I get my nails done here every month. I am always satisfied. Jack does my nails and he does an awesomIe job. Everybody loves them and compliments me on them. I highly recommend

Decent experienceGreat pedicure... 5 starsFull set...3.5 stars. I ask for what I ask for. I dont need an attitude telling me what I should get. And I got cut...NO customer service.Owner was nice....shouldve just booked an appointment with him.

First time a Lady named Angela worked on me I asked for French tip they were aight (white tip was half my nail, I’ll just leave it at that) & I left without complaining. The Next time we were just going for a fill gel $38 & same Lady Angela worked on my mom and I asked her to do the white color Gel, the exact shape, and everything so she knows what my mom wants, so I moved on to do my nails w/ different tech. Then my guy tech mentioned something about powder for my mom, and it costing $50 and I told him that I had asked Angela for white gel and he said she already started and I was like well ok whatever. This lady does not know what she’s doing, she also cut moms fingers while trying to shape the nails. At the end I asked her if she can honor the price of the white gel polish instead of the white powder (since I never requested that) and she got super mad did not apologize !!Other than that I recommend one of the two guys that work there. 5 stars for them. They do nice work and actually LISTEN!!

My nails look okay, my pedicure was amazing... They were done by a female assistant.But the man who did my nails was rude. He was angry that I wanted something different than his assistant told him.Not my fault that they didnt understand me. I felt under pressure so I told him to do whatever he wanted... My mother in law was treating, so I didnt want to make a scene. I got a French manicure on my natural nails. They did look great but feeling bad that I didnt get what I truly wanted; unsatisfied.

I like coming here because there prices are not ridiculously high. I’ve had my manicure/pedicure done with just about every nail tech and they all do a good job! Ivy & Jack are my personal favorites when it comes to my acrylics because they achieve the almond shape I love so well!!

They were very pleasant and courteous i have an appointment to go back this Saturday i hope all goes well my nails are now a mess. i left my cellphone there on my last visit and they kept it put up for me until my daughter inlaw was able to take me to get it that following Monday

Being from California & new to the Las Vegas area, I was nervous about finding a new nail salon. This place is pretty decent, but I only prefer Jack on my nails. He is the best one there. I tried another nail tech and the gel on my nails chipped within a week. Reasonably priced and good service.

Awful. This lady named Le absolutely destroyed my cuticles. I can’t wait till they open up tomorrow so I can go smack her with my messes up cuticles. They are swollen, peeling, red and probably infected

First time full set by male was good, pedicure this heavy set Asia women made me bleed trying to get an ingrown she went to deep and it was so painful, didn’t complain or nothing still giving benefit of the doubt, went today maybe they’ve been open an hour and they turned me away not even letting me finish what I needed which was hands and feet they made me feel really bad, will not be going there anymore 😔

My stiletto nails have never looked better! Unfortunately 3 days later every single finger is still painfully screaming at me from the (directly against the skin/hard pressure/constant friction) emery board edges. Granted my nails are flawless in smoothness, color coverage and sharpness. (They looked like dirt before I arrived and the lady reshaped beautifully!) But in a hand sanitizer world with cuts on all your cuticles? ... Ouchies :(

Great customer service, but as for the nails and actual outcome with the nails ...not pleased at all . Nathan (Nhan) was very nice, gentle and took his tomtime which I appreciate..but ..just take alo for yourself lol (Its supposed to be the letter a btw)

2nd time going there to go see Sophia. Most nail salons in Vegas are very sketchy and honestly pretty awful but I love this place. They take their time, and really care how your nails come out. Im going to keep coming here as long as I live in vegas 😁😁

First time here and I got treated horribly! I came initially for a refill . Asked for price difference and had the lady make a joke about it to the other employees. When I asked to keep my refill after she had cut a nail to take off without asking, she got upset and “accidentally “ cut me with the edge of an acrylic nail under my skin . She did not apologize or said anything about it being an accident.Do not not waste your money! Horrible service and horrible attitudes!

They were very polite and courteous. Nathan did a great job on my nails! Will be back for sure.

Although a decent spot overall. I have to say our experience wasn’t that great. First our appointment was set but of course there is a solid 20 minute wait for my girlfriend as they speed through my pedicure to get to her. Leaving her waiting in cold water the whole time. The owner also yelled at a girl who was frustrated at the wait time as well.

I love, love, love this place and how my pedicure was done... I had a bad experience at another nail shop right before I came here and I was overwhelmed at the difference... The shop was clean and well ventilated... The staff was friendly and very welcoming (we even cracked jokes)... Not only was my French manicure excellent the mannerism in which my feet were handled was superb..... Me, my sister, and my niece will be bringing our business here only and definitely letting others know... Like they say the best marketing tool is word of mouth... Thank You .. See you in a week and a half...

Great service and friendly nail techs. They have good prices and will always make room to squeeze you in if you dont have a appointment. And tasty food choices are all around.

People were very rude. Theres nothing worst than feeling unwelcomed. My first experience here became my last.

I went in for a French tip the result looked bad so I went back. I felt bad complaining but I wasn’t happy. To make the girls life easier I told her just paint my nails white. It looked horrible paint smuggled on the side. It looked like something I could of done at my home. The girls were telling me “I don’t see nothing wrong” but thanks jack for fixing my nails the best you could. I don’t recommended the girl with short hair and bangs. My toe literally burns idk What that dumb lady did. Lastly I do not appreciate everyone taking in Chinese after I asked for her to redo my nails. Horrible horrible work I hope the owner gets back to me. How are they going to say I can’t get a refund when my toes look like a little girl painted them

New to the area looked at all the nail salons in my area, VIP had the best reviews they were closed on tue, so I waited till Wed to go. So glad I did Jackie Chan was the best. Told me there was a 30 mins wait. Got me in after 30 mins. He was fast and very good at his craft. And yes it is a craft I was a nail tech for 15yrs he is very highly recommended 💜💜💜💜

They over price for EVERYTHING they are very under staffed and the staff they do have is very rude they cut me and made me bleed and still charged me over 40 dollars for short square basic nails plus they tried to charge for colors. DONT GO HERE SIS

Theres a gentleman (older) that works there he does a horrible job with your nails and hes also dishonest about the prices & he also insulted me and my daughter by saying that I did not know who my babies father was because she has a different color eyes than I he made my daughter cry who is only 14.. I definitely will not be going back there very rude and inconsiderate of others.

The lady ask him if he had time to take her old nails off and do a full set and he said I dont know!! trying to make her look stupid Infront of other customers and he said to the lady last time you put a bad review thats why I dont want to do your nails. He does a good job but I dont like people being rude. He shouldnt get mad of reviews he should apologize and try to make customer happy so they can come back. We all work hard for our money so every one expect good nail jobs and good service. I wont be going back here. I work customer service and thats not how you treat people. He couldve talk to her in private not treat her so bad infront of other customers. It tell you a lot about that business owner. At the end without customer he has no buisness. just saying!!!
