I took my 3 girls and myself. They were super patient with my girls (ages 9,6, &3). They were very professional and kind.

Asked for pink-n-white ombre full set. Young man did an outstanding job, was professional, & very courteous. Today was my first time at this salon. I found it very clean & social distancing practiced as well as face masks are required. Im very impressed & will return.

My daughter and I get pedicures here and they do a awesome job each time.

The lady made my fingers bleed, a couple of times. Never told me her name. Not even two hours later my polish was chipping, I wasnt doing anything out of the ordinary. It was my first time getting dip nails. 24 hours after one cracked in the middle. I paid almost $70 for nails to last not even a week. HIGHLY disappointed.

Showed nail tech a picture and she did an excellent job of replicating.

I don’t know the lady’s name but omg hands down she works on quality definitely not quantity. I’m from Louisiana but drive trucks otr so getting my nails done aren’t regular so I gave Alpha nails a shot and I was not disappointed. I got a cute little grey and glitter set. Will be returning everytime I’m in MO. And 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The first few times I went I had Lam and he was awesome!! Nails looked great and altho he didnt talk much he was professional &pleasant. HOWEVER next time I went i got a different tech- a woman she was rough and got rude when I didnt go with the more expensive gel polish, thinking maybe just a bad day I unfortunately give them another try - got the same tech and same rudeness (actually ruder) nails didnt look as good as Id had with Lam. I havent been back

Took them longer this time but I am happy with the outcome.

Best in Springfield! Extremely professional, gentle, top quality at a very fair price. I love the atmosphere- relaxing, immaculate, pleasant yet without the constant chatter between employees, or loud music found at many salons. I only do Pedi’s, but have observed them completing beautiful trending artistic nail designs.

I live going this place, the ladies always greet me when I come in the door. I always hate going places to get my nails done, but Alpha Nails always makes it a wonderful experience. I will always come back here!! Would recommend!

It was amazing! I asked for them to just do a nail polish, and they did a perfect job on them. They are super shiny. And the service was great. They were super nice and helped fix my nail for no extra cost. 5 stars!

I have been coming to Alpha Nails for almost 2 years now. Lam does my nails, and he always makes them look wonderful! I get the powder dip on my nails and i have never had a problem with them lifting unless Ive been too hard on them while working on the farm. Everyone there is very nice and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. 5 Stars for sure! :)

Just have my nails done today. Absolutely satisfied with the service. They were so nice and helped me design my nails. Maybe I should take my little niece next time to have some designs too, it would be fun :)

This was my second visit to Alpha Nails, I got my nails re-dipped. Staff dont talk much but their work seems great so far. I am planning on returning when the time comes.

This place was incredible! The folks who work there are so nice, and I felt really welcomed. It was one of the best gel manicures I have ever had. I highly recommend their services, and they played Jesus music the whole time. Was so uplifting!

I like the steps they have taken towards COVID-19. They were already a clean and kind establishment before but they have made steps to ensure the safety of their customers and I appreciate them very much for that.

Ive been going here for almost a year and I love it! Im able to wait at least 3 weeks to go back before my nails started peeling up. Part of that I would attest to the dip powder just being better for your nails than regular polish or gel. But the people working there are also very good at what they do, and very polite. I will definitely continue to come here!

It was my first time visiting this establishment. It was my first time getting a pedicure also. I feel badly because my daughter treated me to a daughter mother mani-pedi and it was not the experience we both thought it would be. The person who took care of me gave me the impression that she really did not want to be there. She had a rough touch the whole time doing my pedicure. It was not pleasant. The manicure left me feeling like I was cheated. I was not given the hand massage one usually gets. I did not get my nails soaked prior either. $35 just to get my nails painted is what it ultimately was. My daughter felt bad and I felt bad. On the bright side the colors we both picked came out nicely. Too bad this one person spoiled it for us. Not going back.

Ive been going to Alpha for a couple of years and Ive always had fantastic experiences with them! Great prices and Im always able to get an immediate appointment on a walk in. All of the people who work there are friendly and personable. I took my daughter here for a basic manicure for her third birthday and they were so kind and accommodating

My favorite nail place in town! They have great service and are friendly, professional and quick. I love getting the organic dipping powder here. It lasts for weeks and never chips and makes my natural nails long and strong.

I’ve been going to a different salon & decided to try Alpha our because it’s closer to my house. Worst decision ever. Lam did my nails, 4 of them all chipped in the craziest ways, he made me pay $3 per nail to fix!! I’ve never heard of this before.Also, the vibe is so awkward!! I was the only one there both times. It’s just W E I R D.Don’t go here. Try Fabulique on Campbell, they’re amazing & never disappoint.

As soon as i walked in, i was greeted and they immediately started working on me! The staff were so kind! They offered us drinks, explained what each pedicure offered, etc.My boyfriend got his first pedicure with me here and they made him fee very comfortable. I will be coming back soon!

The lowest of the low. An unknown employee from this nail salon stole our debit card number after we went to the salon for nail services. The next day they attempted charges over $700 on purchases to Asia with our debit card, $160 that was successful. They will rob you blind. We and our bank filed charges against them. Stay away!

They went into detail on my feet and it was heaven!! My toes were painted very nicely and carefully. Ahhh. Definitely going back!!!!

The most unfriendliest place Ive ever been in my life!!!

I did really like this place because of there prices!! But every time me and my mom went they changed their prices because of their “powder” and something that just came up is me and my mom going every time we need new nails which is every month or so and during the holidays they ask everyone for a free lotion but US !!! So that bothered me and my mom !!! So 1/5

We went in thirty minutes after they opened and they shooed us out because they were too busy. We had no problem waiting but they weren’t having any part of it. Rude.

Great place for a pedicure! My regular place was booked up, and they got me an appointment within a couple hours of calling and we waiting for me when I arrived.

I thought I would go here instead of my normal salon because it was closer, they first told me it would be 30 min wait I said that would be fine then they told me no sorry we arent gonna have time ok thanks for nothing I will go to my regular salon where they always have time for me . Very friendly and they remember what I like each time. Love this place!!

The lady that did my nails did a good job with the dip, and shaping. But was very rough some of my cuticles bleed a small bit.

The tech was rough on my finger. Later it was infected. I had to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic. So disappointed and will not go back or recommend them.

I have been to a few salons before finding this place and I dont think Ill go anywhere else! Lam gave me exactly what I asked for and was very professional.

If l could leave 0 stars l would. Im soooo mad. It was so bad after 2 hours and not even nail polish on all my nails, l just paid and left. I paid $43 here and have to go to another salon and pay $50 to fix my nails.
