosphere.

All of the staff at Lavish provide a comfortable, professional atmosphere and services are performed with extreme care and high quality! I would definitely recommend Lavish to everyone! My husband and I are also huge fans of their pedicuures and we are treated with utmost respect! Manicures are always executed with much skill and are spot on. Becky and Loc are amazing, as well as all the other staff! If you havent been to Lavish, you must experience this fabulous spa as soon as possible!

Ive always been picky on where I get my nails done and this place exceeded my expectations! This place is beautiful and very clean! Everyone is friendly and welcoming which I absolutely loved. Loc did an amazing job and I enjoyed my nail experience him. Ill be coming back soon! I got the Lavish mani with gel.

I’ve heard amazing things about this place and I really think the majority of people do a great job here; however, I went on a Saturday morning and my nail tech was 20 min late (I was her first Appt of the day). She was very friendly though and I don’t let small stuff like that bother me so it was a good appointment. The 3 stars is for the quality of job that she did. I get a powder dip manicure year round, every 2-3 weeks and never have any issues/chipping/break. My nails/polish have both chipped and cracked starting on Day 3 after my appointment, which is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been doing less than normal and I never have this issue. These nails are expensive and my expectation for them and this place is much higher. Hopefully this is just a fluke because like I said, I’ve heard great things from people.

The best nail salon I’ve been to! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean inside and both nail techs I’ve been to did a wonderful job on my mani and pedi. They do stay busy so make sure to schedule an appt ahead of time. Definitely worth your time and money!

I have to say it is a wonderful salon. But I have to give it four stars because I can literally never get in. I dont have a work/life balance that allows me to book an apointment one to two weeks in advance.

Just moved here from California. We have been looking for a good place for our pedicures, I think we have found it.Very clean, with beautiful interior.Friendly staff, who took us right in, even though we didnt have an appointment.

I had gel nails done last Thursday and they are already falling off. When I called to have them fixed, they were so rude and told me they could just put polish on them and pay $25 for the polish not gel. These nails are suppose to last 2 weeks and they didn’t even last 4 days....very sad.

Today is tuesday, the sign says open till 7pm its 5:51 the website says open till 7 and yet I am refused service because youre closing. A manicure for a guy takes what 15 -20 min? Will. It come back!

Worst experience I have ever had with a nail tech. Sloppy and rude. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Decided to try dip powder, horrible experience. He left color all around nail beds, filed nails unevenly, and there are so many bubbles in the top coat it looks like a child did my nails.
