Nail tech took about 30 min on my finger nails. Usually it’s about an hour to an hour and a half. She just zoomed thru. Like herding cattle…onto the next! I didn’t even notice how awful they were until I got in my car & at that point I thought it was too late to say anything. I paid $110. Left a $20 tip. Now I regret doing that. She was very dismissive too. She just wants to get clients in and out the door as fast as possible to make the most money. Precision & accuracy are not her forte. My nails are all diff lengths from the other hand & different shapes. Some are completely fat & bulky, while others were overly filed & way too thin. Also I specifically said “I don’t want almond shape. That’s too pointy for me”….and she gives me ugly almond shaped nails. My middle fingers aren’t the same length. One is fat & bulky, while the other is way too skinny & pointy. My thumb nails are the same story. She didn’t even use the electric filler once acrylic was set. So they are all very clumpy looking.

I got a pedicure over 4 weeks ago and its still perfect! My tech took her time to trim my cuticles. I was happy with the result. Couldnt be happier!

Ive been coming here and off and I always come back because other nail salons dont do nearly as a good job. These are the ones I got done today and they look better than the reference photo in my opinion. Would highly recommend.

Great price and excellent service

This place was terrible, more expensive than other nail salons and terrible design work. Acrylic nails were uneven and bumpy, they were supposed to be almond but I ended up with square shaped because of how off looking they were. The people did not know what they were doing very well. I asked for flame designs and it looked like shark fins, they can’t do anything other than very basic work and even then the overall shape is still funky. Me and my friend went there for our prom nails and decided to try a new place, but I will never be going back to this place. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

A great experience. I went later in the evening and was able to get in right away. Kim did an excellent job on my nails! She recommended using the dip powder for the first time. I was blown away with how quick the process was and how flawless my nails look! She also shaped them beautifully. I will definitely be coming back!

Most Workers are very friendly and kind, I’m just not quite impressed with my nails. Some are sticking up and I can see through some of my color in places that should’ve been covered…. not to mention I was told it would be $30 for acrylics with my color, but was charged $40…. Also the man who did my friends nails was not very kind to her and told her that her nails from a different salon made her fingers look fat and would not do her nails the style she asked for, then he got a bristle stuck under the acrylic and dug it out but left the gaping hole there under the color which he also left all over her skin.

I’ve gone here for a long time because they’re near where I live, everytime I have gone in there they have made me feel very uncomfortable. They make fun of you and think you can’t tell most words in their language you can’t understand but there are certain ones that can’t be translated into their language that’s how I knew they were always talking bad about me, for some reason they hated that I would get ombré nails. I was always polite and tipped even though I wasnt happy with the results. Never once have they listened to what I said and did my nails how I wanted I always just have to accept it. I stopped going but my boyfriend bought me a $140 gift card so I went again and AGAIN I wasn’t happy. I’m surprised at all the good reviews because anyone I know personally that has been there has had a bad experience. The only good thing I will say is the men that work there are actually the best. I will never ever return now that I’ve used all my gift card and I informed my boyfriend to please never get me a gift card from there lol. Pink and white is the BEST nail salon in Springfield. DONT GO HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, this place is great. My one complaint is that the techs tend to talk on the phone while working and thats really irritating because if is schedule a nail appointment, Id like to have your full focus. Will is amazing can do no wrong. I would recommend him everytime. Very attentive and takes pride in his work.

One of the best place I have ever used. Prices very reasonable and the young man who did my pedi and mani did an amazing job. Being from out of state and needing the treatment. I am in Springfield about every two weeks and will use them everytime I need my toes and hands done.

LOVE! I am from out of town and desperately needed to get my nails done with the dip powder. The staff was so friendly and accommodating (even after we were a little late to our appointment). I am not normally one to give bad reviews but this nail salon is awful. Kelly did my nails and all I needed was an acrylic fill. My nails look okay at best and since she did not drill the underside of my nails there is little pieces of acrylic and paint under my nails. My nails are bumpy and uneven. She was talking to another coworker the entire time and just flat out was not paying attention. She even nicked me because she was so preoccupied and her coworker was showing her things on her phone. She also after filing my nails did not have me wash my hands so there are little pieces of acrylic embedded in my nails. This was my first and last time.

Great nail spot! They are did amazing. I was unsure of what design I would want, but patty my nail stylist helped me. She was nice and did a wonderful design.. I would recommend 100/100.

I was getting my nails done with my mom and the lady who was doing my nails completely skipped a nail when she was buffing them or something like that. And when I told her she kinda scoffed and then finished her conversation with her friend in their language and then buffed my finger. Me and my mom agreed that her dip polish was thick and mine was okay since I had incredibly short nails so I got acrylics with mine. I asked the lady to round mine at the tip and she just rounded the sides and left the top so it looked like a rounded square. I will probably not be going here again

I have gone here multiple times before and I never had a problemWith them. Maybe it is because the people I have had done my nails were good people. Yesterday I went to get my nails done with a friend and they got a pedicure as I got a manicure I paid for both of us and told them they could get the tip so as I was getting my friends money for the tip I told the guy that did my nails that 5 dollars was for him and 5 was for the girl that did the art on my nails... and 10 was for the guy doing the pedicure! I told him multiple times and as I walked away I saw him put 5 dollars on the stand for the guy doing the pedicure and who knows if he ever gave the other 5 to the girl that did half of my nails because he couldnt do the art! What a truly horrid person! He even knows what he did as I looked at him multiple times but knowing my nature I didnt want to make a scene asking for my money back.So if I ever decide to go back there which I highly doubt I will I am going to be careful about tipping! Tipping with cash make sure YOU are the one giving the tips to the right people. And I know many people wont have this problem because you will only get one person doing your nails.

I am so disappointed by this establishment. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. When I was in high school I came here for years even though they only seemed to care about money and not customer service.it was convenient. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a really long time and my husband was going to get his hair cut at super cuts right next door so we went in, he knew how bad I’ve been wanting to and me being 34 weeks pregnant he wanted me to do something like that for myself. I asked how long and they sat me down at a seat and said 5 minutes. 5 minutes turns into over 20 minutes. An older lady came in 10 minutes after me and they got to her before me. I asked again how long and they said 20 more minutes. After me already waiting 20 and them completely ignoring me. Visually upset I had said never mind and went ahead and left. They didn’t care what so ever of course and idk why I act surprised when they have always been so rude and not caring. They also change the price. I had told a lady I worked with two years ago to go try them out and it was 38 for fake nails with shellac color, etc. she was a heavier woman but so sweet. She came to work and had her nails done. (Which they looked bad and not like they even tried) they charged her $70. When it is 38.So I believe also since I have tattoos and may luck “grungier” they think maybe I won’t tip as well whenever I always tip extra, especially when people are nice. But I do think they look for that which they just missed out on a good tip and a customer. And shouldn’t judge people because they miss out on some really great people!!!!!!! I won’t tell anyone to come here! EVER. never

I was visiting a friend in Springfield, and a pedicure sounded like a great idea. However, this salon was not! First of all, the massage chair did not work. Secondly, the manicurist cut my toe while trimming my cuticles, which bled for a fairly long time. Not once did she acknowledge me or apologize for the injury. Thirdly, the calf massage was incredibly painful. I think once I winced, she squeezed even harder. Lastly, she did not put on a base coat or top coat, or the separators between my toes. She used one thick coat of polish, and it was smeared all over my toes. It was a terrible experience and certainly not worth the $25 I had to pay. Needless to say, no tip was left.

Visiting Springfield for work and decided to get a pedicure...One of the best pedicures I have had! Did an amazing job and it was very clean! Prices were very good as well! Will definitely be back next time Im in town! :)

Worst manicure I have ever received. I went in to get the rest of my dip powder removed because I tried to do it myself (lol don’t recommend). The people seemed slightly annoyed I was there even though they didn’t close for a couple more hours. The guy who started working on my nails seemed very irritated and unfocused. He cut me multiple times with the dremel tool and didn’t see to really care after I started bleeding. He was also watching YouTube videos on his phone while doing my nails.....after he finished my very painful dip removal they tried to pressure me into getting gel nails when I just wanted a coat of regular nail polish to allow my nails to breath since they were so damaged. While he was painting my nails he seemed very rushed and didn’t allow them to dry in between coats. He was very sloppy and my nails looks like 4 year old did them. It was so terrible I had to tell the man at the front desk that I couldn’t pay for something like this. He agreed and was nice about it. They guy who had done my nails bolted off and had left so a lady took off my nail polish and cleaned them up. They handled the situation well but it shouldn’t have been like that in the first place.

I called to get a price for French nails and they said $20 for regular and $30 for long. So I took my girlfriend there and told them we wanted the regular, and left her there to get them done. My girlfriend called me shortly after and said that she didnt like them and wanted the long ones. I said fine. I went to pick her up later and they charged me $40. I honestly dont feel this was a miscommunication, I believe they took advantage of us during a change of mind. Because of the broken English they had a very difficult time explaining anything to me. I really only want to give one star because of the dishonesty, but I will say the nails look really good. Well see how long they last. I am sure I will not be going back.

Went on Saturday. They were nice enough to allow me to walk in, they rushed me in my nail selection and after choosing a color two times o was told they were out of that color. Upon finishing my nails I realized that they were not the full length of my nail but rather looked like I had them for over a week. It would be affordable if I didnt have to get them filled a week early! I tip and they were pretty nice just know that if pastels are what you are looking for they do not carry pale nail colors or for that matter understand the word pale. She brought me a warm skin toned color after I asked about lighter colors. Lol so strange.

They did a good job, but watch their prices. I was told $45 for a shellac pedicure and a regular manicure. They tried to charge me $60. The lady who did my nails spoke zero english.

This is where my daughter always gets her nails done. Only one time the girl made them way pointy .. and people said things. But overall the price is good. They are friendly and always fit us in.. for some reason this says my husbands name. Lol

Today I went in to Jenni’s nails. I was recommended by my mother and grandmother who often did their dip manicures here. Upon much debate I too chose Jenni’s. When I arrived, my roommate was taken back immediately for her set of acrylics. The guy that helped her told me I would have to wait a moment while I saw two other nail techs free; one on their computer, the other one painting her toenails. Customer service skills definitely need work. This was only the beginning of my nightmare.The set of acrylics I got today is trash. There are missing pieces of polish throughout several nails and a couple of my nails are already ready for a fill. The tech I had spoke little to no English and was incredibly difficult to understand, if at all. That’s not to mention her inability to do artwork. I asked for a simple lace pattern and she refused, saying she didn’t know how. In addition, she was not willing to try or show me other work that she COULD do. Instead, she began to do something I did not even ask for. When I asked her to take it off, she got angry with me and begin speaking to another tech in their native language. I ended up leaving the salon in tears, disappointed and with no nail art. Prices are rather steep at $35 for a manicure with no nail art. This was not worthy of such a price. Sadly, I will not be returning.

So Ive been to jennies nails a few times. I stopped going there a while back but I live up the street from them and I decided last minute to get a full set done. Obviously they were the closest so there I was. I paid 90 FREAKING DOLLARS to get both my nails and my friends nails done. BOTH OF PUTS FELL OFF AFTER SIX DAYS. Now, ladies Im sure you can understand how upsetting this is. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

Fast! And of course, clean, friendly, and comfortable. Im the type of person that hates sitting and feeling like Im accomplishing nothing while getting a pedicure (I know, Im crazy). It was so fast and efficient and Modern Family episodes were playing on a huge tv so I didnt have time to get bored or anxious! I didnt even open the book I brought bc of the TV and like I said, how quickly I was in and out of there!! Great first experience! I definitely recommend this place.

Oh, my, word! This was the pedi and mani I have ever had! The staff was very easy to talk to, even cracked a few jokes. They took thier time and let you have your moment. Never complained, and always made sure we were comfortable. We got right in on a Saturday at 230. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for a fill and it was done in 15 min. Yea timely, but literally my nails went from coffin shape to square and they look awful. Wasnt properly buffed at all. There are lines and scratch marks that show because of thay. Also the fill was awful, you can see the ridge where its filled. Wasted my money.
