Lily’s is hands down my favorite salon to come to! I live 50 min away and still find myself making the drive because they are that good. Great atmosphere, great staff and great nails! I don’t have a favorite nail tech they’re all talented.

Diane is the sweetest and her work is absolutely impeccable! A gel manicure (with removal of my old gel mani) only took 45 minutes, and Diane did such an excellent job. Perfect shaping, trimmed cuticles, no polish flooding (my biggest pet peeve), and a super shiny finish. The salon was clean and bright, everyone wore masks, and Diane used sanitized tools. I’ll be coming here for all my manicures!

This place has definitely impressed me in several ways. The overall attitude of the place is excellent, and I always feel welcome coming through the door thanks to Tony. I’ve gotten close with my girl Michelle, and puts up with my pickiness and takes what I find on Pinterest and puts a unique spin on it, just for me. I love coming to her with a new idea and we make it into something that’s ours. This place is great, and I will drive the 40 some minutes to get there, as I come all the way from the Herndon/Reston area. Again, top notch service, amazing attitude, and a love for creativity. ✨

My first time being here, came for a date night with my husband. Very nice and clean, updated spot. Great service provided. The owner checked in with us to ensure we were happy and gave us drinks on the house. My nail technician was Mae, and I really liked that she checked in multiple times throughout the service to ensure temperature of water/towels/hot stones weren’t too hot, and whether I liked the color being applied. Would definitely come again!

Lily Nails and Spa has become my go-to location, as well as several of my friends from Frederick, MD, Baltimore, MD and beyond. Their salon is full of friendly people with excellent customer service. My nails are always done impeccably with high quality supplies/materials. Michelle has done an amazing done each time and their owner Tony does everything he can to provide the best service. They can be very busy so make the effort to book ahead. On the few occasions I have done a walk-in, they are extremely communicative and accomodating. Highly recommend this business!

When my 86 year old mother decided, at the last moment, that she needed to have her nails trimmed, I called the location and they were able to fit her in.Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the shop had been updated. When last I visited, 2 years ago, it was a bit outdated. The location is now modern and bright.The owner met us at the door and offered to have a nail technician tend to mom in the waiting area so she wouldnt have to climb up on a pedi chair. We accepted the offer and the nail tech did a really good job trimming moms nails.

My 5 year old’s first time getting a pedicure and she was in such awe because of how gentle and kind the technician was. They took really good care of her. They offered juice and made her feel like a grown up with the wonderful back massage. They even had a cute penguin back support for her. They were patient with her picking the colors. We were first time customers and surely not last. We will come again! The ambiance was very nice, very clean and the technician and owner Tony made you feel so comfortable.

My 3 year old daughter and I went here for mani/pedis & the entire staff was wonderful throughout our entire time! They treated my daughter like royalty with a juice, snacks and pampering! The tech even added pretty flowers for her :)I also loved my regular pedi and was very thankful for the cleanliness and extreme attention to detail and care! We will def. be going back again!

I normally don’t leave reviews but with my experience I had yesterday, I’ve never experienced at any other salon in my life … First let me say the business is clean, the nail techs are very professional and I really enjoyed going to Lily Nails and I’ve been going quite frequently since he opened… But to make a long story short I had a appointment and doing my appt I was asked by Tony the owner if I could cut my services short because he had other clients and he didn’t want them to wait ?? … So I did cut my services short and didn’t get half of the things I wanted … I think it was very unprofessional & I felt very disrespected… I thought my money was just as good as the next person … But I’m only sharing this so that hopefully with this review it will give the owner Tony a reality check and maybe he will hire more people and go back to basic customer service training so that no one else will experience what I did yesterday.Because the next person may not pay and just walk away like I did ..

This was my first time going to Lily Nails and it was a wonderful experience. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was immediately taken to a chair. A gentleman did my pedicure and he did a wonderful job. Another nail technician did my powder dip manicure and she was equally as skilled. I have been looking for a nail shop that does quality work, is clean, and honors my time appointment. I found all of this at Lily Nails and I will return.

Have been coming to lilys for years now. Was sad when they temporarily closed due to pandemic. I tried other salons but none match lilys. New management is awesome I usually have diane do my nails. She knows how to make me feel nice when i do manicure and pedicure and helps me choose colors that compliment my skin tone. My sister has moved far away buy still drives down to have her nails done by lee ann. I recommend to all my friends and family.

My boyfriend and are not frequent nail salon goers. We came in for a simple pedicure for him and a gel pedicure for me. Only saying “pedicure” I guess was an opportunity for the staff to take advantage of us and go right ahead to give us their MOST expensive pedicure. Not professional and borderline shady without explaining their packages to us or explicitly asking. My tech was nice but was rough, she broke skin around my nails and I have small cuts. She over painted my gel onto my cuticle which will cause it to peel sooner. We will do our research to look up prices online beforehand so we re not taken advantage of again.

My sisters and mother decided to have a girls outing to get pedicures and manicures. 4 adults plus my two nieces meant we would definitely have to call ahead to make sure we could be accommodated on a busy Sat. Tony told us to come at 6:30pm so we could all be seen without staggering appointments for too long. Right away we were all pulled to the back and everyone was worked on. Tony was walking around offering candy to my nieces, wine to my mom, and waters. He was super sweet and accommodating! I was able to work with Michelle who was very understanding to the shape I was going for. She was very patient and friendly. After learning that I came from MD to visit with my sisters and mom, there was a joke made about coming to Lily’s to do my nails moving forward. But I have to say, after the amazing experience I had in this beautiful salon, I would consider driving 45 minutes to come here 1-2 times a month. I was so surprised to find out this salon had only been open for two months as the salon seems so unassuming from the outside shopping center. Please visit Lily’s if you have a chance!

This was my first time here and I am so glad I came here. I read the reviews before coming and so I knew it was a great salon to come to. However, once I got there, it was even better than I imagined. I have to say, I gave the place a 10/10 for ambiance, cleanliness, and customer service. The staff was phenomenal and really cared about client satisfaction. I came towards closing time and was worried I would be rushed (how most nail salons rush you) but Leanna took her time with me and made sure I was happy with my SNS dip nail service. The owner of the salon is spectacular. He was so kind and really cared about his clients. I am definitely coming back here and recommending it to all my family and friends. Ladies, this salon is not only beautiful, and boujie, but offers great services. They have wine, great music, and just sitting inside the salon makes you feel relaxed by how beautiful it is. MUST CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!! 5 OUT OF 5 STARS HANDS DOWN.

I came in with no appointment made and they were still able to squeeze me in. While I waited the owner Tony offered me some refreshments and snacks. Michelle who did my pedicure and fill in acrylic .Which I had a white and pink ombre with glitter and designs. She was extremely professional, took her time and did exceptional quality work. They have a large variety of nail colors, powders, glitter, and nail designs to choose from. I just moved here from Georgia and have used 3 other nail salons in the local area and was never satisfied until coming here. This is the 1st place that has reminded me of home and I will be a frequent customer until our next military move. If there is ever a wait it is worth waiting as the work is exceptional as is the customer service. Thank you guys again for the amazing experience last night.

It was my first time at this place and I am happy with the service that I got. Diane did a good job . They really care about the client. I am coming back for sure.

The second time I went there, a lady named Heidi tried to work on my nails however, everything was very rushed and she was rude and aggressive with my hands. One of the tips that she put was obviously very crooked and she tried to tell me that my own nail is crooked when in fact she cut that nail to the edge and theres no way a tip could come out that crooked. At the end, I didnt even end up getting the design that I wanted. My nails are very uneven and even though I didnt get the color that I wanted they still pretty much charged me full price for dipping service and the manager who was a shorter gentleman did not seem apologetic at all. Very unsatisfied and I rarely ever write reviews like this. I was hoping their service would at least be better since they just opened 4 months ago; as a customer service agent/professional dance instructor myself at least hear out your customer and not cut them off when they are talking. Overall, the place is nice and I can tell that they are trying however; rude lady and will not be asking for Heidi ever again and ladies and guys if you do not like to be rushed and your hand thrown all over the place, please stay away from her. I will not be sending my friends nor some of my students who always ask where I get my nails done. Cannot describe how upset I am with this place!

We made a surprise trip here after trying to walk-in at another establishment and we are so glad we stumbled across this business. The people are wonderful and welcoming, talented and hospitable and the aesthetics are beautiful. We treated ourselves and indulged in the entire experience. This is our new place!

I have been to different nail salons because I want to find the one that I liked best since I moved to Springfield about a year ago. I’m glad I stumbled upon this salon. Everything about it is nice: the service, the cleanliness, the professionalism. This is my new place to go to! You should keep it the way it is forever. Made an 6pm appointment got there by 6:01pm and nobody is available tech until I left at 6:45pm. So unprofessional for making a client wait for 45mins. Other lady came in after me no appointment just walk in and did the service before me. So in convenient and doesn’t think of clients time.

The nail salon is under new ownership, Tony was super nice. The salon looked modern, updated and CLEAN. I got a mani-pedi for great deal, there was wide color selection. They did a great job on my nails. The owner offered me complimentary soda and tea. I felt pampered and taken care of. They also had great Covid protocols in place including dividers so I felt perfectly safe. Would 100% come back and bring my friends for a relaxing spa day.

I was a walk-in with my mom for a pedicure. There was no wait at all. Lots of colors to choose from. The foot spa bowls have hygienic liners that are replaced for each customer - a major plus for me. The chairs are comfortable, though I couldnt figure out how to get the massaging features I wanted to stay on. Standard pedicure is reasonably priced and includes hot stone leg massage or foot paraffin treatment. The young ladies who did our pedicures were gentle - my mom is especially sensitive and she said it was the best pedicure shes ever had. We went in the winter (had to leave in closed toe shoes), and they went to great lengths to make sure our nails were dry before we left. I will definitely be back.

I love this nail salon. I moved back home a few months ago&wasnt looking forward to finding a new salon. Theyve done a phenomenal job everytime I get my nails done though. I work with my hands a lot&I still only have to get my nails done once a month. Normally I make an appointment but one day I didnt&they were really busy. I was more than happy to come back another day but they went out of their way to fit me it. I really appreciated it. The staff was really nice&they work hard to please!

I was in Springfield area and searched up nearest nail salon to me.. and ended up in Heaven! Normally, once I find a nail tech that fits my needs I stick to that person because if youre a person who gets your nails done every 2-3 weeks then you know the struggle of salon hopping! I hate doing it! I normally stick to one place. I was greeted so kindly and was fully attended until the end of my visit! My Nail tech was Ninzy and Shes amazing! Perfectionist! Ive been in and out of Nail Salons, Ive gotten my acrylic nails over 8years now and its hard to find a nail tech that just gets you. I didnt even have to say anything to her its like she had been my nail tech for years! Super friendly! I also got a pedicure and the hot stone massage is a must! Soft tissue calf massage! Overall I had a great experience! Definitely recommend this place !!

DO NOT GO HERE! During my manicure on Monday, they asked me if I wanted to pay before they painted my nails and obviously I said yes as to not mess up the paint. The man proceeded to take my card and just sit it next to him and start painting my nails, then another man came by and took my card and brought back the card and receipt about 10 minutes later. It was annoying that I then did have to sign the receipt and put my card away in the middle of having wet nails, but thats not the worst part. I am now getting charges to that same card at a nearby Asian grocery store. I dont know if they wrote down my card information and now have it to use whenever, or if they called in an order, but I dont think its a coincidence that they took my card for nearly 10 minutes while someone else was painting my nails and I could not see what they were doing. That was the only time my card has not been in front of me. I have reason to believe that this establishment charged $110 to my credit card at a nearby market. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to in order to write this review. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Go to Nintzy, she is the best and I have been seeing her since I moved to Springfield 2 years ago off and on. She is patient and understanding, she gets booked pretty quickly though. Ive never had an issue with her customer service and she works quickly and efficiently.

This place was recommend by some family and friends. I had a horrible experience with another nail salon two days ago and Sandra definitely did her magic and fixed them right up! Have found my new spot!

Went in was told there was a wait so the girl asked if I wanted a pedicure, I said um I guess I could get a toe polish how much is that she said $11. They proceeded to start and I asked how much extra it would be for gel polish on my toes, after asking multiple people the guy said it would be $25, keep in mind this is for nothing other then a toe polish change, so I told myself okay maybe thats normal so I said okay I will get gel. They finished my toes which look fine although its pretty hard to mess up a polish change, and the girl went to start on my nails. I told her before hand I wanted gel polish on my nails and I told her I wanted them the same shape I already had ( keep in mind most of my nails had been cut down by myself because I had recently moved and didnt have time to get them done and they were starting to be too long), she proceeded to tell me it would be $50 plus extra for the shape I wanted (oval) plus extra for getting longer nails ( I do not get them that long maybe slightly normal then most) plus extra to take my old nails off!! I said woah okay I have been getting my nails done my entire life and have never heard of being charged for every single request you have for the shape and length and whatever else for your nails. The girl got an attitude with me so I said I will just go somewhere else and I paid for my toes. They didnt try to apologize or give me a reasonable answer at all. Do not go to this salon unless you want to be scammed out of every dollar you walk in there with. Make sure they are upfront about every little fee they can possibly charge first. I highly recommend finding a different salon, I only came here because it was close and I am new to the area and needed a new salon. Guess Ill have to keep looking!

I had a great experience on my first visit. It was a Wednesday afternoon and there was no wait for a mani/pedi. The male nail technician took his time and was very gentle. I also like the option of a paraffin or hot stone massage with the regular service. My nails came out great so I plan to go again.

Due to my nails had alot of excess skins it was hard to find a nail technition that could possibly do my nails to my expectation. I was in Springfield and decided to get my nails done and found this nail salon. The tech that did my nails her name was Linda. Linda did an excellent job. I am a very picky person but I didnt have any complaint when leaving the Salon that day.

Last minute nail session before my wedding day was very nerve racking because I was a stressed emotional mess. But This place was a gem from the moment I walked in the nail tech spent so much time with me picking the right color for a bride. We did a few different color swatches on all my nails and she NEVER rolled her eyes or seemed annoyed. Im so greatful for the beautiful job she did!

I went to this very location as of 7/15/18 and was very disappointed and disgusted at the service I received.(DO NOT READ unless you like lengthy reviews)I came into the store and had high expectations. And pleasant customer service in the beginning.. until it went ALL downhill. My usual go to for any nail salon is a gel recolor on my nails and a pedicure. Nothing more, nothing less.I’d pick both colors for my nails and feet mind you I did not want a refill on my acrylics as that did not matter (they looked perfectly fine.)My pedicure was fine and everything seemed well (the girl was pleasant) until my nail tech spoke to what I suppose to be the owner in front of meAbout my nails. I could understand what was being said. Which the owner came up to me and then said“He thinks you should get a refill on your nails. Because if you don’t you have a gap a huge gap on your nails which makes it look worse. And terrible. He says if you want to get it changed you need to get a refill”.Makes it look WORSE? Excuse me?It was a poor dictation and lack of words more or less. Because when the owner asked me if the gap was okay at first I said yes, and now it’s a problem because it makes me nails look “worse?”I stopped my pedicure and told him the next time he speaks they’re needs to be better communication and better choice of words. He then said “so you want me to lie to you?”You don’t have to lie, next time have a better choice of words and respect toward your customers needs. My service was poor and distasteful I will NEVER come back again.

I used to like this place. This last time I had gel polish done and in less than 5 days all the nails started peeling so I called and they told me to come in. I walked in and showed it to the guy and he started searching for the receipts and made me feel like I committed a crime. They finally redid it but too much attitude and for that I will not be returning. Mind you I took 5 of my family members for mani and pedi.

Great service, the language barrier however made it difficult to get what I wanted 100% and the person I was with that I hadnt seen in ages, requested we sit next to each other before making the appointment, however we were sat at opposite ends of the room even after asking again, if we could sit closer.
