Soon as I walked in I was serviced. Lee really took her time and made sure each step I was comfortable with because I was unsure what I really wanted. I had shown her a picture of matte pink nails and she did mine the same way. I loved it. I left for a mall run for like 2 hours, once I got out I noticed the matte got dirty and didn’t wash off when I washed my hands. I returned and she cleaned them but I just decided to go with a gloss nail instead. She adjusted it without a problem. She was very helpful and polite, I will be returning.

This place is AMAZING!!!! I would highly recommend it. As soon as my Husband and I walked through the door we were serviced. 2 beautiful ladies worked on my husband and 2 beautiful ladies worked on myself. Tammy was my nail tech for my hands and she was super sweet and funny. She also made sure everything was to my liking. If youre reading this and wondering if you should go here. I would say ABSOLUTELY!!!! This was money well spent.

I shopped around first and went to a couple of nail salons for my 1st impression / in person visit. Yesterday, October 5, 2021. Springfield Nail Salon is the best. Everyone was friendly. Place is clean. Everyone is a professional.

I love going here. They are so friendly and they give you exactly what you ask for. I can show them of design on my phone and they will do an amazing job copying that design on my nails. I also got my brows done which looked really nice 👍🏽

The overall level of service did not met my expectations. The quality of service and customer service was poor. I left the nail salon very unsatisfied and had to go to another salon to get my nails redone. I did not have a great experience. I will not be return and I don’t recommend this nail salon.

I think the facility is nice and clean with a lot of services and the staff is great with the customers, which I don’t see very often.My pedicure stated with having to walk up a level to a not comfortable chair with no massage, which I enjoy as part of my service. My pedicure was a 1/2 hr later than scheduled, and it was not good. My nails were not shaped as I asked, even after having a second technician step in, and the soles of my feet were dried out, which I’ve never after a pedicure. I had to step in to the pedicure bowl to get down from the chair. And the parking is not convenient. Really wanted to like it, but won’t go back. .

Just spent $60 for a refill, after having a terrible time communicating and having to settle for a simple gel with ombre sparkle. Her explanation was I had powder that had to be removed, which she used a nail file to remove.The shape is not good and the acrylic was too heavy. Very disappointing!

Amy and her team at Springfield nails are also amazing!! They always have my nails, toes and eyebrows looking great. I do not and would not go anywhere else. I come all the way down from Montgomery county to get my nails done here.

I got dip powder. The tech filed my nails too far despite me telling her what I wanted. The owner still charged me full price and didn’t offer me anything for my nails being damaged telling me they’ll just have to grow out. Completely unprofessional.

I have been coming since the world reopened after Covid hit. They are always professional, very clean and put effort in to being heavily aware of the pandemic. The techs are precise and follow directions, very detailed😁 When I arrive for me appointment there’s never been a wait which is awesome!! My ONLY plight is not being able to use debit/credit cards and I believe they have the capabilities to do so, conveniently there is an ATM in the establishment, but that costs an additional $2 to use it there, in addition to the $3 my bank charges. Which doesn’t seem like a lot but if that $5 was being adding to their tip, I think it would make a difference. All in all, if I remember to hit the ATM bfr arriving then it’s a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience.

I have been really deciding on a review for this nail salon after a week and 2 days. Okay so my experience with them were great. Staff helpful are not pushy to make you get extra things so your spending more than limit. My focus of review would be the quality of my nails. I got them done on a Thursday had to return on Friday for a broken SNS nail. They were very nice to offer to fix if free of charge that was Friday morning. Friday early evening I discovered another broken nail. Currently writing this im missing 4 nails. Okay, no problem. Is what I told myself. I realized while completing my set I never put my hands under the uv light. Maybe they dont do that there. Or even enough coat of the powder. My thoughts are to return and try with maybe a overlay and see how it goes. So im hoping to change this from a 3 stars to 5!

Springfield Nails overall was a very nice and clean place. I’m giving it a 4 star review because the nails my cousin and i got turned out good. We showed them a reference picture and they actually did much better then we initially anticipated because it was more detailed. We both feel like they could’ve done a little better with the marble, but it is a little difficult so we don’t mind. very nice place, we recommend.

They did a beautiful job in my nails. My nail tech was super sweet and she took her time and made sure I wa as happy... Ill be going thw from now on.

I have been searching for a quality nail salon in Delco for years after my favorite nail techs moved to Philly. Every single experience I’ve had at Springfield Nails has been nothing short of perfect. I’m always sat immediately, taken care of, and the prices are decent as well. I’m very particular about the shape and color of my acrylic nails and the girls take their time to ensure my happiness. Great color section, great service, great salon!

I told the young lady my nails were to thick and wide for my actual fingers and she did not fix them. They also over priced me telling me its change of price cause of covid cleaning 😔 they DID NOT answer the phone professionally at all when I called.

I have been coming here for a few years and am very happy with the service, atmosphere and staff. I was very happy to find Springfield Nail Salon a few years ago when searching for a new place for brow waxing. Their hours are great (only closed on Tuesdays) and they are very accommodating. I also get manicures and pedicures here, and have always been very happy with the result. The staff is very friendly, and their prices are very reasonable. I cant imagine anyone giving them a bad review. My experience has always been very positive. If youre looking for a new salon, you cant go wrong by choosing them.

Im giving this place three stars because they do know how to do nails. Unfortunately, I will not be returning because every other time I go even though Im getting the same thing normally the price changes. I went from paying $30 for a refill with gel french, to $32, to $35 all in a couple months. I like the service but I do not like the inconsistency in the price. I will not return. Just be sure to keep your receipt if you go because the owner Amy may try to juke you.

Never come here and do your nails very unprofessional and very rude. My pedicure wasn’t done properly and I wasn’t pleased and she argued me down and told me it was nice and it wasn’t . I would neverrrr ever return to this establishment a hot mess .

Updated: They will so beautiful nails, the pedicure is just ok. The owners team is very quite and gets you in and out. I still feel the prices change every other time I come though. The owner has been more quite lately1year ago::The owner is so rude and money hungry. She will rush your job. Her staff is very nice its always Amy the owner. She always is quick to call the police on guess who disagree with her. Ive seen it twice. Shes very selective on her guess as well. $40 for a nails alone. I hope she makes a change with her attitude. Maybe she has other worries on her mind at work. It shows.

Best experience I ever had in a nail salon. The staff is amazing very friendly and make you feel so welcome and comfortable!!!!!!! They can do anything when it comes to nails. Simple to wild and crazy designs, whichever your heart desires. I love coming here every two weeks it is my happy place to just unwind from my crazy life. The conversation with the staff is always easygoing and I enjoy every second of being there. Their waxing services are also exceptionally great and I never have been dissatisfied with what I received. Their prices are very reasonable and fair, especially considering the service you receive at Springfield nails. This was my very first time here, I was given a gift certificate to get a regular pedicure. I took my sister to treat her to a spa pedicure. We paid the extra $10 for the spa pedicure. From the moment the 2 girls started, you can tell they didnt love what they did. Their faces were frowned up. This was the fastest pedicure we have ever had and only one other person was in the shop. It was so rushed that stuff was still on my leg that should of been cleaned off. I went in with gel on my toes and walked out with a little gel still on my toes. I thought I was going to treat me and my sister to spa experience, however we got mediocre service. I would never come here again. The welcome wasnt genuine and the service was crappie. I didnt even want to leave a monetary tip, more like a written one on customer service. But anyways they wont get any business from me or anyone I know.

I asked if they would clean up my cuticles if I got tips and powdered color. I was told, Yes but they didnt do this. Paid $40. And decided not to make it a big deal since they were near closing. At first I didnt think it was a big deal, but later thought my nails would look better if the cuticles were cleaned up. Went back the next day and asked for pedicure and for them to clean up cuticles. I was told, not a problem After pedicure, in which the woman cut me, I was left sitting for over 30 minutes. They were busy so I was patient. When I eventually reminded them I was waiting I was told by owner that Id have to pay more. Owner then argued with me when I explained what I had originally been told... By the time I got home donof my toe polish was messed up. I wont go back.

This place is absolutely awful. I was rushed the whole time. I was burnt multiple times. She cut my nails long and then filed them down very short. I told her to make them coffin and I asked her three times to change the shape into coffin and she said “no wait to see how they look at the end”. They still are not the right shape. I asked for sparkly silver and she put white with a clear silver sparkle on top. When I told her i didn’t like them, she just kept saying the price until i paid. They look AWFUL and i was treated AWFUL. I will never, ever be going back to this place.

This is a really nice salon. Ive been searching for a quality nail salon in the area for almost 2 years now and was referred by a friend. Most salons were pretty decent with the nails, but not one was good at eyebrows! I love the way Amy at Springfield Nails did my eyebrows. Everyone here is very personable but professional at the same time. Its clean and has very convenient hours and they get you in and out in no time. Plus, they actually honor their appointments. Definitely one of the best salons Ive visited since moving to the area. I will continue giving them my business.

Very friendly staff

I went in for a full set with gel and was rushed the whole time. My nails are not shaped how I wanted them. I asked for a darker pink and she kept saying this pink was fine. For my toe polish it was still messy around my toes and she did not paint my toe all the way. I also believe I was over charged but I’m not sure.

I know Delco and I have gotten my nails done at A LOT of places. Springfield Nails is by far the best. Reasonable prices, I have never waited long to be seen and the quality speaks for itself. The employees are always fun and friendly. I wont go anywhere else.

Attention to detail

I do not even know where to start! I made the switch to this nail salon maybe 6 months ago and I have never looked back! Amy is phenomenal. It is always such an enjoyable experience when getting my nails done here. The staff is so friendly and all engage in conversation with you. My nail always look so amazing. I use to have thin and fragile nails that would easily break and chip. Amy helped restore my nails and now they are well on their way to being healthy and strong. I take pride in my nails and this nail salon by far is a life savor. Being as though they are right down the street from my job, I am able to run in on my lunch break. Amy always finds time to fit me in and get done within a reasonable amount of time. She is so thorough. I just can go on and on. If you havent already began to go here then make the switch and fast. I came here for my second ever manicure. Fiji nails did the most disgusting job, and cut me in 4 places. When I came here I was shocked at how gentle and careful my nail tech was. He would push in the corner of my fingertips before filing, something the tech at Fiji didn’t do and sliced into my finger several times. He was so careful on my cuticle. He did a beautiful job with the shape and I left so happy. Bonus, they give you a card that gives you $5 off your 6th visit which I thought was cool. After this experience I will definitely be coming back in a few weeks!

You see me and my mom have been going there since I was just 3 and I’m am 13 now. I have not been there in quite sometime but this Sunday November 17th I will be turning 14 and out of all nails salons I could go to, I chosen this one to go to. Amy the owner I can’t wait to see her again she might not even recognize me. But I’ll be there November 15th. That’s how you know this place is an amazing place because even I a young teen loves going here. P.s they have the best staff.

I went to this salon for several years and will say that they do a nice job with manicures and pedicures. However, the owner, Amy, recently started nickel and diming customers and charging for things that they didnt used to. For instance, I have gotten manicures here for the last 7 years, on my natural nails and gotten them the SAME shape for the 7 years I was going here. The last time I went, I was charged an extra $5 for this shape (now called coffin, which is now a popular shape), without prior warning that they now charge for this shape. I didnt appreciate not being told this beforehand, as the manicure I had gotten there one week prior was at my normal price. I thought I had a good relationship with the owner but when I asked for clarification she did not respond to my text. The manicure for natural nails is only $10, they charged me an extra $5 for the shape I always get. Thats a 50% increase and with no warning. Ridiculous. I will not be returning! My favorite technician was Annie anyway, who now works at Red Lotus Nails on Baltimore Ave. in Philadelphia. I now go to Annie at her new location. I will spend my money with the technician I like at a shop that doesnt have any surprises when I check out!

They ruined my nails and cuticles and didnt do the style I asked for. I told them I came because they had such good reviews. I paid $80 for a pedicure and a full set, with a design. I wanted something fun for a New Years Eve party. I asked repeatedly if they were able to do the design I wanted I even showed them a picture, and they told me yes again and again. I got nothing close to what I asked for. I got nails of all different lengths and shapes. It was tragic. I couldnt bare to get them re-done somewhere else because my cuticles were so raw from how poorly she filed my nails on the sides. When I went I noticed it was pretty empty for a holiday weekend now I know why!

The worst experience Ive ever had. Me and my friend was rushed because they needed my friends pedicures station to accommodate another guest and her mom . The owner was trying to balance me and other guest at the same time. So she rushed and put my tips on in the midst of her filing my nails the tip came off so she had to reapply it and what I asked for is not what I got cuz she tried to convince me that I didnt need that. She kept stopping to ring out. They only have 5 parking spots and pray that the other business near them dont have guest or you really dont have a spot.

Been coming for years!!!!!!!! LOVE VIVIAN, but came today fresh from work after a 12 hour night shift. 2nd customer in the shop. OWNER AMY EXTREMELY RUDE! Poor customer service. Asked for a different color, before my nails were actually painted and received rude response because the shop was getting busy. Although the color seemed different on the sample nail. Then trying to charge me for not performing the service more than the service actually cost. Horrible customer service, always been but thought Vivian enough to keep coming. Not at all! Save yourself the headache.

The owner Amy is Horrible. Her attitude is the worst. Everyone that works for her in that salon Is nice and friendly but she’s the only one that will give you problems.. I’ve been there 5 6 times never had a problem loved my nails . The first time she ever did my nails today she rushed the entire time and was rude about everything. My acrylics were so thin a nail broke literally an hour later. I was so disgusted with her attitude I don’t even want to go back to fix it. I Even had to pay an extra 5 dollars because she didn’t paint well and I needed another coat. Money well wasted and I’m positive I’ll never be back.

I have been here before and every time I come here it is very inviting!! The owner is receptive and attentive to having all the salonists attentive to the clientele. Jen always took care of me and she is very efficient and meticulous. I always give 20% or more tip bc they all work so hard and are very nice. Let me start out by saying I love how Vivian and the rest of the girls did my nails!!! They do an amazing job!! I’ve been coming here a year now and never had any complains. But the owner has been soo rude to me, today I must say no one ever made me feel like an Outcast.i came in for a pedi and refilled the usual, one of the lovely girls did my pedicure. after I was done with the pedicure, owner says to me “it’s really busy and Vivian can’t do your nails” remind you, anybody can do my nails I’m not sure why she said Vivian. So I said what about the young lady that did my pedicure, she said no she can’t ok? So she’s like it’s either you wait or? I said I’ll wait, then someone comes to me after 5 minutes when she said it’s going to be awhile. This owner is money hungry, she has her picks(Caucasian) people, doesn’t acknowledge me or says hi!! and omg!! Make sure you have cash or she will come for you!!!! She’s very angry will rush and ignorant. It’s sad because I love the work that the girls do but this owner is very unprofessional and it makes me not want to come here anymore. I went home feeling upset and I’m not the type to cause a scene. She’s very Rude!!!!!!!

Got my nails done on June 8 and everything went well. Then 2 months later come back and the owner of the business starts talking to the girl doing my nails stating that she did not charge me the right price and that I have to pay for a service I dont remember.

I had a horrible experience today 3/5/2017 I was having a girls day out with my 3 daughters and we decided to go to my usual nail salon Springfield nails we were getting 2 pedicures, 1manicure, 2 refills and 2 sets of eye brows. My 3 yr old daughter was tapping her feet and playing her tablet and the owner came over to her pointing in her face and threatened her that if she didnt sit down and stop tapping she would have to put her out. I assumed she was joking until I was finally done after getting a rush job manicure with no massage or lotion afterwards. Me and my 3yr old sat waiting for my other 2 daughters and my 3 yr old begin to call my name excuse me mom The owner got annoyed again and told us we could leave without finishing our services. They lost a loyal customer and I will be reporting them to BBB and in the future she should just put up a sign saying No children allowed.

I get my eyelashes done here. I love this salon.

Had a pedicure done by a younger girl who was nice enough but did a bad job with my toenails. I had to take a file to 2 toes on my left foot to fix them enough to not dig into my skin. I only went here because they were open on a Sunday afternoon and I was a little needy. Doubtful that I will be back.
