Dr. Dental is the most incredible dentist experience I have ever had in my lifetime. Great staff, atmosphere and awesome dentist who took care of my needs with little or no discomfort. Awesome experience, cant wait to go back.

I love this dental office. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful, the assistants are funny and kind, and the DDS is great. He does good work and his primary objective is the comfort and well being of his patients. I recommend completely.

I have had an extreme phobia of dentists for so many years!! Let me explain. Over 15 years ago I had to have a tooth removed I was in New York and went to the dental office that I normally go to. I feel part of the reason that I was treated this way was because I didn’t have the money to pay right then and there my copayment. They took me to the back and sat me down and already their attitudes were off with me it was very direct there was no tenderness and there was no empathy. All of a sudden I had a dentist and six other students all in my mouth I was crying and could not stop crying throughout the whole process neither one of them showed any form of kindness towards me or even showed an ounce of trying to figure out what was going on. They ended up removing four wisdom teeth back to back. After that it was very rare that I visited a dentist. Today I finally took the step to go see the dentist due to this tooth that was for years bothering me I couldn’t take it anymore. I was greeted by destiny who was amazing in her treatment and her touch in her tactic and in her words with me from the moment I started the process of seeing the dentist meaning walk into the office. I explain to her my phobia and even started crying. I felt very bad and apologetic because it wasn’t about them as a person it was more because of the trauma that I suffered but destiny understood and she was very very kind with me the cherry on top was Dr. Park Dr. Park came in and saw that I was just flooded in tears and he took his time with me he made me feel extremely comfortable he made me understand that he understood what I was going through made me understand that I was in alone and walked me through the procedure step-by-step very patiently. The greatest support in my corner was of course my husband who never left my side and Dr. dental was kind enough to permit that understanding the fear that I was going through. I appreciate Dr. dental for helping me get over one of my greatest phobias and I would definitely recommend this place I would definitely recommend destiny I would definitely recommend Dr. Parks. I am not one to write reviews to take the time out to do things like this. But I felt these two individuals in particular needed to understand how great a gift they gave me and what a great important change within me they helped thank. My level of anxiousness run on a all time high when visiting a dental office but with Dr. Dental my experience with the dentist as well as the staff has been really great. They make me feel comfortable and understood, not rushed, and the doctor patiently answers all of my questions. I’m fairly new to Dr Dental but besides the little issue with my recent appointment scheduling, the staff are really nice and accommodating. It happens, but more importantly it was resolved and they apologized for the recent changes. The dentist is very gentle and the cleaning was thorough. Not rushed. I had my deep cleaning in the past too and I was satisfied. One good thing about Dr Dental too is they are open on Saturdays.

It was a emergency and they accommodate me so quick to a next day visit i got there the receptionist was a sweetheart and it didnt took not even 15 minutes that i got in and in 30 min the young dentist resolved my problem. I recommend and will stick to them.

I have been experiencing pain from the last bottom tooth on the left side of my mouth for a while now but the last 3 days have been utter torture. Not able to eat, sleep, sleep or concentrate. My tooth with a small hole on the side, turned into a half a tooth. I was worried that my luck they were going to tell me they couldnt remove it right away but about two min after x rays, the Dr came in and says, yeah that tooths coming out. Ive never been so happy to have a tooth ripped out of my mouth. The Dr. And assistant were both very pleasant and always made me feel at ease. 😃😃

The doctor and staff always make me feel comfortable and less nervous whenever I have an appointment. Today, I had a tooth extracted. It really gave the doctor a hard time, but he was professional and knows when I needed a rest; finally the tooth came out. I was so relieved! For years, Ive had bad experiences at the dentist. They would make holes in my teeth just to get the money for fillings! This is when I was a kid! Hes the best dentist I have ever gone to because he makes sure Im not in pain. Hes trustworthy and professional and he doesnt do unnecessary work. I will return. Thank you.

Unprofessional, aggressive and unorganized. The dental assistant made threats to me and cursed and argued with me in the office today. The front office staff and the dental assistant in this office should not be working with the public. This office has made numerous errors in regard to scheduling and referrals needed for care. If you want quality care you will not receive it here. Poor communication, poor customer service and an overall joke. Do not trust this place you are NOT in good hands at this location.

This was my 3rd visit, I was in for a double crown and it went great as I knew it would. The best this about this place is everyone is genuine. They treat everyone with respect even if the person is being difficult. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, however, coming to this location sets my mind at ease. If youre looking for a new dentist, trust me when I say this is the place to go.

I found the staff very professional and knowledgeable. My appt was on time and proficient. The doctor explain step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it and then explain the findings after the examine.

Ive been going to Dr Dental for some years now I take my mom there I take my family there is one of the most convenient dental office Ive ever been to and I would not trade it for anything my doctors are friendly and kind my nurses are friendly and kind one thing though one of my favorite nurse it was her10th year anniversary and I missed it I didnt get to take her a nice bunch of rose I just something nice for her 10-year anniversary shes so kind and one of the nicest people Ive ever met and I just love that doctor dentist office

Merelin and Doctor were great. I had 2 root canals back to back and Ive heard nightmare stories but I felt no pain whatsoever.

I had my initial consult today at dr dental and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity and was so not embarrassed as I was before going into the office. I had a broken front tooth and was not wanting ANYONE to see it. Dentist Sumit was awesome, as was his staff. I left feeling better about ME and a lot self conscious than when I went in. Great experience!!!2nd appointment to check on the healing of my gums for impression for upper plate. Yea! Not healed enough but the appt went well and everyone was quite pleasant. Another two weeks and gums should be healed enough to start the impressions. Looking forward to the next appt. And seeing all the friendly smiles! Thank you Dr.Dental.

Very clean facility. The reception is very friendly and courteous. The dentist assistant are prepping you getting you ready to be seen by the dentist in a timely manner. I got two filling it took a 30mins. With all the new tech equipment they use you barely feel anything. The dentist are always very respectful and friendly. I had the best experience at Dr. Dental on Boston rd. In Springfield mass. They are kind and informative as to what they are offering you. No pressure at all and the environment was private and personal. Relaxing and I would recommend EVERYONE TO GO HERE! Jenny was so sweet and the Office Manager was super supportive and helpful. Amazing they got me in fast for and emergency visit as a new patient. Went in with pain and sensitivity due to a wrongly put filling at other office and came out with no pain. I neglected my teeth for many years, and went I finally went for an exam, it was clear I was in for a lot of work. But with Jenny and the rest of the staff at Doctor Dental, my numerous visits have been quick, affordable!!!, and as painless as could be hoped for. Even after I moved out of the area, I still find my way back here for whatever I may need.

I always have a good experience here. After going to other dental places and feeling like I was buying a used car. It was a welcome relief to go somewhere and get the services I need without any type of upselling.

I had a very old filling which had broken away repaired which in my view was performed beautifully. Had the Doctor not taken great care it could very easily have turned into a root canal with a crown. Their staff is excellent as well.

Customer service is amazing. Very pleasant and friendly. Nice environment.

The only real reason I keep coming backis because the the dental hygienist. She is amazing, kind and remembers her patients. However, the dentist my family saw was great this visit was great and I opted to see him again. I do have other concerns but will not post it publicly however if Doctor Dental wishes to contact me to discuss the matter that would be great. This is the only reason for not getting 5 stars.

Amazing! I had a bad experience with the dental place at the Holyoke Mall and found this location on Google and Im so happy I did! Everybody was so nice and welcoming and extracted my teeth and when I said I was in pain they added more novocaine and were very empathetic! I made an appointment for my daughter and now my husband can finally see a dentist (he has a different insurance) and can have a payment plan! They even have a TV, play pen and video games in the waiting room. I actually cant wait to come back!

The staff at this office is so friendly and helpful. I called as a new patient with tooth pains and they had me in for an exam less than 2 hours later. They do any everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible.Dr. Sumit is wonderful. I had wisdom teeth pulled and fillings done without a single problem. I felt safe and in good hands.I’ll also add that they cost half price of a different dentist that I’ve been going to for 20 years.Super happy and grateful for my new Dentist!

My experience over the last 6 years,has been a constant improvement of provided services and those delivered to me as a patient.

Went in for a toothache. Ended up getting a root canal that took over 1.5 hrs. Still had pain and discomfort 3 month after, figured it would just be due to me having my mouth messed with for a long period of time. About 6 months after the root canal i still had pain and sensitivity, went to sunshine dental and they showed me i still had nerves in there and that the previous dentist filled everything up with amalgam which by the way was holding the tooth together because she cracked it in three pieces and eventually caused an infection. I ended up getting my tooth pulled. My implant will cost about $2,000

I was a walk-in trying to make an appointment, I was told they have an opening if I’d like to wait about 20 minutes, I filled out my paperwork while I waited, I finished and was called in, they took X-rays, gave me a cleaning, and took impressions for new dentures and I’ll go back tomorrow for the fitting! Excellent service, very friendly staff, a solid recommendation!

I had a joint appointment scheduled with my 6 year old son today. I ended up bringing my super tired 1 year old daughter along for our appointments. She whined the entire time. The Dentist and the Dental Hygenists were all so cool about it they talked with both kids and tried to calm the baby down. While I was in my appointment, another Hygenist took my son in another room and completed his exam. He was done before I was! It was the easiest visit with two energetic kids. Thanks so much!

My experience with Dr Dental has been a pleasant one. Gloree was professional and super helpful, setting me up with a payment plan I can afford and getting me in quickly for my appointment. They were busy but still got me in and got me feeling better in no time.

Love the fact that the Dr. took the time to do the cleaning himself. Amazing!
